How to Connect HP DeskJet 4100 wifi printer to T-Mobile 5G ower

I have an HP DeskJet 4100 that connected fine via Wi-Fi to my former Spectrum router. No idea how to connect it to this T-Mobile 5G tower. Do I need to buy something to hook to one of the T-Mobile 5G Ethernet ports to put this printer back on the network?

How to connect my andraoid phone to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi of T-Moblie Gateway?

I am using a T-Mobile Gateway as my home Wi-Fi network instead of a regular router. Recently, I tried to connect a smart device (a Wi-Fi dimmer switch) to the network using the Smart Life app. However, this device only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, not 5 GHz. I understand that the T-Mobile Gateway is a dual-band and supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, but I cannot find an option to select either of these frequencies exclusively. The auto-connection feature sometimes shows 5G and sometimes shows 2.4G/5G but never displays 2.4G alone (please refer to the attached screenshot). When I attempt to set up the device via the Smart Life app on my smartphone, it always displays the message "Your mobile phone is connected to 5 GHz Wi-Fi. If the device does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi, please change to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi" even though the connection of my andriod phone was showing 2.4G/5G. How can I connect to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi instead of the 5 GHz Wi-Fi in this case?

Voice on Nokia 225 no longer working.

Hello,  Does anyone know if TMobile has done an update to the voice networks that would render the Nokia 225 to longer make calls?  It was working fine and then a couple weeks ago it stopped working.  I can make and receive sms still, which is odd. I thought it might just be an issue with setting so I did a factory reset but the issue still persists.  I put my sim in a another phone which worked for voice calls.  With these steps I figure it must just be the Nokia.  Since it's a dumbphone and doesn't cost a lot, I ordered another one.  The same issue is also happening on the new I got.  Does anyone have an idea on what the issue might be that is causing these devices to no longer work?

Modem/Router Fast 5688W

I have 2 USB-C external modems (500GB each) and when connected to the USB-C port on the back of the modem there is nothing in the app, or through the browser using 192.168.12.1. I’ve tried everything I can think of and there is also nothing in the modems owners manual giving any directions. My end goal is just to share and external drive with my home network.

Cannot switch call from phone to Samsung Galaxy 4 Classic watch

Hi,I can transfer a call from my Galaxy 4 Classic watch to my OnePlus 9 phone but cannot transfer in the other direction (from phone to watch). Pressing the option that supposedly does that has no effect. This used to work, although it might have been on my OnePlus 6 (same watch). I cannot remember if this problem started when I got the new phone or if it initially worked on the new phone. I have tried resetting the watch.Thank you.

Hi all.  Does anyone know what the "silent" shown in the screen shot means.  It was on since day one and nothing is silent as far as notifications or ringtones are concerned.  I can usually poke around the settings and the internet to find these things out, but this one has me stumped.  Thanks for any info.

T-Mobile home internet signal booster? Any tricks?

Who's using a booster, what booster works best, do boosters work with T-Mobile home internet? I only have two bars and my download speeds average around 26 to 36 but my upload speeds are horrible at only 1.2 upload. Is there any kind of tricks that I'm missing to increase the speeds and to get a better signal? Thank you in advance

sleep number bed wifi issues

After switching over to the 5G network from T-Mobile I found that my sleep number bed was disconnected and would need to be switched over to the new Wi-Fi network. While attempting to do so the bed doesn't seem to pick up the wi-fi at all. I've tried switching to the 2.4 gigahertz Network as well but nothing seems to work and the bed won't pick up the Wi-Fi. Has anyone else experienced something like this or possibly found a way to fix this problem?

CellSpot v2 Update Email - How?

I got an email asking me to update my CellSpot:I have a CellSpot V2 SS2FII Femtocell Multi-Band SOHO, manufactured by Nokia. It is connected to my home internet. The light is blinking green, indicating LTE traffic going through it. If I turn it off, my LTE service vanishes. So I think it's working fine.The link in the email goes here:4G LTE CellSpot setup & helpWhich says nothing about updating it.The femtocell version doesn't have a wifi network, so how am I supposed to update it?Thanks in advance.

Losing 2.4G internet connection

I use LTE routers to connect to 6 digital signs in different locations where there is no local wi-fi network.  I set routers up to stay on (no sleep), 2.4 broadcast only,and a 2 GB limitation per month to match up with my data plan.  For two months these worked fine.  Now 5 out of the 6 are emitting a wi-fi signal but no connection to the internet.  I have not exceeded data usage.  Bill is automatically paid.  Is there a set-up setting / process I have missed?

Secondary WiFi network not seen by devices

T-mobile device:NOK 5G21 GATEWAY GRY CP0It has the standard 5/2.4 default network, but this network does not work with our roomba. So I created a 2.4 network for it to connect to;however, this new network is not visible on any device we have.I have played with the settings, changing it to 5/2.4, 5 neither worked. I changed other things and nothing has gotten it to be visible. I have restarted the gateway many times and reset our devices, but nothing has worked.

Cell Tower issue

I had been getting great signal and cell service at my home till July 1, 2022..  After that I lose internet at times, some text messages go through some dont but I never know which ones do. Sometimes I cant make phone calls and sometimes I cannot receive calls. I have talked to customer service and updates were needed at the tower. So my question, is 7 months a long time to climb a tower and fix a problem? I only have this issue at my house and I can see the tower from my backyard. I have to switch the phone from 5g to LTE to 5g to make it work, somtimes. I’ve been a customer for about 20 years and I ready to switch providers over this issue. I’m in Oxford Michigan any looking for an answer or for someone who can fix a tower.  YouTube doesnt have any tutorials on cell tower repair. Otherwise, I would have climbed up there and fixed it myself.

Connect Mi-fi 5g pro m3000 Hotspot to mesh network

Is it possible to connect the Mifi 5G Pro to a mesh network?  I have asked Inseego, they have not tested it…. and I have reached out to T-link and they have not tested either.  I connected it to the mesh system and it shows it being a LAN Line, but I can’t connect to it.   Thanks in advance for any help given!

DIGITS 2.2.29 on MacOS Mojave: "Something went wrong" error

I’ve been using the newer DIGITS app (latest release, version 2.2.29) on MacOS Mojave. It is better than the original app and worked fine for a while until a few days ago when I started getting this error on the calls panel:“Something went wrong. Reloading in X secs ….” I’ve attached a screen capture.What is causing this suddenly now?Brian

T-Mobile Inseego 5G MiFi M2000 shutting down

My 5G M2000 hotspot was working fine for a few months.But now, I typically find it shut down; completely turned off.  I can turn it on, but it turns itself off in a few minutes for no obvious reason.The behavior is the same if a battery is inserted (which is charged to 100%), or if it’s just using USB power.Has anyone else seen this?Thanks,Dave
