I am trying to buy a new iPhoneSE on the Apple website. When I get to to the part of their form that asks me for my "wireless number" and last 4 of my social so they can contact T-Mobile, it doesn't accept my information. It says that the cell number and last 4 I entered do not match what T-Mobile has on file -- but I only have 1 phone line, and I am the only person on this account. I don't understand what other information T-Mobile could have on file? Please help!
I have two T-Mobile IDs (not T-Mobile Support Community account). One ID is linked with an active phone number and the other ID is unlinked. I would like to delete the ID that is unlinked - basically, I want to deregister the attached email address, so I can reuse it. How is this done? Thanks.
Even though I am the primary account holder, it's asking me to contact the "Primary account holder to upgrade"? I'm just trying to get my new phone online. Can anybody help?
No longer have option for motion photo Note 10+ since most recent update. Any help will be appreciated.
This has been an ongoing issue for me but I have not been receiving text messages from my banks and other personal accounts. These text messages are suppose to be a pin or verification codes.
