Impossible to return faulty equipment to the store as instructed, employees who originally handed it to me said 'no'.

For two months, I have been trying to cancel my account and return faulty equipment, to no avail. I have followed instructions exactly, and met with nothing but obstacles, ‘do it yourself’ instructions, and conflicting internal policies.The first (black) gateway had a defective fan and overheated within an hour, so I returned it to the nearest brick and mortar store as directed by email, who exchanged the black gateway then and there for the newer white gateway ( I don’t know the model numbers). That unit never got more than three bars, and stalled for 36 hours at 44% complete in an upgrade process. In less that 24 hours the phone that came with the bundle likewise demanded software “patch”, a euphemism for ‘repair’. I returned a second time to the brick and mortar store to cancel and return all the equipment, but they refused to accept it due to their own internal policies. One UI has stopped working

All of a sudden my phone is no longer allowing me to use it, as I am receiving a “One UI has stopped working” message. I have reset all settings under the general management tab, and I have cleared the data under the app storage. The phone has been reset multiple times and has even been shut down for 5 minutes before restarting.

I want to thank employee Camryn at the Ellisville, MO store. I had a drowned phone, just had surgery, and came into the store in tears. She got me a chair I could sit in, tissues, and was the nicest, caring, employee we have experienced there. She took the time to get my new phone up and running and everything transferred, as well as making sure I could log on to my important things. Thank you so very much Camryn for being the steady in my storm on 10-2-24.

SyncUP Watch 2 not receiving incoming audio texts

My child's SyncUP watch 2 is not receiving incoming audio text messages from contacts. Regular written texts come in, emojis come in, photos come in, phone calls come in, and video chat calls come in... HOWEVER, I send audio voice text messages from my Galaxy Android phone and they aren't received on his watch. There's no error shown on my phone. It shows that an MMS text was sent successfully. I've tried restarting his watch and restarting my phone but that didn't help. He is able to send me audio texts from his watch to my phone without any issues. Any ideas why my audio text messages aren't being received? Any settings I can check?

Can't Change Administrator Photo in T-Life

Hi, I’m setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get “Something went wrong. Please try again.” error message. I’m doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. I tried deleting the watch, deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same original avatar showed up and I can’t change it.

Having issues with my galaxy fold 4 connecting to any wifi or bringing up the available networks around me period. I logged i to my t mobile router and it says my phone connection type is eternity. Talk with rep to file a non damaged phone claim

wife has the Samsung flip 5 and the bottom half of phone is not working. This is software related or something else. Would like to replace the phone. Unable to do this via T-mobile website. Has you call in, only option is to report it as a physical damage, no software option. Should I just file it as physical damage or can someone call me?

NO PHONE I WAS PROMISED BUT YOU STILL BILL ME SHAME

Was told that I can have a new cell since I originally was told that by customer service, I paid over a 100 a month just for cell phone service, and for the last two months I don't have a phone however I'm still being billed the 100 each moth. Called a few times the second called said I refused the offer however I have the VM, as well as the text message saved to my devise stating that I can redeem this offer any time by calling or texting customer service I can't call them because my phone is broken. So whenever I text them they say that they cant authenticate the account one thing I know for sure is I'm a war time veteran, to be called basically a liar I'm going to post this on FACEBOOK to all my veterans, and it's so bad that they can still bill me but they couldn't honor their word. In closing I'm beyond frustrated with how I was and am being treated so I'm just not going to pay anymore bills and when they try to collect I'll get them for breach of contract.

I have an old Galaxy J7 phone. Recently (and very suddenly), it has twice lost the ability to make or receive calls. However, I can still send and receive text messages. The first occurrence lasted for a day. I left the phone sitting with the battery removed overnight, and it started working normally the next day. T-Mobile’s on line support’s solution was to replace my antiquated phone. That may very well be necessary, but I want to exhaust other possible causes first. Could a defective SIM card be causing this issue?
