My cellspot is hissing (fan noise) and won’t connect to anything. The power and the Internet are only flashing (green and yellow respectively). All the other lights are off. I have hit the reset button (maybe a little over an hour ago) but no go. Its been like this all weekend.I need the cellspot as I only get 1 bar in the house. Had this device since 2018 and its been flawless until now.Suggestions?
I have 2 desktop computers, 1 laptop and 2 phones. I can not log in with the 2 desktops, everything else works fine. Using the same WIFI and anti virus programs on all. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips with no luck. I see several people having the same problem but no fixes that I can find. Any suggestions?
By no means an IT Whiz, but in 7 months, I am on my THIRD MIFI2000. First device Had an issue requiring INSEEGO Tech support to ask T mobile to swap out under Warranty. Second device, (refurbed) did not work (Will not connect). Store clerk recommended A 5 G Gateway. Terrific device for home use. unfortunately, Tmobile will not Cancel the remaining 17 Months of payments on their Door Stop. So swapped out for Warrantied Device number 3. Worked in store for all of 5 minutes. By the time i got home, no connection gain. numerous calls to Tech support have yielded no results. Suggesting another Warranty Swap. Anyone know of any recourse ? I dont mind playing the Warranty game, but at $17.00/mo and $5.50 Warranty fee, and $20.00 restocking fee i can get a Bronze Doorstop that works much better. ! Any suggestions/Recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated.
Hi,The Alcate's Go Flip's 3 KaiOS operating system does not have a default integrated functionality to notify the end-user periodically about missing calls/messages/other notifications via sound. Here is what I mean: if end-user missed a text message or a call on the Alcatel's Go Flip 3 device, there is no integrated feature built-into the software of the device to periodically have the device beep every few minutes and reminding the end-user that there is a missed call or text. Can you please forward this suggestion to the software develoiper of your Go Flip 3 device to build into the functionality of the device a Missed Notification Reminder to beep periodically to notify end-user of a missed call/message/etc...And once the developer designs this feature to send this with the next Over-The-Air software update to build this feature into the phone with the next software update.I would be very grateful if you can please forward my request to the developer of the KaiOS operating system of
I’ve ran in to kind of a snag when using Windows Media Player to sync MP3 files to my ZTE Cymbal Z-320.I have an 8GB SD card installed. When I plug the phone in the computer I can go into Windows File Explorer and see both the internal and SD card memories on the phone. The first time I synced with WMP it did go partially to the phone and then stopped. I disconnected the phone and tried again and it didn’t recognize it as a device it had previously synced to, so I had to set it up again. The good thing is it did sync to the SD cardThis happened again so I restarted the computer. This time it synced to the phone’s internal memory and not the SD card. The phone’s memory is very small so fills up quickly.I’ve tried erasing and restarting several times but it keeps syncing to the phone’s memory now and not the SD card.Any idea of how to get WMP to sync just to the SD card and not the phone’s memory?
I have an ethernet network in home office, connected to an ISP router (DSL). I unplugged the DSL line and installed M2000 5G MiFi, and redirected my Windows 10 desktop to connect to the M2000 for internet access; the desktop still uses the ethernet to access the printer. This seems to work well.My problem: for some reason, I cannot access the web admin page for the MiFi. The ipconfig command output shows that the default gateway is 192.168.0.1, which is the IP address of the ISP router. When I try to access the documented admin web pages (http:/my.MIFI/ or 192.168.1.1) the browser says “this site can’t be reached”. Same results if I try to browse to the IP address in the “About” info on the MiFi itself (192.0.0.2).Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
I just got a gateway from t-mobile, hoping to replace my existing wifi. Everything it said to do took about 3 times as long as expected, and I had to reset the password because evidently tmobile set it up before they sent it. But it’s finally up and going. The connection quality says “Very good” and it says my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi gateway which is connected to the Internet. Nothing connects, however. Web sites say (after a long wait) that DNS is not available, or, depending on the browser “The request timed out”. Other apps just blank out or say the Internet is not available. I’m only typing here because I’m connected to my previous network on the laptop. If I try to reach this site on the phone it times out. Do I have a defective gateway?
I’m on the road a lot, and as a T-Mobile customer I naturally looked to T-Mobile for a wireless solution when I needed a hotspot. I was sold on the Inseego Mifi M2000 because of its 5G connectivity. The problem is, one of the apps I regularly use is 8x8 Work, which is the app that enables me to use my phone, tablet and laptop as a virtual extension of my office phone to send and receive calls, and it doesn’t work when I’m connected to the 8x8 network via the M2000. While I can dial and recieve calls, there seems to be some port blocking going on by T-Mobile that prevents any sound from being received or heard when using the 8x8 app. I first reached out to 8x8 to see if they had any work around, but unfortunately the issue seems to be something on T-Mobile/Inseego’s end, and they have offered no solution. There are no obivous settings that I can change on the hotspot to fix the issue either. It’s such a big problem that I’m thinking of leaving T-Mobile after being a customer for ma
It was already bad enough I was being made to wait for my pre-order of my new Green Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 512gb until potentially March 25th. Now I do a check on my order and it's been pushed to April 9th! AT BEST! I don't even know who I want to be mad at more! Obviously I know it's Samsung! They shouldn't have launched their dadgum new phone if they couldn't fill the orders and I mean ALL orders by the launch date they set. Kinda turbed at T-Mobile cause they shouldn't put a phone up available to be ordered if they don't have it yet to fill the orders! Especially when they can't even give a set date and are potentially going to push back, LIKE they just did. I currently have the D20 Plus w/ 128gb and it's FULL and since Samsung decided to bend it's customers over the rail again by removing micro SD on the S22, I felt like I should get the big memory with the pre-order promotion of free next size up memory upgrade. So to go from 128gb to 256gb was free and to go to 512gb was only $
Hello all - I am really hoping someone here can help with some kind of a settings or way i can fix my hotspot so i dont have to go in to get a new one…I live and work full time in an rv, so i use several devices on several different carriers. So i use hotspots - a lot…. I have never had this issue though..My m2000 is connected and happy looking at the box. In the admin panel, everything looks totally normal. But none of my devices - mac, iphones, ipads, tvs….etc show it as an available to network. I tried tethering it directly to my laptop and that actually worked. Also it seems like it randomly powers itself off when it isnt connected to power.I am guessing its just dead and i am going to have to replace it - its only a year old, but RV life can be rough on equipment….Thanks in advance if anyone has any idea on things to try before i chuck it….Brian
