If you use Facebook or Twitter you can use messenger on their platform for support. I’ve been waiting for a response from Facebook’s “T-Force” team for 35 minutes now with no response or acknowledgement.
THAT’S why my blocked calls keep getting unblocked!! I thought I was losing my marbles by somehow ‘butt dialing’ emergency services yet calls never completed or logged. THANK YOU!T-Mobile there are several other numbers I get calls from, can you drop this one from your roster?
I see lots of questions here but no answers; is anyone moderating this thread or do I need to be looking somewhere else for answers?!?I’m trying to find my rebate, where is it located on the site? It has been approved and I accessed it on my phone but now that I’m on my computer, I cannot locate it.
New to T-Mobile and thinking I made a bad error … I haven’t spent this much time on hold/customer support in decades!This is not acceptable and after spending 4+ hours on 2 calls with Customer Service for other issues, I don’t have it in my tank to tackle this one! I still have unresolved issues with promised ‘Rebates’. This is ridiculous; I can’t believe I was so stupid to switch carriers. Don’t get me started on a lack of a ‘Chat’ function!!
