Where do I find my magenta pass. I have spent 4 hours with tech support and 2 hours today at the store with no help. I am going to tmobile center in kcmo tomorrow with the grandkids. Help
I’ve gotten to go to the Magenta Lounge at the TMobile Center in KC. Wondering if anyone knows what other venues offer something similar? I’m attending a show at Mission Ballroom in Denver this weekend, which offered tickets through this app, but nowhere mentions a lounge. It’s worth it to go 3 hours early if there is one!
Just wondering...under Usage on the data... when it says internet access and the mb does that mean the phone accessed the internet or that someone had to be using it in order for it to access the internet.

What I expected from T-Mobile 5G - A customer greeting, onboarding welcome, some sort of “This is how you use it”. service agents prepared to acknowledge and handle the various questions likely to be presented by the new 5G Home Internet customers as the service is in heavily promoted in rural areas currently. Logistics. We don’t need to stinkin logistics! Naw. None of that. In fact, when the device came and I sought assistance, the person on the chat… man, I had the answers already pulled up and evaluated as the “wrong answer” for my circumstance, by the time she found the correct chat-response-template. Ridiculous. Anyone can read. Well. I guess not. But. LOL. seriously. that’s not support. It’s not an AI. I mean, allegedly had transferred me to a human. Who knows.

March 30, I went into a Tmobile store to add my daughter in law to my account. She was currently a Sprint customer.. well, I thought it would be a quick 20-30 mins in and out. NOPE 2 hours later we walked out of the store frustrated and w/o accomplishing anything! We had to call customer care, absolutely waste of time. Language barrier, not understanding what we were talking about, etc. But we did find Alishya... omg, she was an absolute SAINT. she was helping me and another customer and talking to customer care when they were not doing or understanding what I was trying to do. I can NOT say enough about this young woman. Alishya is awesome! I'm still very frustrated because customer care messed up everything, charged me $30 for a SIM card and postdated my order for April 8. I wanted to walk out of Tmobile on March 30 with a new phone and a new line but I didn't.

I was sold on T-Mobile in the store. I thought I was going to get 4 lines for about 150-160 a month. I was supposed to get a 200 gift card for making the switch which could only be used at t-mobile but they said I could just use it to pay my bill for a month. I’d get free Netflix. And the coverage map showed my home in the deepest pink available so I would be all set for coverage.I never got my gift card. I still haven’t paid less that 220 in a month. The coverage is awful. The Netflix they gave was some broken down version with ads and some of the library missing. Every single thing about T-Mobile has felt like a bait and switch. I’m 3 months in and every time I think of T-Mobile I want to cry because I feel like a fool for going to this carrier.Does it ever get better?

This was just too funny not to share. I just joined this forum and received this nice welcome email but either the Magenta Lounge no longer exists, or the link doesn't work anymore. So I decided to take screenshots and send an email to the address on the page since they so kindly provided an email address that throws up HUGE BRIGHT red flags: NO-REPLY@t-mobile.com 🤣. I thought, 99.99% sure I'm going to get a delivery failure, and SURE ENOUGH: Just adding this to the list of reasons why I failed at choosing our next carrier! 🥳 🥂

I just wanted to come on here to say that. I’m actually switching over to ATT fiber and im honestly sad to be leaving T-Mobile. I’ve had no issues with them, WiFi or customer service-wise. They’ve always been super helpful and nice and even offered payment plans when i was struggling. I know ATT definitely doesn’t have the best customer service (hence why i left in the first place) but the price is cheaper and fiber is supposed to be really good WiFi. I just wanna give my thanks to T-Mobile for the past 3 years. If y’all ever invest in fiber WiFi, i will definitely be back!!

Things are getting tough financially as rent and insurance rates keep going up and up. So I’m looking to save money anywhere I can. The 4-lines of Essential Savings I’m paying for now end up being $129 per month, so I took off one of the boy’s lines and now it’s a total of $112 per month, a total savings of $17. But taking off another line and going to only 2 lines will apparently still cost the exact same.I was thinking of going with a prepaid plan with T-Mobile and only two lines for $40 a month, which doesn’t include any data. But I’m not sure if that $80 will be like my $90 I’m paying now, which is actually $112.I keep seeing adds for Mint Mobile. But they don’t have calling to Mexico apparently. I want calling to Mexico, and data would be nice but not necessary.So I found Tello, which has unlimited minutes and texts for as little as $8 per month.I am concerned a bit with coverage, as I need a Cell Spot or Wi-Fi calling to have a conection with T-Mobile in my house.
