Does anyone know of a way to monitor device traffic on the 5G home internet gateway? I am seeing very large data use when everyone in the house should be asleep and all devices inactive, I’m trying to see which device is causing the problem.Is there a router-login (the 192.168.0.1 router page) equivalent for the gateway that lets me monitor this?Thanks!
Replacing my smartwatch was an absolute nightmare. I submitted a claim on July 11th and the website said I could get the same device and it could be used or I could get a new device on the JUMP promo. I opted for the new device because I didn’t want a used watch and I went to the store which was an option according to the website. The store informed me if I went with a watch5 I would need to pay for it in full and I would lose all my discounts by having a wachline. So I ended up on the phone with Assurant and ordering a replacement of the watch4 which could be “refurbished”. My replacement watch was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I called back to explain what happened. I was told there would be an investigation and it would take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to complete. I called back on the 15th business day and it still was not processed. On the 17th day I got an email asking me to contact Assurant and I called was immediately disconnected on and finally I spoke with a manager and had my
Beware of the M2000. Totally useless. Much like T-Mobile Customer Support and Technical Support. Have not had reliable service for 7 months. They don’t miss a billing cycle. They cannot define the problem. In the final analysis, they sent a third unit out yesterday. Does not work.Solution? I had to PAY to get a different Hot Spot unit. We will see how that works out.I plan to look for a new service provider.
I’ve split the Wi-Fi into 5 and 2.4 since my cameras have to run on a lower ghz. I’ve renamed it to T-MOBILE-AF24, made sure it isn’t set to private, Mehta doesn’t T-Mobile logon to my system and assist?keep getting OFFLINE errorive done the following but only once:Each time I have started a new Wi-Fi company, I have trouble with my cameras? all you young experienced smart watch users - - - I need help. Purchased my first “Galaxy Watch 5 40mm”. Other than use it to tell the time (because I haven’t had a chance to learn and play with it yet) it is simply telling time for me. It started out with 100% charge at 6 am and is dead by 4 pm. I was told when I purchased it it would stay charged for a day or 2. What’s the point in having it, if it can’t even make it through my work day. I can’t imagine if I was using it for other stuff. I brought a hotspot for an upcoming trip. However the email address says the site can’t be reached.Somehow last night I was able to able to get in via another method, which I can’t recall since I’m not at home now and changed the device name. But I want to change the password or reset the device and start over again. Where do I log in??
I purchased a Mystic Bronze Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in September of 2020. The phone stopped working last week and I was told that the display screen was defective. Since the phone was not damaged, I could not file an insurance claim but T-mobile requested that I be sent a new phone under the warranty. When I received the new phone, it was a refurbished phone and it was black. I am being told that this is the policy and there is nothing that I can do about it because they do not have any refurbished phones in Mystic Bronze. When I asked if a new phone could be ordered, I was told that this phone has been discontinued but the representative in the store says that the phone can be ordered if I pay for it. Does anyone know if there is anything that I can do to at least get the original color of the phone that I purchased? I purchased a Galaxy Samsung watch in the same color to specifcally match my phone. In addition, I paid upfront for this phone so it does not seem fair to end up with a blac
I have a Falcon Z 917 Hotspot purchased in 2019. The battery is now dead. Would you just replace the battery, or do I need to consider a newer model? Looking at the limited doc, I see “portable”. There’s no description of that. - Is that the reason it needs a battery? Thanks
I purchased a MiFi® X PRO hotspot in December 2022. At that time, the T-Mobile customer service rep told me I qualified for the promotion “UMTS Network Retirement - $200 off any BTS device” and that I’d get a $200 credit to my account. I’ve never received the credit, even after chatting with customer service at least 3 times since then.Today, a customer care representative told me that I didn’t qualify for that promotion because the hotspot is not a “BTS device”. Does anyone know whether a hotspot qualifies as a BTS device? I feel deceived!
Hey everyone, I disabled my work computer from my internet over the weekend. I am now trying to reconnect but when I try to connect to my network my laptop says “Can’t connect to this network” and now my laptop will not show up on my Devices in the T-mobile app. I did a factory reset on my gateway and it is still not connecting. Any tips? Thanks!
