Can't Text Non- T-mobile users

People who are not on t-mobile have not been able to receive any texts from me since the beginning of the year. They can receive pictures and they can receive group messages, but not regular texts. I went in to t-mobile and they couldn’t figure it out and told me I had to buy a new phone, my phone was only 6 months old. On my side everything looks fine. I cannot tell if someone didn’t receive the message because it looks like it sent. I got the new phone today and that did not fix the issue. Does anyone know what could be going on or what I can do about this? Also, other texts can take forever to download and come in weird orders. PLEASE HELP!

Paramount+ Samsung Tv

HiHave been using the Paramount+ promotion on my Samsung TV with no issues.Last week it wouldn’t open and told me that there was an issue and it would be fixed shortly.  Today, the app opens, requires me to sign in but doesn’t recognize my T-Mobile subscription and wants a cc to activate.  Anyone else experiencing this, or have any suggestions?Thanks,Skip

USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

I’ve called 4 times regarding this issue and have been told they are working on it. I went to my account, usgae details and I’m still missing billing period from Feb2 thru March 2nd. I’m in desperate need to this usage details. What’s going on. I’ve been promised that I’d even get a call back….no word.This is frustrating and a little more than maddening

Hello! I’m interested in adding a fourth line to my ONE Plan.  The ONE Plan and ONE Plus plan are retired and i can’t find any information about how much it costs to add a new line.

no promotions for T-Mobile essential customers

The only thing that I hate about TMobile is that customers on essential plans don't get any promotions unless we switch to the most expensive plan meaning people like me who pays 120 for 5 lines we will have to pay 225 just to have some discount to upgrade our phone which is bull cause the supposedly discount is charged on the plan totally unfair

T-Mobile chat rep lied about first responder eligibility

I switched from ATT to T-mobile recently and was told that I would qualify for the first responder plan since I’m on the first responder plan on ATT. I chatted with a T-Mobile rep and transferred over 5 lines after confirming my qualifications. Now that I’ve paid off $3000 in balances with ATT for my devices and jumped through all the hoops of transferring my entire family to the magenta max plan, I’m told I don’t qualify for first responder status. I’m an ICU physician and I told them that clearly and I told them I don’t have EMT certification but I do sometimes ride in ambulances. They said all I needed was my hospital ID to verify. I’ve attached the chat log below. Today, I call customer service to clear up this issue and am told there’s nothing they can do about their employee lying to me and the most they can do is either give me a lower grade plan for a discount that would still leave me paying $426 more per year than I was originally quoted. I’m pretty sure bait and switch schem

When I went into the store I paid my 100 in store so my phone and the other line to be on how doninjave to pay another 100.00 and it haven't been a month yet so yall tryna make me pay 2 times it shouldn't be no up coming bill this month when it was already done  in the facility

my Billing keeps getting bigger or higher everytime i tried to pay off something ?

Please I need help, tmobile keeps on screwing me up with my monthly payment!  I have tmobile for almost 13 yrs ½ and for the past 4 yrs they have been very sneaky in adding bills to my account either i already paid them off or have asked them to stop charging me ?Im so angrey and frustrated please can someone help me ?

Anyone else having difficulties with the 2023SWITCHP1 promotion?

I was given two different promotions, one for my phones and one for my iPads, and while the phone one worked, the iPad one didn’t. It is telling me that my devices have already been submitted for the promotion; however, I haven’t been able to successfully submit them. I spoke with customer support, and they verified that those devices qualify for the promotion, and they said that their system hasn’t been updated yet. It has been a couple of weeks since, and nothing has changed. Anyone else running into this issue, too?

Single Phone Number of Multiple Phone Line account not receiving Text Messages

iPhone 11 not receiving short text messages from T-Mobile to a single phone number "XYZ"Several lines on the T-Mobile account - iPhone 11, iPhone 10 and iPhone 7. All other phone numbers have no issues to date.The phone number is not on the government no-caller list.Desire is Not to Port this Phone number to a different carrier.Issue is not device related. Issue is not SIM card related.To verify not a phone or SIM card issue with a really solid T-Mobile representative; performed the following: Performed factory resets on all phones.Swapped SIM cards between phones. When other SIM cards (associated with other numbers) were in each phone; short messages appeared with no problem. This was tested with both Wi-Fi on and Wi-Fi off. Software is up to date on all phones. The issue appears to be associated with a single phone number "XYZ"Bought a new SIM card. Samsung/T-Mobile Order Disaster

I ordered two S23 Ultras on the Samsung site. I'm a T-Mobile customer and I checked out both orders by providing my phone number and account pin and going with financing via the T-Mobile bill. As of today, no one can tell me who is responsible for sending me the shipping labels for the trade in devices I have for each order. Samsung, or T-Mobile? T-Mobile has no information on the orders and insists that since I ordered them via the Samsung site that it's Samsung who needs to send me return labels for the trade in's. Samsung chat support repeatedly insists that the carrier is responsible and I send my trade in's to them. Can someone tell me *****WHAT IS GOING ON**** and what reality is here? The chat support agents at both T-Mobile and Samsung just aren't grasping the problem...they are difficult to communicate with and don't comprehend the problem.  I have spent hours with T-Mobile chat and phone support and the language barrier is preventing them from understanding the nuances of thi

Detail Usage not updating

When will this feature be restored? The last reply to this was over a week ago. This is not acceptable some of us use this feature to make sure our kids are not in contact with unknown numbers. This could be resolved with a good coder, if thats the issue, or a server replacment if space is an issue. Please correct this ASAP, of issue a small credit as all promised services are not avaiable.

unlocked status

If a phone is locked into t mobile will it work with both post paid and pre paid plans.  I am trying to switch to a cheaper pre paid plan and only get wrong answers from the alleged t mobile reps.i am trying to figure out if the phones are locked or unlocked to begin with...calling t mobile is not an option because they screw up so much they might get it wrong.since I am on t mobile (post paid) now, is it safe to assume my phones are unlocked for pre paidthe phone models themselves are compatible...i haven’t had a current contract in 10 years, the phones were purchased for cash up front.okay, main phone is unlocked, but back up phone can’t be unlocked until I use it for 40 days on the current phone number…..can I use the spare phone on t mobile pre pay even though i bought it through t mobile post pay?

After 1 month, as of 5 PM CST today, I my usage pages load on both web and in app, with current cycle metrics for all line available. My new billing cycle started two days ago.

Service to Cap Bandwidth on a Specific Line?

Quick question for the T-Mobile world. I checked the parental service functions and non do what I am wanting to do. I want to know if there is an option, control or service where I can limit the total GB’s of data that can be used by a line/phone in my plan? Not wanting to restrict by hours, etc. I either want an easy way to turn off data or restrict it to a desired number of GB’s. I have not been able to find much on the T-Mobile site. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Hotspot Data Plans

I am interested in adding a 5g hotspot to my account, but there is no information on the website about what the monthly cost will be in addition to my existing voice line.  I tried adding a hotspot to my cart, and selecting add data plan, but it says something went wrong and won’t show me the available plans and costs. Does someone have a breakdown of the available 5g hotspot plans and their cost when added to an account with one voice line?
