S22 UltraRandomly a couple days ago my phone dropped all service and only have 1 bar or an X for cell signal when we have 5G in our area. After talking with online tech support we went to the store for better support.Went thru all the eSim/New Sim Card troubleshooting Reset all phone/network settings.Nothing works. I not have a $1000 brick that is 6 months out of warranty! It will work fine if on wi-fi calling and if I am driving around it will randomly pick up 5G service and work great (both cell and internet) for about 5 minutes and then it drops it again. SO FRUSTRATING! We have been customers for 9 years and have 7 phones on our plan (Large family) but since my phone has a really small pixel out around the camera (an issue that I have had since owning the phone) they won’t warranty it. It blows my mind that we can pay this much for phones and they have an issue that is obviously the phone and not from me dropping it or something. I’ve read that alot of other people have had this sa
So T-Mobile supposedly says they’re switching RCS over to Jibe for those who have T-Mobile as the RCS but still hasn’t. I don’t think they are though. One would think they would test it out first and when they’re ready to roll out, make the announcement. If any rep can respond with an actually roll out ETA that would be great. If the answer is it’s on the works then we know it’s not happening for at least current models. I have the S23.
I downgraded my oneplus 9 pro to OOIS 12. After downgraded my device model was changed also some authorised app was gone like phone dailer,message.So I wanna know that How can I get back T Mobile OOIS 13/12?someone can please help me to find the outhorised OOIS 12/13?
I’ve had my Galaxy S10e since 2019. I noticed a couple weeks ago that the back of the phone is separating from the front. It’s open almost down the entire side. (I can even see the “glue” used to attach the front and back). I didn’t purchase insurance on it so that’s an issue. I’ve been on the phone all day in between talking to TMobile and Samsung. Basically TMobile tells me “oh well, time to upgrade” and Samsung tells me it’s out of warranty, which I’m fully aware. I’m 99.9% sure it’s the battery expanding. When I try to “close” the back I feel something pushing against it. Of course, I’ve been Googling this and it seems this is a pretty common issue with this phone. Any suggestions? I so upset have now lock my bank because u have all a**h****s running operation that rather steal money on customers when customers say no pay on replacement over tmobile tech malfunction and not one f***** rep can answer my stupid question without asking a stupid question on something already answered in same chat statement to same rep I like sue operations at tmobile your people try find ways keep customers on a conversation longer then is acquired by asking same question already answered on statement and like critic those mental health patients then answer our questions you guys I believe so this on perpose to mental health customers hoping we die in cardiac arrest faster
I received an email “from our CEO” for free AAA for a year. I followed the links until I got to a page that was supposed to be a “coupon code” to use at AAA to “redeem” the promotion. But alas, that page said that the code displayed was invalid and had already been redeemed. Not by me. So I used the app to message support, and after about 15 minutes back and forth the same initial link appeared in the message. So even with messaging support, it was nothing but a circle without any resolution. Whether this is a scam or not I don’t know. But that’s what it looks like, to somehow get you to AAA and to purchase something else? Either way this is untoward on the part of T-Mobile. If you got the same email good luck. If it works for you please let me know.
How can I add a line to my existing phone? I don’t want to have to buy another phone but need a new number. I don’t want to change my existing number because I have given it out to the doctor’s office, dentist office, many other medical providers for my spouse, my bank, etc and it would just be so complicated to change it. But I need a number local to another city in another area code but in the same state. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
I bought a phone (Moto E5 plus) on eBay, the seller wrote that the phone was unlocked, but it turned out that it was not, the unlocking application does not work (it shows an error).I don't have a T-Mobile SIM card.How can I unlock it so that I can use another SIM card?Thank you
I have my metro by t-mobile and I have had nothing but absoulte trouble. Their service sucks, I got 2 new 5G phones as if that were going to make the service any better, what a joke. So we get home and right off start having trouble so I call and call and call until finally one of the supervisors said that we got 2 defective phones so I needed to take them back and tell the store to order 2 new ones, which I did. When the phones came in and I go to pick them up she tells me I had to pay $100 and I asked for what she said for the phones. I said oh hell no I dont. Yall sold me 2 messed up phones that I litterly not even a aweek ago paid over $300 and now to get new ones you saing I gotta pay another $100. I walked out and call customer support and they said no but I couldnt get the phones from the manager wothout paying, needless to say I still have 2 shitty phones and the service sucks so bad I can be in middle of my home work and my hotspot will say NOT CONNECTED but hell it hardly ev

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I used the phones camera in default mode at my daughter's wedding to take pictures, and the color WHITE is BLUE in the photos. How could a professional camera phone ruin my daughters' wedding pictures? I took over 350 photos, and the wedding is over. I have been a Samsung customer for years and upgraded my phone to an Elite Pro, and I get trash for my photos. I will never buy a Samsung Phone again. Now, I don't trust my Samsung tablet.I fault T-Mobile for not telling me of the issue when I bought the phone through them.I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years and this is the way they treat their customers. Time to find a new carrier who keeps their customers informed.
I have the Pre Paid T-Mobil plan, I cannot get any verification codes via Text, went to the T-Mobil store they could not help me, I cannot get texts for verifications be it from my bank or any other important places for verification, this is very frustrating because my My husband has the same plan, same phone, he receives them. What can I do, anything on my phone (Android) or is it on T-Mobils end of it, Thank for your help
