9 times out of 10 when I go to https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ either the site is down for maintenance, I can’t log in (get some message about “sorry our wires are crossed..”) or after I enter my phone number I get some bogus message like “Sorry, there was an issue while processing your request.” or “you are not eligible for Carrier Freedom” (I’m entering my info in the Keep and Switch field). After I finally got in several weeks ago and submitted my claims, two of them were denied for no apparent reason. After an hour of chat and on the phone with support they acknowledged that this was a mistake and corrected it. Fast forward to today when I get a text that “we’ve corrected your Switcher reimbursement ammount..” And I can’t get anywhere on the https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ site. Am I on the wrong page? I feel like T-Mobile is intentionally making this challenging. That or whoever is managing this site is completely incompetent.
I got a new Samsung phone from T-Mobile store, I can no longer use my T-mobile account on Play Store to make purchases. The payment method has been disabled on Play Store, when I try to “enable” it again it says “due to my T-Mobile account settings I cannot enable this payment method” and to contact the primary account holder (ME!). I’ve searched through my T-Mobile account settings for three days - I cannot find anywhere that these purchases are blocked. I certainly did not block them. I don’t know what else to try.
I demand to speak with someone that will get my SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA, THAT WAS STOLEN ON AUGUST 5TH, 2021, REPLACED!! I FILED THE CLAIM THE MORNING OF AUGUST 6th, 2021. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT BY NOW, BUT THE INSURANCE I PAY $16 A MONTH FOR, ASSURANT, DENIED BECAUSE SOMEONE ON T-MOBILE'S END APPLIED IT TO THE WRONG LINE, WHICH ISN'T EVEN BEING USED BY ANYONE SINCE I BEGAN SERVICE IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR, 2021. TO TOP IT OFF, I PUT THE SIM CARD FOR THE 5389 NUMBER INTO AN OLD APPLE IPHONE 6S PLUS THAT I HAD LAYING AROUND FOR SAFE KEEPING. THE EXPERTS AT T-MOBILE DECIDED THAT SHOULD BE MY PRIMARY LINE, AND APPLIED THE PROTECTION 360 TO IT, RATHER THAN THE LINE I PUT ON THE NORD100 I WAS LEASING ON THE JUMP PLAN. WHEN I WENT TO TRADE THAT AWFUL DEVICE FOR SOMETHING ELSE I WANTED AT THE RETAIL STORE, AFTER MUCH CONVERSATION, MY NUMBER, 564-202-5390, I WAS ATTACHED TO THE SIM CARD THAT THE YOING MAN TOOK OUT OF MY NORD 100, AND THEN PLACED INTO THE NEW PHONE, A BLACK SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA 5G, 128G,
This issue (re ability for TMobile Money function w Quicken) was originally raised over 1 YEAR AGO, and has yet to be accurately answered, much less resolved. For some unknown reason, the issue was marked, SOLVED - which is the farthest from the truth.Would someone from TMOBILE please respond with a real answer, other than “check with another department”. What type of customer service team expect the paying customer to do the leg work for answering a question. This type of response is known as ‘customer -NO-service’, along with a few other terms that come to mind.Would someone from T-Mobile PLEASE get involved with this urgent issue and provide timely resolution. Be sure to review T-Mobile’s response and pay special attention to the content highlighted in RED. I’ve copied the previous comments mentioned above and provided a link to this as well. I Have A Mobile Hot Spot Acct With Sprint & Recently Received An Email From Them Saying That I Must Sign Up For TMobile Soon & Another Email Stating That I Am Eligible For A Free INSEEGO 5G MiFi M2000 & A Free Sim Card But Must Do This Before The End Of June. Any Help Would Be Appreciated.
I recently received my Apple Watch SE (2021) from Tmobile that I had ordered on a standalone plan. At the time I believed I would be able to use it alone with its’ own number since I chose the standalone plan option. However, the iPhone I used to set it up with, is serviced with AT&T. Therefore, I was not able to setup the cellular service with Apple Watch SE from Tmobile because my iPhone is with AT&T. (Note: I did not want to do the “add a family apple watch” as this would cause me to create a new iCloud account)So, I went ahead and ordered a iPhone with Tmobile. Because I was not expecting to have an iPhone with Tmobile, I would like to switch the Apple Watch to a DIGITs plan instead of a standalone plan. Would this be possible?
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Back in March, my husband and I decided to switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. We figured it’d be way better spending $160/mon than over $320 a month for both our lines combined. My husband and I were on separate plans at that time. I was told that I’d get up to $600 trade-in credit for my phone AND, if I sent my final bill in to T-Mobile, they’d pay off my remaining balance in the form of a gift card (electronic). Well, I never received any follow-up letters or an email from T-mobile stating that I had been credited. First, they will only give me like $100 for my LG wing, which was new, no more than a year ago (so much for $600). Now, My final bill for Verizon was over $500 - they didn’t cover but half of it, so I still am out of pocket when i told them I wasn’t switching over unless they could guarantee they’d pay off my full final bill and they said there’d be no problem. On top of that, we live in the middle of the city. My husband
I've been having a problem dialing international mobile numbers in the UK. I can call landlines in the UK no problem. But when I call a mobile, I get a message that comes on saying "to complete this call, please dial 34" (for example). It's always the same message with the two numbers at the end changing with each new call. This is dangerous because when I’m driving and tell my phone to place a call, I have to take my eyes off the road and look down at my phone and enter the numbers manually. I don’t want this. I called customer service and the person said it was a government mandate and T-Mobile couldn’t remove it. Is this true? Has anyone else managed to remove this dangerous requirement?
Hi, I have a service that reminds people to move their car on street sweeping days (dontfearthesweeper (dot) com). It sends a text message the night before your street sweeping. Everyone I send messages to signed up for the service, and they have the option to stop getting messages at any time.It has come to my attention that tmobile is blocking my messages. As far as I can tell tmobile is the only carrier that blocks the messages. How do I fix this situation?I spoke with several people in customer support. I heard over and over again that I had to be a tmobile customer to get support on this issue. So I’ve bought a tmobile account just to get help with this. I’ve confirmed on my new tmobile phone number that my messages are being blocked. The first message went through, but after that the rest of the messages were blocked. The messages are being sent through a normal (not short code) phone number with twilio. I’m sure they’re following all the appropriate procedures. I’ve seen people m
I have a TMobile Home Internet account, but am not a T-Mobile customer. T-Mobile has assigned a “phone number” to my account, but it’s not tied to a phone. T-Mobile considers me a customer, and I am eligible to take advantage of offers like those on the “T-Mobile Tuesdays” app. BUT…. to activate the offers you have to enter your phone number AND then receive a text with a security PIN. Since I don’t have a device, I can’t get the text with the PIN, so I can never activate the offers. My router does not get the PIN either. Any one have any suggestions? I have explored if I can receive the texts online, but without a phone I cannot. Suggestions welcome!
Hi! Does anyone know how to log in to the T-Mobile Tuesdays app if you only have their home internet plan? I did a chat and the agent confirmed my account was eligible; but could not tell me how to log in. The app only accepts phone numbers; but I do not have T-Mobile for my phone. I tried the phone number I associated with my home internet account and that did not work.
I just created my account on 12/23/2021, I’m not able to access my T-mobile money account on either the desktop site or mobile app. On the desktop site when I log in the screen is blank and doesnt load anything and on the mobile app I get an error when trying to log in- “Device not found. (L159)”
my girlfriend and i have a joint account. she and i both have access to all of the account info. (data usage, messaging, calls). when i look at my messaging info (texting) i text a few different individuales and the nill shows the phone numbers. when i look at my girlfriends messaging usage, there is only my number plus some short code texts. she gets a lot more texts than i but it doesnt show on the bill. is there another way to receive or send texts? she just recently moved over from verizon (if that helps?). Oh, she has an iphone and i have an android. Thanks for looking.
Firs off, I don't have internet, nor mobile service today, what is going on? Is somebody working on this issue? second: I am still waiting for a credit promised (have proof) on a iWatch i bought for my husband. I got if for half price and I was supposed to be paying only half each month. I have been calling and always the same response: next month you will see the credit. When? The same shit happened to a phone i brought from verizon, i promised $800.00 for bring it with me. I have not seen nothing. Good thing I have all that saved for in case I need to start a lawsuit. I think i am not the only one with this issues, and soon enough we will seek professional help to start this lawsuit. If you are not going to give what you promise, dont promise anything.
This issue started occurring around the end of last week (5/12/22). Anytime a client or I try to send a specific link to a phone number (EX: firstname.lastname@example.org) we receive the following error: “Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain <a href="http://tmomail.net" target="_blank">tmomail.net</a> by <a href="http://tmo-east.mx.a.cloudfilter.net" target="_blank">tmo-east.mx.a.cloudfilter.net</a>. [220.127.116.11]. The error that the other server returned was: 421 4.2.0 qhKynrJLCON26qhKznxskm internal error AUP#BL”Is the link within the message breaking some kind of policy, or what exactly does the internal error mean?
Hi,I’m trying to get two SIM cards for T-Mobile Prepaid. I want to switch from Google Fi. During the process of trying to complete the order, and getting my account updated, I was presented with a screen with the following: “Link your phone number to your My T-Mobile account”. I have entered my number multiple times and have never received a message and I cannot advance beyond this step. I don’t receive any errors either. A call to T-Mobile technical support was unsuccessful in fixing this glitch either. I even called Google to ask about not receiving automated messages for verification but they were unable to resolve the issue. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!
Hi all, I went in to my local T-Mobile store today and 1) Switched from a pre-paid account to a post-paid account (Magenta Max) and 2) ordered the new iPhone 13 Pro. The rep assured me that I would still be able to use my current phone (iPhone 7) until my new one comes in November. Here’s the issue: my phone line/account has been suspended for some reason and there is seemingly no way for me to restore it. My account says “Pay outstanding balance of $0.00 to restore service.” The issue is that my service was not suspended for missing payments. I paid like $2 just to see if that would work and it did not. Does anyone know what’s going on here or have experienced anything similar? I’m on the 611 line right now but I’ve been waiting for ~1 hour so if anyone has any ideas I’d love to hear them haha.
Hello community, I have t-mobile prepaid, working great, but I let it lapse by one day. I topped up with a refill card, and it said it was successful and gave me a confirmation number. It has been an hour, and I have rebooted my router, but I still get no service. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get it going again?thanks!UPDATE: I had to re-add my prepaid plan to my account. It used my refill balance, and it was working again within minutes.
