Business phone number was cancelled by T-Mobile Support in error. Has done major damage with the business- as we are a Mobile dog grooming company- grooming trailer , web site and biz cards are the only way to communicate- with the Biz # which was cancelled.I was told the number CAN and Will be recovered- Then they said they were having issues validating the address- even though I have 5 other lines with T-Mobile with that same address- Maps finds the address without issue-They said the issue had to be sent out of the Tech Support to an Outsource Tech. That was 2 weeks ago.One of your support department said that this was the worst mishandling that the support individual has seen- I was told today the case was marked resolved- which is just a bold LIE- This support person open up a new case with the same number and sent it to ??? I think Tech SUPPORT_Why the lies-, why no one from Management is calling- no seems to care that I lost t the business contacts, all current bookings w
My T-Mobile plan comes with 15GB Hotspot but I want to purchase more for my phone as I need to use more every month. I went ahead and purchased 60GB hotspot for $25 as an add-on feature for my Android phone. When my hotspot usage was at 60GB, I received a text from T-Mobile telling me my hotspot speed will slow down after 60GB was used up. I called T-Mobile and asked why wasn’t my account has a total of 75GB instead of 60 (15GB with my plan plus 60GB that I bought extra.) I was told that if I haven’t used any of my 15GB that came with my plan and I decided to purchase extra 60GB hotspots, I would lose that 15GB that came with my plan and only have 60GB only. To me, it’s crazy, why would I lose the 15GB if I am going to buy some extra GB hotspot? I should still have the 15GB that came with my plan PLUS the 60GB which I paid extra for, which means I should have a total of 75GB monthly. I was told that’s not how T-Mobile works. So instead of adding the 60GB hotspot add-on onto my account,
T-Mobile customer survey texts are sent from 1112. This is recognized as one of several emergency numbers by Samsung phones (I do not know whether this is also an issue on other handset makers). The result of this is that the phone thinks the user is making an emergency communication and subsequently unblocks all blocked numbers temporarily. 2 hours at a a time. Resetting each time a reply is sent.
I’ve noticed that Samsung S21-S23 are on T-Mobile’s servers for RCS messaging (AKA Google Messages). But there is an update from T-Mobile’s twitter account posted on 9/21/23 that they will be migrating to Jibe. Any idea or ETA that these devices will migrate.
We are getting voicemails from a jail - blocking the number on the phone (S21 5G) only makes it so it doesn’t ring. We still get the voicemail (which is asking for a credit card payment to place the call). How can I block them from leaving voicemail?
Greetings T-mobile community! I have bought a used (T-mobile) Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G from a friend of mine and when I tried to change Network mode (from automatic to 4G or 5G only) I couldn’t as the option to do so was not available (was blured/grayed). side notes:1- I’m using a sim card from different operator.2- By going to Settings- Connection- Mobile Networks, you should be able to see the option to change Network mode. I appreciate your kind support with this matter. Regards,
I’m having a hard time believing that T-Mobile is the ONLY major carrier that does not have a single option past the basic 128 GB for Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. I don’t know anyone who would pay over a thousand dollars for a flagship phone with only 128 GB. This seems like a massive oversight. I have spoken with customer service through chat and over the phone and they all say that they only have the 128 GB and when asked if they are getting other storage space options they say “We don’t have that information.”We just switched from Verizon a few months ago. Verizon offers the same trade-in deals but they have storage space options up to 512 GB. Google Store and Best Buy will only offer me $160 dollars for my phone as a trade-in deal but with T-Mobile I could get up to $800 with my trade-in but I can not buy a phone with only 128 GB. One customer service rep told me that they would start selling the 256gb models on October 12, its October 20th and at this rate, I don’t think it’s ever goi
I’m switching laptops and connecting my phone to my new laptop doesn’t work. Device Manager shows that the drivers for my Oneplus 8T are not installed. I’ve tried finding them on-line but am not having any luck. Many of the sites look a bit sketchy and the one that looked legit had me download an ADB driver...and the ADB driver doesn’t work either. My old laptop, which the phone connects to just fine, is a Lenovo running Windows 10 Enterprise. The new laptop is an HP running Windows 11 Enterprise N. Does anyone have a good driver for Windows 11 Enterprise N? Thanks!
