S23 Ultra Texts Not Receiving
After a few hours receiving text messages on my S23 start to slow down and eventually completely stop . Restarting my phone only helps for a few hours until the problem reoccurs. I’ve tried reinstalling Google Messages, singing up for the Beta, resetting the network settings, disabling wifi, etc. I have not tried a master reset yet. I noticed a similar thread regarding an S23 Ultra on a competing carrier’s community site. Has anyone seen similar issues with the S23? I hate to return it.
Sprint LG V50 phone on T_Mobile
Hi, I recently bought a Sprint branded LG V50 which works reasonably well on T-Mobile. I found out that the phone will no longer work after Jan 2021 because Sprint/T-Mobile is not porting VoLTE and WiFi calling over to the device. So much for the un-carrier. When I called Customer Service, I was told I have to buy a new phone. I just bought this one. I do not get why I should have to pay for another phone. Is anyone out there in a similar situation? Is there a remedy?ThanksPete

Using wired headphones with Samsung phones with a 3.5mm jack
I tried using my Samsung Galaxy A14 5G phone with wired headphones with a 3.5mm jack. If relevant, headphones do not have a microphone. However, the headphones are leaking the sound (even when I set volume on minimum). When I plug the headphones in and when I do not wear them, I can still clearly hear the sound. Headphones work well with all other devices, including my previous Samsung Galaxy phone. Restarting the phone does not resolve the issue. Dialing *#0283# (for a loopback test) does not return any menu and does not work. Even when I decrease the sound to zero, I can still hear [loud] sound coming out of headphones. It seems the sound comes from headphones, not from the phone. Changing volume does decrease and increase the sound. … Does anyone have one of newer Samsung phones with a 3.5mm jack (e.g., A14 5G), and do wired headphones work properly with it? Did anyone manage to resolve this issue, and how?
Question About Samsung S23 50% off Offer
Hello! I’m thinking of adding a fourth phone line to my ONE Plan and i’m wondering about some of the phone coupon details. here’s a screenshot of the phone and the coupon! it’s the Samsung Galaxy S23 and there’s a 50% off coupon with a monthly payment plan. I’d just like to know what the price details are. How much would the tax be and how much would the full first down payment be? will it really be only $16.67 per month for 24 months? Thanks :)
S23 Ultra problems with Google Maps
Recently got my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from T-Mobile and all is well EXCEPT for one odd item:Google Maps shows me as “not connected” but others that I approved can see me and other apps that use GPS have no problem.Google maps does not show me on the map and doesn’t pinpoint me. Others that I approved can track me and see me. Problem is present while on T-Mobile’s cell network or on any Wi-Fi. Using the most current S23 Ultra firmware from T-Mobile. All settings are like what I had with my previous “S21 Ultra 5G”. Rebooted several times - same problem. I uninstalled the Google Maps update - same problem (can’t delete the core app) I reinstalled the Google Maps update - same problem. What am I missing here?
mobile not compatible with T Mobile works with wifi
I started a post that said: "buy t mobile prepaid card to travel to the US" and T Mobile told me that my phone was not compatible with them, but now what I would like to know is if I go with my current cell phone (which T Mobile says which is incompatible) and I go with my SIM that does not have roaming in the USA, when I am in a hotel and I connect with my mobile and my sim to the hotel's wifi, the hotel's wifi will not work for me either? I hope your help. Thank you
Can't view detailed bill
So this has been going on for a while but I just stopped trying. Now I really need to print out that detailed bill for work purposes. On the tmobile app (Galaxy s22) when I click on the bill tab I can see the basic bill. When I click on view detail bill (pdf) it downloads but the a pop up says that I cannot open the file because I have no app to open it with. I have Adobe and opening pdf files is not a problem on any other program. Anyone have this happen and a fix for it? Thank you
Unable to view videos on LG G8 Thinq
When I try to click on a video received via Messaging, I get this error message:Cannot access:Files and mediaGo to Settings > Apps > App info > Video > Permissions to allow The problem is that Video is not one of the listed apps. When I click on “Permissions,” it does take me directly to App permissions: Video. However, it says my allowed permissions are Files and Media and SMS. Under the permissions not allowed, it says “No permissions denied.”
latest update android 13 on samsung A32 5G
I just got the update a few days ago to 13. I hate it. My talk to text barely works now, which I use a ton. I used to be able to hit the microphone and it would transcribe my talking. Now it cuts out every few seconds. My texts used to pop open the screen. It not longer does that. Now my phone only dings with any notification. I checked my notifications & app settings for messages and all seems fine. Does anyone have any suggestions, please???
