Forgot to include Trade in reciept with my Phone
Hi, I recently traded in my old iPhone for an upgrade & packaged up my old phone and sent it back to the address with the shipping label provided, however, I forgot to include the reciept that goes in the package with my phone information. (IMEI etc) Will this affect my trade in? Can assurant figure out the phone/account based on the tracking ID or RMA # provided? Thank you,

I now have 100% proof he has been hacking into my account. Changing names , passwords adding another Network to make It look like it's what the modem came with. AND in his phone he has it labeled as Nates Iphone.....Not to mention I just joined but his bills go back many months. App store inssue: : Not getting the most updated app when installing it on my Iphone
Hello. I have a silly question. Let me explain first, so I'm a newb to Instagram and just this month got the app on my iphone. However, despite my just installing it this month,I think it might not be the updated version. I compared it to a friend's instagram app and it's step up differently and they are able to share someone else's post and I am not. Now,I ALREADY have tried everything Google/Instragram suggested to do on the app AND...my iphone and some things can't be done,like it's not set up the same. There is NO current update. QUESTION: So,it popped in my head to ask, though I think it shouldn't matter, but am I not getting the most updated app/options due to my iphone not being a more updated version/new phone? Thank you. Suspicious account shipping address in my account
I recently logged into my account and noticed in global settings that there was a shipping address I did not recognize. When I googled the location on google maps, it turned out to be a shopping mall. TMobile could not explain how that address was set as my default account, or whether anything was shipped to that account, including bills. I’d like to contact the fraud department, but there’s no direct link to them. Suggestions on how to proceed here?

I am looking for a way to send a text to multiple people without sharing contact information or having a “group” messaging environment. Just want to get the information for each number… Any thoughts? I did just start with the DIGITS app to see if there was a way to do it there. I am a virtual teacher and we have work phones that we use to communicate with students and parents. I would like to send out texts to them each week and was hoping there was an easier way to do it rather than copying/paste to each number. It takes up about 2 hours each week to send one notification. Please help.

Hello all, I am travelling to Montenegro tomorrow, purchased an eSim through T mobile Montenegro website. The money is deducted from the card but haven’t received any mail or details. I didn’t make a login that time but have the proof in bank app. How can I receive my eSim QR code or contact customer service as of sunday today?It would be great help if anyone can direct me

Sonim XP3Plus issues: Apps: how to stop direct connect asking me to activate
I have a Sonim XP3Plus and it is incessantly asking me if I want to activate T-Mobile Direct Connect. Though I repeatedly select ‘no’ the alert doesn't go away, and pops up on my flip phone outer screen. How do I stop this annoyance? there is an app on the phone called TCD which i think is the culprit, can it be deleted. I’ve also tried force it to quit but no avail. Can someone please tell me how to silence this alert once and for all? thanksalso, it seems that when I press number keys during calls to respond to prompts (‘press 1 for yes’) etc, it isn’t heard by the other party/automated phone tree system. I can hear the numbers as I enter them, and i can see them appearing on the banner on the screen, but its as if the other end never hears it. its an impossible circumstance given how often one must do this sort of thing. ideas? do i just have a poor connection?

Have an unlocked iphone 12 pro max. Bought a 14 plus and successfully transferred all data from the 12 to the 14 EXCEPT the e-sim. When I attempt to do this, I receive an error that states “Your SIM is NOT Supported - The SIM in your old iphone does not support eSIM transfer. Contact T-Mobile for assistance… Called business tech support and was told to put my # in and I’d get a call back in 15 minutes. An hour goes by - nothing. I call tech again and the system recognizes that I have a call back cancels it and says will connect you with the next rep in a moment. That was 1.75 HOURS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!! Still on hold…While I hold I go thru the DIY help and the instructions are incorrect. Did this 3x. Now I’m trying the community help. Anyone know what I need to do? I’m about to cancel ALL LINES on my business account over this.

T-Mobile + buying a phone x Buyer Remorse = Ripoff!
Bought a phone was told I need to come back and pick up my iPhone 14 pro (128 GB). The phone was for my son when I picked it up I never opened it the employee opened it when she was programmed it and when I gave him the phone he said this is the right phone what they did was switch out the 14 pro with a regular iPhone 14 but made it 256 GB so the price will remain the same when I took the phone back and let them know what happened I was told my son made the decision and I'm the one who bought that phone my son's 16 and he has no authority of Rights and that never happened but it was told I have to play $70 restocking fee for a phone I never ordered or even wanted and when I expressed that in more colorful words because the joke and a ripoff I called customer care I went to a different store less than 3 miles away that that store gets more complaints and it's not the first time that has happened it won't be the last and I informed T-Mobile customer care no one thing about anything I hav

FX2000 with Static IP Address
I had a data hotspot and static IP for many years with Sprint. I’ve been trying since June to get there on T-Mobile. Has anyone succeeded in implementing a TM business line, an FX2000. a static IP and port forwarding? Latest problem was the TM “business filter”. Still having FX2000 connection problems and I’m not to the port forwarding stuff yet.Any experience out there?
5G Small Business Internet - Blocking Ports for Dialpad Phone System
We have recently discovered that either the T-Mobile 5 G Business Internet or T-Mobile's cell towers are blocking some of the following ports. We are a small business and use T-Mobile for both internet for our POS system and for our phone (through dialpad.com). This physical handset worked for about 14 months and then a couple of weeks ago, it stopped receiving incoming calls. We can call out, but all incoming calls do not ring the handset. We switched the Internet temporarily back to Spectrum and it worked flawlessly. T-Mobile sent us out another one of the grey nokia 5 G towers for our Internet, and we are still experiencing the same problem. Poor service, dropped calls, no hot spot, one bar at the office
Our company has been a Sprint customer since 2011. As of the merger of TMobile and Sprint our phones no longer are reliable. Employees in the field have lost their hot spots, have either no service or only one bar. Something we never experienced before the merger.All phones and cellular data have been reset by TMobile. We have spent several hours with TMobile and have exhausted support. We were told towers are down and have not yet been restored.We are now using landlines and wifi to communicate.Clearly the process was not properly tested before going live. We would appreciate to hear what other businesses are doing.
