Has anyone else noticed that the Starz T-Mobile Tuesday 4-month trial for $1.99/month isn’t working out that way? The trial was supposed to be “$1.99 a month for 4 months, starting Jun 26, 2023,” but Apple sent a “subscription renewal” email message stating, “Starting Aug 26, 2023, your subscription automatically renews for $8.99/month.” in the very same email message is this: “$1.99 a month for 4 months, starting Jul 26, 2023” When I asked Starz about the error, they pointed me to Apple and Apple support (so far) refuses to acknowledge the contradictions in the renewal email message! So…does T-Mobile have any responsibility here? After all, the original trial confirmation and renewal emails both contain “STARZ® Monthly (T-Mobile)”
Pluto app will not open after I installed T-Mobile Tuesdays benefit on two separate Roku devicesAfter I redeemed and installed T-Mobile's "Free hit movies and exclusive viewing experiences" benefit found on T-Mobile Tuesdays, neither Pluto app on two separate Roku devices will open. ???? I have deleted and reinstalled the apps, updated Roku, restarted the Roku app, etc., etc. to no avail. My Pluto account works perfectly on other platforms: Android phone, Mac, Windows PC, etc. The issue is limited to the Roku TV apps on two Samsung TV's. Sheesh! I had installed the T-Mobile Tuesdays update for the Pluto Roku app late one night; and, the T-Mobile "benefit" worked perfectly: free movies, on demand, with no commercial interruptions...just as T-Mobile promised. The next morning (and, henceforth) the Pluto apps start and immediately crash and close. Any ideas for a solution? Thank you very much. --Don in Amarillo
Can I get T-Mobile Tuesdays if I just have the plan for the SyncUP Drive? I have a phone number with my account for this, but it asks for a code that it sends to that number but I don't have a smartphone plan with that number. That number is just the number they gave me when I got the SyncUP. I have no cell phone with T-mobile.
Booked a hotel room through t mobile travel when I arrived the first room I was given had holes in the walls and black paint or rubber or something across the floors, the second room had black stuff all over the floors also and cockroaches the hotel could not accommodate me so they gladly cancelled my reservation when I did not receive my refund credit within the week I contacted them and was told I would have to go through t noodle to receive my refund so I contacted t mobile via email and advised them of the situation and was told they would confirm the cancellation so that I could receive my refund after over a week went by I contacted them via phone and was told they had to confirm cancellation and would be contacted in 3-5 days still nothing told the same thing once again finally the last person I spoke to flat out said per the third party booking company policy it was non refundable, mind you someone has been refunded my money because I have the receipt from the hotel and if they
