One month ago, everything is perfect. Then all of a sudden, my cellphone Galaxy Note 2 internet speed slowed down and only have "E"signal. I have "Simple Choice" plan with 4G unlimited data. One month ago, I called for the same reason and was told T-mobile was running some upgrade and my internet speed will come back during mid of May.Now it is still sssoooo slow, only "E" signal. I had tried turned on/off the cellphone many times, also tried to turned "Binge On" feature on/off based on a discussion in this community, while nothing changed, still slow as before.I checked two other lines in my family plan, they also have same problem. Anyone can help?
I have been using Samsung phone & T-Mobile for years. I recently got an S22 Ultra. I was surprised not to find the Visual Voice mail app anywhere in the application list (slide screen up from the bottom).Yet, doing a search for “visual” at the top finds a Visual Voice mail app with a green icon. However, the only two things that can be done with the search result is to open the app, or get the “app info” (long press).I would like to add the Visual Voice Mail app to my phone’s home screen, as I have been doing for years. How can I do this on the S22 Ultra ?

I cross a time zone daily for work and don’t want the phone to change time. When I disable automatic time zone and set my desired time it works until the phone is rebooted, then switches back to auto mode. How can you permanently disable auto mode? Samsung S9
Anyone have a Samsung phone who might know how to fix this error? "currently unable to send your message it will send when service becomes available" but I have service, I have strong wifi and full bars of 4g service. Its very frustrating. it pops up the moment I open the built in messenger app I don't even have to try sending anything
I tried to use my Tmobile app to redeem a reward for being a nurse. The page to enter my name and demographic data was impossible to use on my phone. I even tried to use the desktop version to enter my info but was unable to enter the info in the boxes. The page size kept altering and when I zoomed back the cursor was immobile. After multiple attempts I went to my laptop, but of course I don’t have access to the app. I can’t even email customer support. I was very disappointed that I was unable to redeem the reward for being a nurse. It looked like a nice benefit.
I have never accepted any phone calls from people who have their Caller ID off. The ones who block Caller ID from showing those they call, any names or phone number of the caller. However, they can still leave voicemail. I just want to read or listen to voice mail from those I know. Is there a way to block unknown callers from leaving voicemail?? I already tried Robokiller, Spam Shield and Call Control. Any help??

I don't want to use TMo's app. I'm sure it'll just have ads or do data collection or just otherwise be bad -- it only has 3.5 stars in the play store and looks to be filled with bugs. You guys suck for dropping support of the built in android voicemail feature which worked just fine.Ugh. Stuff like this, my terrible reception at home, and the sprint merger make me think more and more about switching -- and I've been a t-mo customer for 15 years!
I've changed the number to one of my phone lines about a week ago and the number became active almost immediately. The issue that I am having is, the old number appears for outgoing messages. I've contacted technical support twice and they were not able to assist me. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
About a month or so ago my conditional call forwarding for unanswered calls stopped working. I have had it working for years and was able to send them to Google Voicemail to handle. I did nothing and one day I noticed it no longer worked. I have tried the GSM codes, the call forwarding on my phone, etc and get modem_err or other error codes. I can still forward unavailable or busy calls it is only the unanswered that doesn’t work. Anyone else have this issue and been able to solve it?
I am having a huge delay in sending a picture via text message. At times it takes twenty minutes at others it takes ten minutes, and that is if it sends at all. Regular texts go through right away. The pictures i send are ones i take, or screenshots so they aren't very big. This very annoying, does anybody know what I can do to fix this? It's only in sending, I receive pictures from other people with no problem.
