When changing a wake up alarm, the change (what was done) stays on the screen . I can't see anything underneath.

On my Samsung Ultra S22 I have issues with the (title?) what was completed, staying on the phone screen for a minute or so. It doesn’t go away right away- I can’t see what is underneath the title or whatever it is called to type the name of the new alarm time? It is hard to describe. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you fix this?

T-mobile Revvl 6 5G (error04 DSA error)

Anyone know how to fix “error04 DSA error” on a Revvl 6 5G cell?My phone keeps hanging up on everyone I talk to, since Thursday night.    I rebooted my phone and Verizon modem but I keep getting the same “error04 DSA error”.  It’s not hanging up as much as it was, but still at least once per conversation.  Very frustrating 🤦‍♀️

REVVL v+5G connectivity with Sync 3

Any update on this problem?Brand new REVVL V+ 5G with software security update 2/5//2022 still has same Bluetooth connection problem with Ford Sync3, 2019 Escape Non Nav.  Sync 3 updated by dealer.  Nobody has an answer to the connection problems.  Phone works fine with other cars.

I accidentally forgot my WiFi then I tried reconnect my wifi on my phone without success

I had all updated apps and my galaxy A53 5g phone software is updated. My internet is working. My girlfriends iphone and my laptop, I did forgot my wifi then I did reconnected my wifi with success except of my phone. I did entered my correctly password for my wifi on my phone without sucess. I did reset network settings but no avail. How do I fix it?

T-Mobile identifies my phone as the wrong device.

I've got an unlocked, black, 512G S23 Ultra that T-Mobile, both by app and when I called them,  identifies as a 256G Green S23 Ultra.  However, they correctly list it on the purchase agreement.  Others have had similar problems.  Anyone get it fixed?

return a financed device after the 14 day period?

Does anyone know if there are any options to return a financed device only used for a few months in excellent condition to T-Mobile without having to pay it off?  I know that I can pay it off and then sell it, but was wondering if there was any other option.  I have the S23 Ultra and just bought an unlocked Pixel 7 Pro.  Just don’t like the massive size of the S23 Ultra, it’s too bulky for my taste.  I suppose I could have done an “upgrade” through T-Mo instead of buying the P7P outright unlocked, but the price I got for a new P7P was better than what was on offer.

After t-mobile update on my android today, the screen on everything I view glitches/ refreshes constantly. I restarted the phone and tried updating apps I was using. That didn't work.

Will a new phone work with old sim card?

Hello all, I am getting a brand-new Moto Edge 2022 model phone. I brought it unlocked from Amazon as it was on sale for $350 and was wondering and hoping it would work with my current phone sim card. I currently have an LG V30 phone with a T-Mobile sim card and since this phone is going on four years, I wanted to get me a new phone, but T-Mobile did not have any that I found appealing. I am hoping I could simply just take out the sim card and put it in the Moto Edge phone and that is all that I would have to do to get it to work. Thanks.

Understanding DATA

I’m having diffy with Data usage as now i just paid bill but already warned about so much data use. Then background apps that may be leeching the Data w/my not being too keen on Google’s voluminous apps and then if i just shut it down, i wasn’t online at all and lost the Duo authentici...to log on or use the phone at work that in lieu of not having phone at work some day(s) i can use landline with Duo. So my long-drawn out moaning (sorry) how can i start to learn Data and Cell phone operation does anyone have idea that might share knowledge?   my phone’s a Galaxy A10e

how to text on JetBlue?

How are you sending/ receiving text on Jetblue using android? I know that SMS won't work but I couldn't get google messaging or Whatsapp to send/receive. The wifi was connected and internet worked great. I had Wifi calling on but had no ability to text.

trouble sending text

I have one apple phone number that my text messages won’t go through, other apple phones I have no problem. It spins for a bit then closes the messaging app. When I keep trying, it says, messages keeps stopping/ app info or close app I can receive messages from this phone or call the number, I just can’t send texts. I’ve restarted it numerous times, turned airplane mode on and off, cleared cache. Any ideas? I have the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. ThanksDianne

Best Cell Phone under $200

I currently have a TCL 10.  Been a good phone but the battery is growing old.  I take an occasional photo - it does well (three lenses).  Like the zoom in - zoom out capability. Mostly used for calendar, texting, e-mail, internet and an occasional phone call. Looking for a large phone with good battery life and high res screen.  Definitely want finger print port.  Must be Android.Keep waiting (hoping) for a good deal from T-Mobile but have to get a new line to get anything from them.Any suggestions? OrcasDoug

Rooting T-Mobile Samsung a14 5G?

These phones come absolutely full of garbage software I want off them. I didn’t ask for facebook and when I found out there was Microsoft stuff there - blech. I can’t remove a lot of garbage, unfortunately, because I don’t have actual access to control my own phone that I bought and paid for (why, Samsung, why must you be so Apple-like). Some googling shows that to remove that stuff I need root access (I know what this means, I’m a linux user). To get root, I apparently need to unlock my bootloader. XDA Devs says I need to allow OEM unlocking - but this option has been totally removed by T-Mobile. No problem. Downgrading the OS by fooling the system clock is supposed to be possible - but, no, that was removed too. I talked to Samsung and they couldn’t help me, but said I should talk to my carrier, so here I am. How can I get OEM unlock working?

LG V60 MMS won't send on wifi

Is it normal to have no APN selected? This is what is default when I enter the APN settings.Recently, I haven’t been able to send any MMS messages while connected to wifi, whether it is my home wifi or wifi at work (or any other place for that matter). SMS and other things work; MMS works when I’m not connected to wifi. I have tried configuring APN settings manually but nothing online that I have seen has worked for me. I am currently back on default settings but still can’t figure out how to get my MMS to work while I am connected to wifi. MMS had not been working in the past initially, but I changed to a new messaging app (Google Messages) and MMS had been working fine for a while on wifi, before not working again recently.

Android Voice Mail

We transferred our phones from another carrier to T-Mobile a couple weeks ago. We brought our Android phones (and numbers) with us. We have been unable to access voice mail since then. Before, we would just press and hold "1" for a moment, and it would bring up the voice mail menu. Doing that now causes the phone to dial *86, but then I get the message that "this call cannot be completed as dialed." I know I've gotten voice mail messages, because I've gotten text messages that are an attempted transcript of the message. These messages invite me to dial a phone number (469 area code) to listen to the full message,  but it's a different phone number every time. Also, it's not a voice mail account or menu -- I can just listen to that one message, then choose what to do with it, but as soon as I delete the message, the service hangs up on me -- I can't do anything else. What am I missing?
