I’ve been filing for a refund for a phone that I never got to receive since September 2021. I’ve been charged $729.99 for something I never got. So far, I’ve just been passed around the store staff and the customer service representatives, got a lot of promises of it getting resolved, but so far I’ve gotten to nothing but stress and frustration. I also am just irritated that every time I try to call and follow up they keep asking me the same questions.So I just wanted to ask if there is an email where I can forward my entire complaint to? I’ll send them all the screenshots and receipts and whatnot. I’m really so tired with the bad service.Thank you.

Tmobile rebate card doesnt work through Northlane
Hello. I recently switched to tmobile and went through hoops to get my virtual rebate card, and yet the card still does not work. I talked with customer service and ended up ordering a physical card a couple days ago after the "access funds" link didn't work after thats what they had told me to do. I have yet to receive the card, but now there is a large purchase on it for instacart in California and I live in Minnesota. I reported the incident to Northlane with a screenshot included, but I have to say that this whole process has been an INCREDIBLE hassle to receive the funds I was promised when switching. Y'all need to use a different company because when I googled this issue, I see time and time again that people are unable to use their rebate cards and there is clearly some fraud going on through Northlane, since someone can clearly use the card I'm unable to use.
Final bill with negative total due amount
hello, I have received Final bill from T-mobile that has negative total due amount. I believe that means there is a refund due. I switched from T-mobile almost 2 months back, and this is second bill with same amount has been sent. Not sure what I need to do to settle the account.I tried guest pay, but it did not work with account number provided on the bill.I am not able to log to my account or did not see any chat option for support.Please help explain the bill and next steps i should do.Thanks,Manish
600 off when adding a new line
When adding a new line and buying a phone for it, tmobile offers $600.99 off the phone total cost. It is sometimes lower for certain phones but there is generally a discount when adding a new line. Is this offer limited to one line only or can it apply multiple times?I´m trying to add two lines to my plan for a total of 3 and I´m getting a new phone for both of those lines. Is the deal limited to the first line I add or can I use it twice? Thanks!
home internet keeps dropping
I have been a loyal customer and I have used my home internet flawlessly it stayed connected my devices stayed connected etc.Now being with tmobile home internet for now a year and a few months now my connection always disconnects have to do resets at least 2x a day. It's frustrating I have called customer service they send me new gateway and still same issue. I don't know what else to do hard resets don't help. Soft resets don't work. My internet now will work til maybe tomorrow morning and when I wake up will have to reset my device again
my.t-mobile.com site not working (AGAIN)
I have had issues with my.t-mobile.com for YEARS. The latest issue (for the past 4 + weeks) is I can not get in. I have numerous T-Mobile Accounts/BAN's and there is always issues. my.t-mobile.com was never meant to be used with Business/National accounts in the first place and this is the only tool we get to monitor our account(s). Here is what I get now (see screen shot).... I can log in, then it goes to this screen, and I can get no further. I have called, emailed, opened tickets, all to no avail. T-Mobile really needs to fix this or create a tool for business/national accounts to use. I need access to my.t-mobile.com 10 to 20 times per day. Come on T-Mobile spend some money!
why am i being charged for text and calling on an unlimited data plan
I just bought a Samsung galaxy s23 outright and did the prepaid unlimited text talk and data, ever since I got the phone it has been charging me .10 cents a text and charging me for calls, I also am restricted from using mobile data. I've been to 4 tmobile stores and no one seems to know what's going on and they won't help me, can someone please help!

Need suggestions: blocked access to my account
Hi All:I just learned that I don’t have access to my t-mobile account anymore, since the only service I have is SyncUp drive only, and no phone lines. I lost access to bills, contracts and data usage and the only way to check info on my account is to call t-mobile and wait some time when the support call back and then they would read the info over the phone. This is what I was officially told by t-mobile support after they spent 2 hours of checking this with other departments.It’s really hard to believe that this is an official policy, especially that e-delivery implies that I must have online access to documents and bills. I told this to support, but t-mobile support was unmoved: I have to order a phone line in order to have access to the account, otherwise they would send my bills by snail mail. I think of cancelling the account, is it possible to do it by phone? Or should I write a letter?Any suggestions will be appreciated… --Theodore
Insane Regulatory programs and Telco Recover Fee Increase
I cannot believe the gouging T Mobile has launched with major increases to an already parasitic fee for what T Mobile calls cost recovery. This is just some arbitrary slush fund that they can use in any way they want. If you have 4 lines, like I do, thats $186 per year for NOTHING. This latest increase is obscene and another slight of hand way to screw us over.
Does T-Mobile offer any other kind of financial help other than making a payment arrangement?
UHi, I’ve been with T-Mobile just under two years now and have been very satisfied. I have been very satisfied. Recently I had an unexpectedbill due to the only vehicle my family has requiringrepaIr. As a result, I am playing catch up with bills. I madea payment arrangement the first payment was successfulhowever, I was unable to pay the second payment.in order to avoid suspension, I need to pay $150to become eligible for a new payment arrangementthis needs to be paid ASAP but I can not do so for another week. . Does T-Mobile offer another assistance for hardships?
My husband and I have switched over to Tmobile from Verizon about 2 months ago now. We were told that we would get reimbursed for our final bills up to $650 from our previous carrier, mine was right at that, and his was well under. We submitted every thing and at first we were getting text saying one was denied, so my husband called and got that situated, and we got a confirmation text a month ago with the scheduled amount of payment. Well today he calls because we haven’t received anything and what do you know, they say it was denied. The reimbursement team says the bill was “not legible”. The text I received was the perfect amount of money to total the two of our bills, if they were “not legible”, how was the text the perfect total. The lady that I talked to kept repeating that the pictures need to be in color and legible, and that I should have never got that confirmation text, that it must have been a “system error”. Not receiving bill payment notifications via email
I have bill payment notification set up for email but I’m not receiving any email from TMobile. No spam either. BUT I have also opted out of all marketing emails. Are the two related? Must I opt-in for marketing emails in order to get bill payment notifications via email?
Extra EIP payment just reduced monthly auto pay?
My daughter just added a new phone to our plan, but wants to pay it off early. She pays just a little extra each month. I am set up with auto pay; however, went online before the deduction date and made her small payment as an actual extra EIP payment. All that did was reduce the actual auto payment. Any advise would be helpful. I’ve been a Tmo customer for over 20 years and their customer service when you call in has really gone downhill. :(

cant Register as the primary account holder on tmobile app
hello,im trying to. register my number as the primary account holder on the tmobile app but i guess it locked me out because it says. “You have exceeded the number of allowed attempts. Please click Skip to continue and try again later.” how long is later ? because its been 24 hours, i changed the pin and it still says the same thing help!
So very frustrating. Trying to downgrade my Galaxy Z Fold 4 that is not a year old to a A54, but can’t get them to send me the return label. They processed the order as an upgrade instead of trade-in and now they want me to send my new phone back to them to start the process all over again so it follows the correct process! I have been a customer over 10 years, but am now considering changing. I have called and spoke to more than 6 people and I was assured this will be resolved, but I have still not received the return label. The process is broken and staff have no clue how to resolve if it doesn’t all in the process.
