why do Securus calls not come through?

I have lately been having problems receiving calls from a jail using Securus. I do not receive calls at all the call doesn't come though it won't even ring. The Securus account has funds and is able to get through a different carrier. I have turned off all blocking features called customer service and reset all family allowances and still no calls come through. How do I fix this I need this to work

Samsung Note 20 5G (SM-N981U) with Andmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm m,roid 13.How do I turn off and disable the Emergency S.O.S. calling feature?dfffffffffffffffffffffcIn my State as of July 15th, it is now a crime to make a false automated 911/SOS call.1st offense gets you a warning.2nd offense in five year running period gets you $1,000 fine, and 6 months in jail if a physical response is dispatched because of the call.3rd offense in a five running period gets a $3,500 fine, then if physical response happens its 18-24 month sentence.4th time it becomes a Felony with $10,000 fine and/or 60 month sentence regardless of physical response or not. So?  How does a person turn OFF the Emergency S.O.S. calling feature to avoid the possible consequences above?

Lost capability to text: Contacts show sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone

Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21.  However, today, the text fails to be sent.  Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to:sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back to sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on?  I am able to text other people. Thanks, Paul

Text messages stuck "sending"

Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.  When sending text messages they sometimes get stuck "sending" and never go through.  This happens both on / off WiFi and I have tried both with and without wifi calling.  I've also changed the network settings off LTE to 4g/3g/2g and even just to 2g to try and resolve this.  This is happening on my S8, wifes S8, and our sons S8+.  Started within the last two weeks and according to TMO store rep it's a firmware issue that Samsung is aware of but I'm not seeing others with this issue complaining so it makes me wonder. Any feedback would be helpful thanks!

REVVL V+ 5G does not offer a way to disable RTT

Most Android phone, including Pixels, One Plus, etc offer and option to disable RTT mode in phone app setting.  For some reason REVVL V+ 5G does not have this.  Please fix.

Disable Revvl Start-up Sound?

I like the T-Mo jingle as much as the next guy, but is there anyway to shut off the start-up jingle when you turn a Revvl on? I can't find any setting for it.If there isn't, maybe this is something T-Mo could add in a future update?

Galaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages

As the title says I am getting duplicate messages to my galaxy watch. When im connected to bluetooth everything works fine, texts sync properly when read on one device. However whenever i disconnect from my phone and switch to LTE i get every text ever all pver again. Literally 1000's. You would think the solution would be to leave lte on all the time? Wrong. When i leave lte on all the time then my watch and phone dont sync! If i read the text on my watch it wont update ththe phone anand vice versa. The point of the watch is to be able for the phone and watch to sync AND to leave your phone behind. Ive read dozens of users experienceing the same problem whats the fix tmoble? Ps this isnt an issue with the apple watch lte

Phone still says Verizon

I made the switch,  YAY. I only have one issue. My S21 Ultra is still booting with the Verizon logo and I get an error saying sim card is not Verizon wireless. The phone is definitely unlocked.  Some suggested it may be the APN settings but I tried that and it didn't work. Help!

Can I use my Tmobile SIM in a TMobile network affiliated phone (ie SImple Mobile etc.)?

Needing a new phone, but not looking to spend an arm and a leg. I have found some phones that I like that are through providers that use the TMobile network. Can I use these phones with my TMobile SIM card, or do I have to specifically look for unlocked phones?

Other party cannot always hear me

I joined T mobile to days back. I had about 5 calls including calls with T mobile customer service, every call I have been in had issue with the other person could not hear me part of the call. All calls were made from my home. I have Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have 14 days to decide and I am at the verge of deciding to leave T mobile. Anyone can give me a reason not to leave Tmobile?

Two phones - one uses physical sim and one uses esim

I have a zflip (physical sim) and an iphone 14 (esim). I put the physical sim card into my zflip and it detects all the contacts saved in it; however, no phone/internet service. How am I able to use my phone number and zflip? It seems like even when I turn off cellular or the esim on the iphone, my zflip does not have Tmobile service.

T-Mobile RCS Messaging Stability Issues

Since moving to the S23 with official locked Tmobile ROM, RCS messaging has been terrible. Fails to connect to RCS servers, fails to send text, fails to receive text all at random. Rebooting phone, clear Google Messages cache and deleting all text threads helps for a while, then it's back to terrible again.I have researched online and others have the exact same issue. It all started when Samsung moved from Samsung Messages to Google Messages for the text app. The problem is that Google Messages which is now the official messaging app on Galaxy phones, still uses T-Mobile’s unreliable RCS services. They can reprogram the Google Messages app that official Tmobile Samsung phones have to use the stable Google Jibe RCS services instead. This only effects official Tmobile phones and not unlocked Samsung phones on Tmobile, as their Google Messages client uses Googles RCS services and not T-mobiles.  ATT just moved all their users from ATT RCS services back to Google Jibe for these performance

Wrong phone description

Just wondering if anyone else has an incorrect phone description on their account?I recently activated my 256GB White Pixel 6 Pro, in my profile it shows as a 128GB Black Pixel 6 Pro. Not sure if it matters, just concerned if I wanted to eventually trade in, or if I needed repair if it would cause an issue.

REG99 "Unable to connect"

I just purchased the LG V10.  I want to use the wi-fi calling feature but it won't connect to my home network. I get a REG99 "Unable to connect" error message.  It connects to other networks outside of my residence.  Any suggestions?

Google Pixel 6?

Does anybody know if you'll be carrying the Google Pixel 6 and Pro? The reason I ask is because there's a launch event on the 19th of October and then supposedly preorders is going to start on the 19th of October as well. I know that T-Mobile entered into a new Google partnership again which almost 99.9% guarantees that T-Mobile is going to get the new phones in the future. Also I just recently came across a blog post on T-Mobile's official website about how they're going to support future Pixel phones other Google devices as well as make Google Messages the default messaging app. So I can only assume that it's going to come to T-Mobile, but I don't want to jump the gun and make that assumption and get let down if it's not coming to T-Mobile. So I would just like to know in advance if the Pixel 6 is going to come to T-Mobile, so I can get prepared to preorder it on the 19th. Also I'm very well aware that I can get an unlocked version from Google directly and then use it with T-Mobile's

Phone not receiving calls, routing to voice message

My phone has been very consistently not able to receive incoming calls. I tried to call my number using both other Tmobile phone lines and my coworkers’ who have different phone service. None of them can call my Tmobile phone number, but it directly routes people to voice message. I have done a phone warranty, change new SIM card, and call 611, they have helped me filed a ticket for engineering team, but still, I tried couple times and people still can’t call me but routing straight to the voice message.What if there is an emergency and I can’t pick up the phone calls? I pay a lot for the service but I can’t really use it? And I am very tired of waiting and calling 611 line, everyone is busy working and I can’t keep on calling them regarding this annoying problem.I do need to keep my current phone number so please help me fix this problem. The problem has been going on for so long that my supervisor is getting very upset with the fact that he can’t call me for work.

Group Text coming in as individual messages

I have a Galaxy S9+ and am using the Samsung Message app. We switched to T-Mobile last week. Whenever I am part of a group text and someone has an iPhone, the messages are all coming to me individually and I cannot tell that I am part of a group message. This is very bothersome. I have checked all settings but do not know what to do. Any thoughts?

Not receiving texts from Verizon carriers!

Hello Everyone,I’m looking for some sort of help if anyone has encountered the issue that I am having. I recently tried to make a switch over to Verizon from T-mobile and had begun the process online. Mistake number 1. In trying to do so I did not realized that I needed transfer of liability from the account that I was under in order to have my own account. After realizing how much of a mess it was to even do that I decided it was not worth it to switch after all and decided to stick with T-Mobile. Before my number could be on my own account the T-mobile rep said that my number was ported to verizon and needed to be ported back. I had called Verizon and had them port my number back as they said my number was only partially ported. After all that I had my own account on T-mobile. Now I am not receiving messages from ANY Verizon carriers and I dont know what is going on. Verizon carriers are able to receive my messages and calls but I cannot receive messages from them, just calls. I have

Disable no voice/data service notifications

I have an LG v20 phone for which T Mobile recently pushed out Android Oreo. At work, I get spotty reception. With the update, I get constant notifications that there is no voice/data service. I have WiFi at work and have enabled Wi-Fi calling, so these notifications are useless. But there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to turn them off. The best I can do is snooze them for 2 hours. 4 or 5 times a day, I have to do this, and it is very annoying. If I don't snooze them, then spotty reception means I will get a notification every few minutes all day. How do you get rid of these notifications?
