my home internet keeps dropping signal

We have the old T-Mobile tower was great first couple months no it’s lagging I know they have been having problems I was wondering if the leaves on the trees now could possibly be interfering with the signal   Or could I get interference being that my neighbor just got T-Mobile home internet any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

5-G Home internet

So I have been checking when I would be a able to get 5-G Home internet. And I get a reply that it is not available for my area yet. My question is when will it be available in a week a month a year or never. Can I get a answer?

Band locking

New to the forum here. I have a question for the T-Mobile engineers, when will we be allowed to through a firmware update to lock the bands? My trashcan keeps switching back to primary B71(LTE) and no secondary connection. If I reset it I get primary band 2(LTE) and secondary n71(5G) AND MY SPEED DOUBLES through carrier aggregation band combination. I understands what the software is doing. The primary B71 has a stronger signal than the primary Band 2 but we need a choice. So please fix this T-Mobile engineers.

5G Gateway High Latency and slower than my cable modem

So I am still within the 14 day trial period but I am leaning toward cancelling due to the high latency issues and speeds worse than my current cable modem. Plus the kicker is for some weird reason the stupid thing does a kind of power cycle by itself disconnecting all devices from the internet but the app on my phone says it is connected to the internet. At the same time that same phone if connected to the 5G Gateway the WiFi symbol gives me a ! meaning the WiFi does not have outside connection to the internet. This happened two mornings in a row then again that second night. Both mornings I power cycled the devices myself both my router and the 5G Gateway. The evening I did not and the connection came back but was really bad after about 15 minutes.  I haven’t tried to move the device too much through my home because my home is pre plumbed with ethernet to different rooms and goes to a central junction area where my router is and this 5G Gateway needs to be close to that or I would ne

internet is only good at night

Anyone else have this same problem, internet SUCKS from 8am- (maybe) -8pm or 5pm just depends . After that the internet is amazing and I can stream and do anything. But during the day my phone service is faster than the actual internet. this is ridiculous

Home Internet Goes Out Every Couple of Hours

I switched my home internet to Tmobile last June and haven't any issues until this week. My internet keeps going out every couple of hours. Turning the tmobile router on and off temporarily fixes the issue only for it to happen again sometimes in less than a half hour. When it does this I can connect to my wifi network but it doesn't have internet connection if that means anything specific. My signal strength on the home internet app always shows Very Good or Excellent. Does it matter that I got a new Sony TV last week? Sometimes it's on only the 2.4 ghz that stops and the 5ghz will still work sometimes it's both. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

NOK5G21 Home Internet Gateway Not Working Properly

Hello,My NOK5G21 is not utilizing EN-DC as it will not grab a secondary signal like it is suposed to. My gateway is on n71 primary but it will not grab a secondary signal or flip to n71 on secondary and grab the much stronger signal LTE in my area band 2, 12. T-Mobile is no help with these devices, they dont seem to know anything about their product or how to work them. Very disappointed in their tech team. Does anyone have any idea on how to get it working?

Reolink camera will not connect

Asked this in Other Devices and realized maybe I should have asked it here. If this “double post” is a bozo no-no, please forgive me. Anyway my Reolink security camera will not connect with my new Arkadyan gateway. Tried separating 2.4 and 5 GHz. Nothing worked. Technical support was no help and was very hard to understand. Everything else connects just fine. Thanks. And will other wireless cameras work, and if so maybe which makes?

Why doesn't my home internet work on battery?

So TMobile internet is awesome and have no complaints there but for some reason I need to have it plugged in to an outlet or else no one can be online, this is an issue because it later has to be unplugged to let it cool or else it begins to overheat, is there something I can do to fix it?

I want to be able to change the city my internet chose. It automatically selected Dallas Texas when we hooked it up. That's not local for me. How can I change that with the gateway 5g tower?  I'd like to be able to watch my local news not 500 miles away!

Home internet IP is showing different city

We just received the T-Mobile Home Internet device and we could not get more than 2 bars on any spot in our house, even tried outside the house. We noticed that the IP location is showing Los Angeles, CA and we are in Phoenix, AZ. T-mobile stated “The T-Mobile High-Speed Internet Gateway is specific to your eligible address”.We wonder whether this could be the culprit since we have a tower near us, the signal should be significantly more than 2 bars. Would factory reset / reboot the device helps?

Blocked myself from my own WiFi HotSpot

I set up a T-Mobile hotspot at my residence yesterday.  I wanted to boot my smart TV off it and I ended up accidentally blocking my own phone’s MAC ID from it.  Now I can’t access my own WiFi nor, obviously make any changes to it. How do I go about unblocking myself from my WiFi hot spot?

having inconsistent internet issues

We live in a remote area so have very limited internet options. They finally got T-Mobile and for the free month it was absolutely amazing. Getting 20 ping, 250 download, and 80 upload. I game daily and create content and have had no issues until recently. The last week and a half the internet has been awful. the ping is between 80-150 download is around 80-200, but upload is 2 or under (mostly .40) I called and their tech support is just saying people are using the internet so that’s why it’s slow, but why did it work before and not now? I am trying to play warzone and it’s impossible. The speeds seem really inconsistent one second it’ll be normal then the upload plummets or the ping becomes really high. Is this normal?

No seconday signal every 5 mins or less it drops off

yeah finally got 5 g i guess internet was great before update not it drops constantly how do u get a constant seconday signal the fact it gets it but drops it makes think getting the signal isnt really the issue or is it I am not a cell tech person so no idea and every time i call tech support they do what not seems to work better for a day or 2 then back to crap. I play games online but it keeps dropping from the 30-40 mps to 1mps or less on the non secondary.

SIP Trunking

I tested this service in January and discovered that I could not register SIP trunks using the 5G, I called the tmobile tech services and was informed that they were aware of this. I returned the equipment. Has this problem been solved, as I was very please with the other testing.

Serious problems since this morning in Sarasota area

There is a lot of internet outages since this morning. My zip code is FL 34238. That seems due from a poor 5G signal. Usually, since many months, there is a 3 bars signal but today a max of 2 bars. This is a true nightmare: no internet, no email, no bank access, no TV.Please URGENTLY FIX THAT!Thanks
