My husband has always used a flip phone but is now ready to try a smart phone but I am nervous about it and not sure what to get him. I started with a Blackberry and then have purchased IPhones ever since so I need to be able to help him but don’t want something too difficult. Any suggestions?
I am interested in buying the Google 6 Pro. Can you tell me what’s the best deal either through Google or T Mobil? I’ve read that T-Mobile offers spot deals that are better than the normal ones. If that’s true, can you tell me what and when they happen?I’m looking for the phone model with the best photo quality. I’ve read the Google 6 Pro is known for this. Are there any other models you find have excellent image quality? I have a OnePlus 7 Pro and I’m unhappy with image quality.
We’re upgrading my dad from an old 3G flip phone. His SIM card is the large format so it won’t work in the new phone. The Samsung Galaxy S22 arrived today from T-Mobile and didn’t come with a SIM card. Do I need to get a new physical SIM card for it or will the built in eSIM work?
By any chance, do you know how to do forward call only from selected caller, e.g. 1-508-987-6543, to phone number 1-207-123-4567 on my T-Mobile Android phone? These two phone numbers are not real, just examples. Note, it is not general call forwarding, it is forwarding only from selected caller.If you know how, please provide detailed instruction/link. If not, maybe you know name of the application to do it?Thanks.
I have recently bought a LG G PAD 5 (pre-owned) and I am not in USA and I am unable to use mobile connection as it says not allowed, it is showing SIM signals without any SIM installed and mobile networks button is also disabled. Please tell me what to do.Thanks and regards
SamMobile’s Firmware list states the S10e unlocked (SM-G970U1) should have gotten a firmware update on May 24th. I’m assuming this would be UI 4.1. Has anybody gotten it? Are others still waiting like me? Thanks. I have T-Mobile Connect for service and have gotten updates in a timely manner until now.
changing phone request, my Galaxy S22 ultra not working well with "live caption" for calls and "live transcribe"
I just recently open a tmobile account 5 days ago (6/10/22) with a plan of Magenta Max 55+ with $800 discount credit promotion for Galaxy S22 ultra.I’m hearing impaired and I rely heavily on android’s apps: “live caption” for calls and “live transcribe”. I just realized my S22 utra is not working too well compared to my old Google pixel 4. I just noticed that Google is the primary developer of the android apps and tightly fine tune their apps with Pixel devices. Also their head developer is hearing impaired himself as well.Is there a way for me to exchange my S22 ultra with Pixel 6 pro? What would be a cost breakdown for the transaction to proceed? Or if I want exchange my S22 later in the year once the Pixel 7 is released, what would be the exchange cost if there is any.

Hello, I had printed the shipping label for my trade in. However, it shows in the Receipt label the wrong ph. that I have to return. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 black. And the label reads Samsung Galaxy S21 Grey. Can you please send me a label with the correct ph. I don’t want to have problems (I already had enough problems getting my I phone). Thanks,Xico Ceballos
I also have problems with the REVVL V + 5G, I can’t use my voice texting, it keeps saying I don’t have permission. I changed all the settings, took it to the T-Mobile store and the rep couldn’t get permission either. He seemed to know that the phone was a bad phone, he said that is why I stick to Samsung phones. I told him this phone is a piece of junk and the didn’t deny it. I am on the phone talking and then realize the other person is not there or the other way around. I try to call call back and it is the other way I can hear them and they can’t hear me. Then it calls calls someone and i don’t see anything on the screen to disconnect the call. I was told I would have to wait to finish my contract of 24 months to change phones, how about changing companies. I never had an issue with Cricket they were always able to help me. I only changed because of a good promo I got, guess that wasn’t such a good promo. He was right, I should have stuck to a Samsung phone. I am old but I
