I jus received a text t-mobile@tm695.com saying congratulation T-mobile user.  I’ve been selected to claim an amazing reward.  This seems like a phishing scam, can anyone confirm?

TMobile Overcharges everytime

Nov 2016 I took their Thanksgiving $120 4-lines and unlimited data.The first bill was already over charged by $60. Everytime I call they say that my bill is $180 because I had to pay for the extra 2-lines. But after a LOT of back and forth they will credit me once or twice. But its been almost 3-years now.They're saying that there was never even a $120 Deal back in 2016 Thanksgiving. So it goes on and on.What can I do. I just called Tmobile and they said they will only check 3-months back. Beyond that its the customers responsibility to check the bills.Basically TMobile owes me around $1,680.Unless this gets resolved. This is very fraudulent. I'm frustrated and so tired of calling them.

Galaxy S21 Ultra 256gb Delay

Is there a backorder issue with the Galaxy S21 Ultra 256gb?  The goalposts keep moving as far as shipping and delivery date.  As of now, it says it is supposed to both ship and be delivered today, but at 3:30 pm, that is unlikely. The telephone customer service said that T-mobile will not have any to sell until April 6.I have heard of delayed delivery during November/December (holiday rush), but I assumed that was just processing time delays.  This is different: providing a delivery date within a few days even though the product will not be available for weeks, but then keep pushing the actual delivery date out.

Why is my Pixel 3 not eligible for a new SIM card?

I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years now, with very few issues. Once T-Mobile and Sprint merged I began to see the quality of my cell service drop over time, and then I received an email stating that I could come in to a T-Mobile store for a “SIM swap” to take advantage of the “T-Mobile Network Experience”. When I went in to the T-Mobile store, the employee told me that he could swap my SIM card in just a few minutes. Then, after putting in all of my information he said that my phone did not qualify for the SIM swap and that I would have to upgrade to a new phone to qualify. He even showed me on the computer that the system was prompting him to tell me this. I have an unlocked Pixel 3, that I purchased outright from Google two years ago. The phone is even listed as a compatible device by T-Mobile here (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/lte-band-compatible-devices). The employee at the store told me that Sprint towers are being shut down, and that my service will continue get

T-Mobile Prepaid Plans - NOT supposed to be taxed

I';ve never dealt with such an incompetent company who can’t even look at your records to see that:I spoke to NUMEROUS agents before signing up for their $15 prepaid plan.  And every one of them told me it was $15, with NO additional charges, NO sales tax. I had transferred a balance to T-Mobile upon signing up.  My account/payment history reflect what i was told - $15 was deducted from my balance for the many months I’ve had the account.Then, I called to complain that I had to call T-Mobile voice mail to get my messages, with only some of them showing up on my Apple iPhone’s messages.  I got promises they would have engineering fix this, and offered me $15 credit.I was told NOT to start AUTO-pay until before Auig. 28, when charges would start, to make certain I was not doubled-billed  (What?  You can’t design your system like other companies, who take from your balance and do not mindlessly and blindly charge twice.July 28 came, and I find they SUSPENDED my account!!So, besides the ul

On my bill there is a "purchase option price", a "lease amount" and lease balance. Which amount do I pay if I want to pay off my 2 phones?

I'm a little confused about the amounts on my bill. There is the "lease balance" amount and when I click the lease details it has listed under both phones a "purchase option price" and "lease amount". All 3 are different amounts. I'm just trying to figure out which amount I would need to pay if I want to pay both of my phones off. Thanks

Revvl 4+ not charging.

My wife’s Revvl 4+ will not charge using any cord with the plug which came in the box with the phone.So I’m using the correct charger with various cables and get the same error every time. This ‘not charging’ started after the most recent update. It is still under warranty.“Charger is not compatible. Please use a compatible charger.”I’m on the way to a store.

Ousted Gold Rewards User

Is anyone else not feeling the love? T-Mobile said that if we were grandfathered in, and as long as we maintained a phone number, gold rewards would be available for us. They lied!!!Now, I am a booted gold rewards customer band I see no reason to stay with TMobile. What happened to the love for your long time gold rewards members? Is anyone else in the same boat as me?

Wrong/unknown device showing on my.tmobile.com 2020

It’s extremely frustrating, I have major OCD and when I log into my account it drives me crazy that it shows a different device compared to what I really have. I know this doesn't impact my services but a mobile carrier should have it right. One thing I think I came to the conclusion and the engineers might need to fix this, is if you purchase an iPhone from Apple “Sim Free” it’ll show a different type of iPhone. I used to have a “sim free” iPhone 11 Pro 256GB Space gray and online it would show that phone but say I have it the midnight green 64GB. I upgraded recently to the Max and it's doing the same thing! I get my phones from apple because with trade-in, and my friend who works for apple gets me a 15% discount it just makes sense for me to do it this way.  Just extremely frustrating that the engineers at T-Mobile can’t get it together to get this problem fixed. We used to have the option to select the device and save it, can we bring that back???? Thanks.

Is SCAM Blocking Active?

Back when it was first announced, I sent a #662# to request SCAM call blocking. Since then I've been getting calls IDed as "Scam Likely", which I'm able to ignore. Thank you kindly for the service, T-Mobile, But, the calls are not automatically blocked. Do I need to resend the #662#? Is SCAM call blocking actually in service? What's the story?

Can't change line nicknames...

As the primary account holder, I have tried multiple times to change one of the lines on my account. I've contacted T-Mobile to request that they do it on their end. The name changes on their end, but on my end, whether in my account on the Web site or on the app, the nickname stays the same (incorrect)... No matter what I do I can't change the nickname.Any others out there encounter this problem and have come across a fix?

My billing cycle was one day. WHAT?!?

I just bought a phone and phone plan at T-Mobile on September 21st, 2017 and they've already sent a monthly bill for $92 that's due by 10/15/17 and is set to auto-pay 2 days earlier on a credit card. Under Billing Cycle it says September 21-22, 2017. Shouldn't I get a month long billing cycle first?

Galaxy s20+ 5G Slower then my 10+ 4G?

Hi,so I just got the S20+ and it shows I am on 5G.  I also have a 10+ not 5G.  When I run speed test my 10+ 4G is faster then the S20 5G, seriously?  did they just put a 5G there to help justify charging $1200 for a phone?

Unable to receive texts from 5 digit short codes

Hi all! I just switched to T-Mobile yesterday, and both my wife and I are having some trouble with our phones. Neither of us seem to be able to receive texts from 5 or 6 digit short codes. I’ve reached out to tech support who put in a trouble ticket. The engineer assigned to that ticket reached out today and claimed our account had no blocking, nothing was wrong, and blamed our devices or the sender. Since this is an account wide problem, its clearly not a device or sender issue. Any ideas what might be going on, and what can be done to fix it? Thanks! If it helps at all, we came from AT&T. Initially we had brought our phones from AT&T, though we’ve since upgraded to new phones. We also ported our numbers from AT&T.

Do you have Binge On unlimited data streaming?  Do you know how to find your total on-network data usage to avoid deprioritization during network congestion?

Dial #932#to determine your phone's T-Mobile "total on-network data usage". That is the total amount of data used by your phone; which determines if you exceed the T-Mobile data de-prioritization threshold. That threshold is currently 30GB. For those of us who have plans which include both unlimited data and Binge On streaming, knowing the total "on-network data usage" is more important than just knowing the non streaming data amount used by the phone. It is the total on-network data that we need to keep track of in order to avoid deprioritization.      I hadn't used the #932# code in a long time. Recently I dialed the number and noticed that it said, "You have used 695.1MB of your data plan". Having unlimited data available, that part wasn't of much interest to me. The second half of the notification however, was very useful. I was also informed that "(You have used) 1.46GB of total on-network data at (date) xx/xx/xx (time) x:xxPM PDT". keep getting an "ineligible to upgrade" message

I've been trying to upgrade my phone online for  a few weeks now. It let's me get to the page that says "pick which device you're wanting to upgrade" but after I choose my phone it will tell me  I'm ineligible to upgrade and to call someone to finish. I was on chat for almost 2 hours trying to figure out what the issue is but they kept telling me theyll just do it over chat, but I was wanting an answer to why I'm unable to online since I like to pick and choose what I'm adding on and what the total will be before I make a decision, but he would never answer my question. Does anyone know what the issue is?
