TMOBILE is CRAP NOW

I cant get a hold of ANYONE who can HELP ME!? NO SULERVISORS OR MANAGEMENT!!?? so Corporate just hides in there offices n gets richer, as we all have issues n struggle with our bills n problems, No one can seem to help us with!??? ive have SEVERAL issues taking avout a month to resolve, IF ITGETS RESOLVED at all... im gonna ve leaving Tmobile... not what it uses to be.

Galaxy flip 4 issue

Its been a little over a year and my phone is shutting off on its own and won’t turn on. My battery is fully charged. It sometimes will get hot and will not power up. this keeps going on stays on for a little while then shuts off on its own.

How to set a pre-recorded audio file as my outgoing voicemail mesage?

I can’t believe T-Mobile (or Sprint before them) still don’t allow you to set up and use a pre-recorded audio file (e.g. .mp3) as your outgoing voicemail message.Sure, you can play the file over an external speaker and record it using your phone’s microphone, but the quality is not good.Is there a reason I’m missing as to why this capability is unavailable on my Android phone? Security? Copyright?

I read their questions from three years ago, and everything has stayed the same. The numbers annoyed me. How can I stop them? It is okay to keep the same if they are spam or anything that annoys T-mobles customers? To T-mobles services - can you do something to stop and block the numbers for us? Also, the number is 1-303-810-8403, which is very threatening. How can I report or do something to stop the number and find whoever called? Do you have any tools blocking spam, threats, or anything on my phone? Thank you

Sim card fully activated but my number is unknown

I factory reset my phone after my new sim card arrived. Big mistake, because now the esim is missing. The new physical sim card was defective and I had to wait for a new one. Cannot activate online and no longer have phone or text messages on the phone since I reset it. The physical sim card is fully activated thanks to a friend who used to manage one of their stores. However, the number shows as unknown In the phones SIM manager and I still have no phone use. T mobile tried to send me email but I never received it so I have no way to do this from home and i'm paralyzed and have noone to go to the store for me. Whydidn't I get the emails they sent me since the emails are on wifi and I get everybody else's?

I have a new samsung S24 phone and some of my contacts can't receive orsend texts to me and neither can I send to them.But at least one the those contacts is in a group where I still get their texts.I'm wondering g whether it's a Google problem. MMS Group MMS Corruption: members dropped in replies, Phone numbers changed, New Groups started

Two phones on our TMobile plans experiencing this issue.Group MMS threads keep getting corrupted. When receiving messages, all group members are present, but replying in that group message, messages is randomly leaving out people, and a NEW message thread is created, with one or more recipients removed. This happens on both the sender's phone and the recipient's phone.Sometimes replying to the new corrupted thread is not possible, even though messages come in to that corrupted thread. You have to hunt for the right message thread to reply to.Sometimes Phone numbers are getting corrupted, and digits in the numbers are off. We get a message from a contact, and their number is wrong. We cannot reply to that number, we have to go to the thread with their CORRECT number and reply to that.This is totally frustrating for everyone, as you can imagine.Tried uninstalling Messages, deleting most messages, rebooting, reinstalling messages, etc. The problem disappears then comes back.Samsung phones

Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shut down. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned the phone off then back on - nothing has worked.
