This # has been leaving voice messages ever since I got my phone in 2018. Every time I shut down my phone then turn it back on it says that I have a new voice message from the same #. Then its says that voice mail was detected using SMS but I haven't even been able to set up my voice mail. So I Googled the # to see if anyone else was having this problem and I found that this # is from Santa Barbara and many people have had this issue just like me and most of them said that this # had something to do with T-Mobile. Then I heard that this # was a viruse or a hacker trying to get into your phone which almost gave me a heart attack. So if you could explain to me what this # really is then that would be great.
Promotional Trade-In Credit Never Applied to Account?
Several months ago, I moved from Sprint to T-Mobile and traded in my paid-off, fully functional and cosmetically near-perfect iPhone XR during a promotional offer to “Get an iPhone 12 on Us” with any Apple trade-in in good condition. I had a solid, grandfathered in price at Sprint, but after reviewing all of the conditions of the promotion, I realized that I could potentially be saving money with a new phone if I met all of the promotional requirements. So, I went in to a T-Mobile store and spoke with a representative who, after inspecting my phone, determined that I was eligible for the full promotional value of the phone, and we began the process of switching my line from Sprint to T-Mobile. This process required ‘’porting” the number from Sprint to T-Mobile. It usually only takes a few minutes, however, my porting was significantly delayed. I waited in the store for about 45 minutes, before the representative told me I should likely come back several hours later before store close t
SOLVED Voicemails not showing up until days after they were left
IPhone8+ I’ve struggled with delayed call and voicemail notifications for years. A phone reboot or airplane mode toggle or network reset would show the missing notifications….but subsequent missed calls/voicemails would not appear. After many wasted hours of support calls and store visits with no resolution, I finally found the source of my problems…….too many visual voicemails!!!!!! PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL OLD/LARGE VISUAL VOICEMAILS!!!!!!!!After removing ~100 visual voicemail messages, I now get immediate missed call and voicemail notifications.I am so happy!!
Mexico & Canada Unlimited service doesnt' worked!
I'm in Canada now and during trip.I added a service this Wednesday at a T-mobile shop. I heard that if I add Mexico & Canada Unlimited service, I will become using my phone in Canada. But I can use only be used where Wi-Fi is available. I want to use anytime. Is it possible to use it without Wi-Fi?Also, I'm in trouble because I can't use Google Maps. And do I need to change any settings?
In light of the recent notice on T-mobiles landing page, the following concerned me. Ordering a new phone, reviewing order info at check out, before submitting, I noticed that my personal information had been changed. My email and cell number had been replaced with “email@example.com”. I discontinued the order. I did not make that change in my personal information. I went back into my profile to see what was there. My correct email and cell number were there. I went back to re-order the new phone, got to the place at check out to review personal information and my correct information was now there. Questions: What or who is firstname.lastname@example.org ? Why did this url address replace my personal information? How and who made the correction within minutes? Is this something or nothing? Please explain.
Phone line set up with no network
I am trying to switch phone carriers to T-Mobile but currently out to sea and don’t have access to a cell phone reception until I pull into port in another country. Would I be able to set up my phone line without a cell connection? Or be able to set up my phone line on a cell connection in another country?
Big mistake switching from an MVNO to TMO - Here is why:
I was paying $125 to another MVNO for 5 lines that had unlimited 5G, free Canada/Mexico but did not have watch or international support. I decided to see if TMO had gotten it together after creative billing and poor 4g coverage 5+ years ago.I needed 5 military lines, Mexico/Canada, unlimited 5G, but also 2 watch lines. The store quoted $185 which includes 2 free iphones for adding lines and heavily discounted pixel watch. (which originally was quoted free as well) Adding the 5th line was to be free. First bill that comes in is almost perfect. Was pleased. 2nd bill ballooned to $285. I went to the store and was told that the iPhones hadn’t washed yet, 5th line was prorated….will all be fixed on next bill. This months bill comes in at $225. I decide to call TMO and I am told:iPhones are discounted not free - Lie 1 Due to military plan, 5th line is not free - Lie 2 The Pixel watch does not have the $300 discount applied (I was only to pay down) - Lie 3 Total will not be, nor will it ever
Keep and Switch Fraud
Anyone else having trouble with TMobile meeting it’s promises. Three attempts now to be reimbursed for iPhone through keep and switch program. I guess they think you will just forget about what they promise you to get you to switch from AT&T. Just a new form of Corporate hot checks….. worst customer service I believe we have experienced…
20 Year T-Mobile Customer - Customer Service had become very inadequate, terrible. Rude.
Extremely Poor Customer Support. I will try to be as brief as possible. My family has been with T-Mobile for 20 years. In 2015 I purchased an iPhone 8. With the iPhone 8 I purchased Apple support.Few weeks ago, the battery charger port on my original iPhone 8 failed, and I was send a replacement iPhone by T-Mobile under my extended warranty agreement of 7 years. The replacement iPhone had lots of intermittent issues. After several failed attempts yesterday I replaced my first replacement phone with a second iPhone 8 under my Apple extended warranty through T-Mobile.With the previous phone and the current one I’ve been trying to get assistance with issues with my Apple Watch with connection to my 2nd replacement iPhoneWhen I called for support today, the first rep kept putting me on ’Hold’ the phone and coming back and I’m assuming to either look up or ask someone how to support an Apple product. This was also my previous experience less than a month ago on the original bad iPhone that I
SAY NO TO T MOBILE
Hello Everyone, We have an account with 4 lines with t mobile under simple choice North America plan for almost 5 years. Let me share the three experiences with you with t mobile and please suggest me what I can do in this scenarios. Scenario: 1: The primary account holder (let say X) for my account want to move from the line. We made a call to customer care and requested them can you make another person on the account (let say Y) and the primary account holder and give all the responsibilities to him. Then the customer care made all the changes and they mentioned you are good and there will be nothing linked to X for any case. After calling 5 times and wasting time for almost 4-6 hours we got the above conversation and result. Scenario: 2: Now after we changed the primary account holder of account to Y. After one month we want to add the line on my account. I think we went to sto
Hello, I have a billing question/concern, and appreciate any assistance you might be able to offer. I haven't checked this account in quite a while. The plan I originally signed up for was $130 (something) for five lines. It appears the continual charge has been around $176, including a $29.17 charge for my S21 Ultra, which I paid for in full through Amazon. Plus, the three phones for the previous added lines were free (monthly credit). But, they are $4 per month. Thank again so much!
no esim, sim card not working
I have an iPhone 11 that has been working without problem up until this week. I have been accessing my TMO account via esim for the past 2+ years without any problems. But when I tried to switch back to the physical sim, I don’t have any service. I’m currently living in Portugal and want to use my local number as an esim, but the iphone will only allow 1 physical sim and 1 esim. In the process of switching things around, I accidentally deleted my TMO esim. I’ve tried to reinstall, but none of the QR codes or other access info on the website is up to date and these do not work. I am unable to call without service. And I am unable to initiate a chat with support via the app if I can’t receive a text to confirm my identity. Is there another way I can contact you? Is there a way that you can email or send me a link to a working QR code? Please help, I have no access to my tmobile phone. thank you.
Why can’t I just get receipts emailed to me for auto-payments, like every other company does? I need to expense my payments, and the best I can do is a screenshot of the payment history. Now that isn’t even showing the amount. If I can’t expense my payments, I might as well go back to ATT. I didn’t think this would be such a problem.
Can't make T-Mobile ID and adjust my billing settings
So, I signed up for T-Mobile home internet a few weeks ago. So far, it has been absolutely great, I can’t complain about the service. What I do have a problem with at the moment is that I am just unable to make an ID. I literally just can not access my account, and T-Mobile phone support has been no help. They suggested to just close my account and make a whole new one all together because, you know, why not. Has anyone else run into this issue and know a possible solution?
T-Mobile email contact for refund
I despise doing business on the phone. You can’t half hear or understand each other because in most cases, you’re talking to another country thousands of miles away and the rep speaks English as a second language. I also think account details over a phone is less secure.I want an email addy for T-Mobile CS. They have mine, I should have theirs. I don’t belong to any social media. My wife and I rolled over from Ntelos to Sprint to T-Mobile. She had maximum service working from home. She paid the account waaaaay ahead. She died over a year ago. I now have rock bottom service with a flip phone. I might make one call per month, and receive 5-6 mostly junk. My bill averages $4 and change. The negative balance is enough to cover me for decades. I’m in my sixties. I need 3/4 of it refunded to my autopay account info. I need the money. How do I go about getting that refund? Do I use one of the exec email addys I found online, or is there a more generic CS address I haven’t found yet? I could cre
Prepaid line suspension grace period
I am currently out of the US, can’t contact t-mobile, and for some reason I cannot make an online payment because T-Mobile doesnt accept credit cards created from the country I am from.I will only be able to be back at the States after my prepaid payment is due, and I want to know if there is a grace period to a prepaid line before it gets suspended and number is sent to be reassigned to someone else. Thank you.
