frustrated

I need help with my t mobile online account. I can login with my email address and password. But then it goes to linking my phone number to my account. However, I don't have a phone number though tmobile. And yes I've tried entering the phone number from my home internet and then it says the email is not the same email that I used to set up my account. So...... Can someone, anyone please help me before I completely lose my fn mind!!!!!!!!!!

e setup to discourage sitppl from even trying to get anything addressed. Impossible to email tmobile

Tmobile why do you not have an email address ppl can contact you with ?? the tmobile site app won’t accept outside email as that would not give them full access to do whatever they want to your emails messages ETC. Why do your experts( that you make ppl contact you with (RIGHT) repeatedly ignore a request to speak to someone who is actually educated with your businesses operations. SUPERVISOR . Not happening. but 1 of 2000 experts answering the phone they give you to help and nothing ever does get past these techs that are programmed in appologies and excuses. ? Why won’t a supervisor ever return calling a customer even though several requests get made? Why is all the info in confirmation saying to contact us or link to this all send you to a page unnavailable ?

Hello. I signed up for the Home Internet Plus plan recently. I received the free white gateway today but didn’t receive the mesh discs. Is that shipped separately? Or did I misunderstood what it means by “Access point included” under the Home Internet Plus plan?Thanks,Farah

Cusomer Service and Phone Insurance

Waited for chat support for a half an hour without ANY kind of response. My experience with T-Mobile’s phone insurance provider, Assurant, was actually much worse, but they didn’t even want to hear about it to try and see if there was something they could do or to reconsider that partnership entirely.

Tompkins Bank

I have talked to T Mobile tech support a 100 times, and Tompkins Bank in NY as well. My job uses Tompkins Bank for Business, and no matter what we have tried, I can’t receive short code messages from Tompkins Bank to my T Mobile phone. It’s been over a month. No one seems to be able to figure this out. The short code number is 89549 that Tompkins sends their message from. Is there anyone, anyone, that can help me with this issue? People in my office with AT&T and Verizon get the messages from Tompkins without issue. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

why am I paying for this

I recently “upgraded” from my OnePlus (veteran) plan to the Go5GPlus plan and my service is still terrible. I additionally lost previous capabilities I had with my original plan. Not only has my bill gone up but service has not improved. How to I revert my plan back? The 5G network is no faster than the throttled 4G I had previously. While on the phone with customer service to upgrade my plan I also wanted to upgrade my phone. The phone was processed 12 July 2023. I have not received the phone or any delivery updates. It was not made clear the amount the phone bill would increase or the capabilities that would be lost (e.i. $4.99 FAMILY Netflix). Lastly, I am being prompted to return my trade-in. I have not received the phone, yet the 30 day timer is counting down. I am disappointed and would like to be contacted immediately on options for terminating the plan or remediating the situation.

Usage details

How far back can I go to get usage details. I was with Sprint and I was able to go back as far as I wanted to see usage details. Once it switched over to TMobile. I previous history of the previous usage is gone. Does anyone know how I can go beyond current and previous cycles to see the usage details?

detailed receipt for internet and phone charges with detailed breakdown

I am able to expense my phone and internet bill for my employment. However, I need a detailed description of all my charges. Not the next bill, but what i’m being charged for my service. This will be the 3rd time i’ve had to write to get this info. I’ve been told in the past that i had to go to a corporate store. That is not an option. Can you please tell me where on the site I can find these charges and my payments. this is a deal breaker and if this can’t be fixed, i will unfortunately have to find another ISP. thanks

Hotspot lit on fire

At some point last night my Tmobile hotspot purchased online (December 2022) lit on fire at the charging port. Have been using the same charger and cable for now 8 months without issue.Tmobile support is completely useless and refuses to do anything to help: “can only do a return under 14 days for buyers remorse”. Their other option was to go to a Tmobile store. I am not driving hours to a store to *maybe* be helped or not. I purchased this hotspot because we are remote and need backup internet, there are no nearby Tmobile stores and we cant travel often. I live in Maine and we have a legally mandated statewide four year warranty on anything purchased. My next steps are filing a complaint with the states consumer protection division, not sure what else to do at this point.

Promotional Card

I just went to use my 200.00 promotional debit card at a store and it asked for my PIN number. I looked online as to how to set pin and it states to look on the back of the card for the website to go to. But I am unable to see the back of the virtual card. Has anyone had this issue? Do I use my PIN from my T Mobile account? Thanks for your help!

Why are there people working at tmobile that cannot do their job?

I have ordered two iphone 14’s this week. I received my son’s Iphone 14 pro and could not set it up. Could not activate the eSim and could not get help. I have to go to a store to get that done. I wanted to get him a new phone number, they cannot do that unless I pay $15 for the new phone number, PLEASE!I ordered myself an Iphone 14 pro max, to be delivered today. I get notice from UPS that the address is wrong. I try to change the address with UPS, that is not possible. I called customer service and this girl that repeats every thing I said, would summarize what I said wrong and in the end told me that I would have to wait for UPS to try to deliver two times and return it to them before I would get it sent to the right address. UPS is saying that they cannot deliver to the address given because it is an improper address. So where does it lie. UPS will not allow me to have it returned to sender, Sender (tmobile) refuses to contact UPS to correct the address. I have never had

Worst Custom Customer service T-Mobile

I have several billing issues associated with my account. I have reached out to nearest t-mobile store and this has been going for 3 months. If I call the customer service on phone, they see contact store. If I go to store, they will get back to me. This T-Mobile store is located in Malvern, PA( Address if 650 Carnegie Blvd Suite 155, Malvern, PA). Is this normal to expect terrible customer service or I am the only one?

How do you turn on/off call forwarding from the T-Mobile Website or T-Mobile app, not from the device? I have multiple business lines and turned call forwarding on on one of them from the Website before. I now want to turn that off but can’t find the function on the Website anymore. UPS Did Not Deliver Gateway

I ordered Tmobile internet and got the order and tracking number. I have been home all this week and everyday I got a notice saying a delivery was attempted. Three attempts were supposedly made and not it is saying returned to shipper. This was false, I was home. I asked my landlord to check the security camera at the times the UPS tracking said a delivery was attempted, no UPS person or van was on camera.So what now. The website says to contact Tmobile if a third delivery attempt fails, which it did. But the support phone number tells me there will be a three hour wait. I assume the device will be returned to Tmobile by UPS, but UPS cannot tell me anything because that is a “shipper’s problem” not the receiver. I have 15 days to try the Tmobile Internet and at this point, so how do I get a new one? If anyone has any ideas, I saw on other threads to use Facebook or Twitter but those accounts haven’t had any posts in a year or two, so I doubt they are active. Any suggestions will be hel

Wow, I cannot believe how poor the support is for Business customers. It seems that no one can speak or follow English conversations. Also, features and business perks and features have been lost in the transfer. There also seems to be a total lack of accountability.I guess T-Mobile doesn’t want business customers.
