I cant recieve verification codes from certain sites?

So I've been having this issue where I can't receive verification codes via text from sites like Amazon and Discover but I receive them phone from others. Is this a problem on tmobiles side? I've been talking with Amazon customer service to fix the problem considering I can't use many of the smart home device features but it hasn't gotten anywhere... -_-

This # has been leaving voice messages ever since I got my phone in 2018. Every time I shut down my phone then turn it back on it says that I have a new voice message from the same #. Then its says that voice mail was detected using SMS but I haven't even been able to set up my voice mail. So I Googled the # to see if anyone else was having this problem and I found that this # is from Santa Barbara and many people have had this issue just like me and most of them said that this # had something to do with T-Mobile. Then I heard that this # was a viruse or a hacker trying to get into your phone which almost gave me a heart attack. So if you could explain to me what this # really is then that would be great.

Why am I randomly not receiving texts?

A few months ago it came to my attention that I was not receiving certain messages from what seemed like a single person (they showed me their phone proving they in fact had sent me these messages). Then it happened with another friend. Both these individuals have iPhones and are on T-Mobile. I'm an Android user.It is seemingly completely random, sometimes even in the middle of a conversation, selective texts sent seconds or minutes apart will not come through.So far I have tried:Changing to the stock texting app (I normally use Mood)Clearing the text app cacheuninstalling and reinstalling Moodchanging the SIMT-Mobile advised me to do some kind of reset (which all it did was make me have to put in all my WiFi passwords again)full factory resetConfirmed APN settingsBought another damn phone.Annoying that I could never figure out wth was happening, but no matter, it seemed like things were working. How do I redeem Netflix on us if I have an existing Netflix account

This isn't as clearly documented as it probably should be. I have a Netflix account. I have an eligible T-Mobile plan for "Netflix on Us". Shipping Label To Send Old Device Back

So, I have taken advantage of $500 off for Galaxy S20 FE with Trade-In. I have the new phone with me. However, I literally can’t find Trade-In Label or Instructions anywhere on my account. Can someone please help me out in this regard? Also, I did return an unopened OnePlus 8 back to T-Mobile and it was received on Monday. How many days would it take before my account is updated and the device is removed from EIP status?

Sending E-mail SMS to T-Mobile Phone

Hey there!My name is James, let me start with the summarized version of the issues: When sending a message from Gmail to a phone number **********@tmomail.com, the message successfully reaches the phone when that address is entered into the "To" or "Cc" field of the email, but the message is blocked when it is entered into the Bcc field. I tried this on multiple carriers and it seems that T-Mobile is the only one with an issue. Now for a more in depth explanation. I am currently testing to see if a Gmail account could be used as a quick alternative Mass Notification System for my company. I used my own cell and a few co-workers cells in the test, my own is T-Mobile and the others were AT&T and Verizon. When I sent the message from Gmail to the respective phone numbers, it reached everyone, but I had entered the addresses into the "To" field on the email. For obvious privacy and security reasons, its preferred to enter them into the "Bcc" field of the email, that way not eve

SOLVED Voicemails not showing up until days after they were left

IPhone8+ I’ve struggled with delayed call and voicemail notifications for years. A phone reboot or airplane mode toggle or network reset would show the missing notifications….but subsequent missed calls/voicemails would not appear.After many wasted hours of support calls and store visits with no resolution, I finally found the source of my problems…….too many visual voicemails!!!!!! PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL OLD/LARGE VISUAL VOICEMAILS!!!!!!!!After removing ~100 visual voicemail messages, I now get immediate missed call and voicemail notifications.I am so happy!!
