I received and configured my LTE Gateway, TM-RTL0102 about a week ago. It works almost perfectly. Speeds are solid, both up and down. Only problem is that port forwarding isn't working. I've got the virtual servers configured on the Gateway for my home security cameras and RDP to my office computer, but neither is working. Is this a feature that's not available yet? If not, I might have to hold up on using the service as it's definitely something I'd like to have working, especially the security cameras.
AT&T , Verizon etc .. actually know what "unlimited calls nd text are" this 4 hour limit is very "Limited". I just would like to know when a change is going to be made. It's annoying to be talking on the phone and have it hang up after 4 hourrs, and having to constantly call back. i understand when this was first implemented it was to prevent "ghost calls" but it's annoying and shouldnt be that hard to fix. Or that big of a problem smh. And i already know responses such as "not that many people talk on the phone for more than 4 hours " or "just hang up and call again" but ... it is very inconvenient .i Just feel like if its unlimited It should be, and i pay my bill every month like everyone else, so even if everyone doesnt talk on the phone for more than 4 hours. For us customers that do, i think there should be an option, cus i mean they literally update everything else. So Why not this??
Hi all,I received an invite for T-Mobile Home Internet. Really tempted by it just because the upload is not just a 5Mbps.Unfortunately, I can't find any picture of their device. What connection does it have ?Is it equipped with a RJ-45 port, then I can connect a switch on it ?Can we find the specification of that device somewhere ?I have seen in other discussion that we can't do a bridge mode.Any info on any update for the firmware to allow it to work as a bridge, and not a gateway ?Thanks all...
To those who are having an issue with your 4G LTE CellSpot suddenly stop working after a power outage or reset on the Spectrum/Charter ISP network, I have a solution. I am an independent network engineer and the solution took over two months to find but it was worth it. T-Mobile requires that your ISP open the following UDP ports 123, 500 and 4500 with 4500 being the main port for access to the T-Mobile server that allows the 4G LTE CellSpot to connect to the internet. With that done, the CellSpot is able to download your configuration files and access your user profile so that you can get cell coverage in your home. People have been complaining that it has taken up to 5 days for the CellSpot to sync and start working. But that is not why to takes so long for the CellSpot to start working. The real reason the CellSpot stops working or takes days to resync is because your profile has become corrupt and it no longer knows your account information on the billing backend of the T-Mobi
Why does the latest T-Mobile App (184.108.40.206 Jan 28th) say the app is not yet ready for your account type ?
I have been using the "T-Mobile My Account" app (version 220.127.116.11) on my LG Leon phone for 1 month now.My plan is "Simply Prepaid (1GB 4G LTE)".Last night, during 'update all' from the play store, the "T-Mobile My Account" app was replaced with the "T-Mobile" app (version 18.104.22.168 - released Jan 28th 2016). However, when I launch the "T-Mobile" app I get the screen saying:-SORRY, WE'RE NOT READY FOR YOU YET!Unfortunately the T-Mobile app is not yet ready for your account type. However, please check the link below to be redirected to the My T-Mobile.com website. I also lost the drop down information that told me my account usage. This is very inconvenient and it also requires more data to 'browse' for my usage. Luckily, I was able to "uninstall" the updates and resume my previous app. Why does the new app not work with my account type ? Are there plans to fix this ?
I was wondering if the Blackview BV9000 pro works on T-Mobile's network. I want to get it when my LG G4 dies, but I've heard that the BV9000 pro has had some issues with networks in America. Can any BV9000 pro owners or T-Mobile employees tell me whether or not the BV9000 pro will work on the network? Thanks. 😊
We just upgraded my wife's phone from a Moto G5+ to a brand new bought from Motorola Moto G7. We switched the sim card and after 2 weeks we're noticing she's having trouble voice texting, sending an email, or accessing the internet when she's mobile. I reset the network connections and have rebooted many times, would we need a new sim card?

Anyone using t-mobile Virtual Server and having it work? I tried even the basic settings and I can't get it to work. T-mobile says the feature is unsupported....but was curious if that means it just doesn't work.Right now I have it set to point to a simple www hello world just to get it to see if It will display anything.
