Wrong time on incoming texts
After the last OTA system update a few days ago, all my incoming texts have the wrong time, it’s GMT instead of using my time zone. The phone time is correct, the time zone is correct, and my outgoing messages have the correct time, only the incoming texts are wrong. Any ideas? Android 12

Just want to say it is pretty bad that a brand new flagship is being held up by Tmobile. Still on Security Patch for Nov. 1, 2022. Other Guys have gotten their update (a coworker actually got theirs for their Z Fold 3 2 weeks ago.) really wish there was some kind of communication other than “In Development”
why is T-Mobile downloading apps without my permission?
T-Mobile play in the app selector have been sending me notification and have been downloaded without my permission or my initiation several times this week and I have uninstalled them several times and they keep coming back on top of that Facebook an app that I haven't used since 2014 keeps being downloaded along with these two and I want to know why or this will escalate because this is a massive violation of privacy.
Samsung phone suddenly will not receive calls
So I have had this phone for about a year connected to T-Mobile without any issues until last month, where it and another phone on the line lost connection and could not use mobile data, however we fixed it at the store. But recently just randomly, my phone specifically will not receive calls, but the strange thing is that mobile data works and I can make and receive texts, and also make calls, I just can't receive the calls. When someone attempts to call, it rings but on my phone the 4G LTE icon at the top turns into a blocked icon and then returns to the normal 4G LTE icon and the call ends. We went to the store and they changed the sim but it did not work, and they just told me to upgrade my phone (I did not buy the phone at T-Mobile). So now I cannot receive any calls from anyone, and it is kind of frustrating and my phone is not that old (it's a Samsung A32 4G). At the store they put the sim card in another phone and it worked however, and they said that it's my phone. If so how c
Why cant i trade in my paid JOD device towards a new device?
So i recently just paid off my lease for my samsung s21 ultra and i was looking to trade it towards a new phone. But every time i tried to upgrade, it tell me that i cant trade in my phone since it is a lease device. I spoke with a rep and they told me that, i will need to wait another 9 months before i can upgrade???!!!!!! I dont understand. I finished my lease and paid the purchase option but im still being told that i can not use the phone towards a new phone since it is a lease device. Can someone please explain to me, why pay off a phone for it to technically not belong to me?
Call/Text Forwarding to Galaxy Watch (from Sprint)
I have the Galaxy watch, and I finally got it activated (T-mobile reps didn't tell me I'd need a T-Mobile phone) by borrowing a friends phone to activate the LTE and phone number. Now with that out of the way, how do I set up call forwarding to the watch from my phone? Is there a way to do it with DIGITS? I was told the galaxy wearables app had a setting for it, but it seems it was deleted for the Galaxy Watch (the S3 had the option).Any help is appreciated. Jeff
Native Visual Voicemail not working on my brand new Unlocked Pixel 6a phone
I just bought a new Unlocked Pixel 6a phone and my native Visual Voicemail is not working. My Unlocked Pixel 3a native Visual Voicemail worked fine for 3 years and it still works fine as I’ve given this phone to my brother who has the same T-Mobile plan.I’ve talked to T-Mobile support and so far they haven’t been able to figure out why it’s not working. It appears (see pics) that it’s trying to activate, but never does.Using the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail App is NOT an option… it is not the same and it doesn’t transcribe the voicemail to text. If this issue can’t be resolved I’ll be forced to change carriers.
Wrong phone description
Just wondering if anyone else has an incorrect phone description on their account?I recently activated my 256GB White Pixel 6 Pro, in my profile it shows as a 128GB Black Pixel 6 Pro. Not sure if it matters, just concerned if I wanted to eventually trade in, or if I needed repair if it would cause an issue.
One way audio problems
I've been having intermittent 1-way audio problems for the last several months. (I can't hear the other person but they can hear me.) I am *not* using WIFI calling. There were times when it would happen multiple times in a day. Then it totally went away. Now it's happening again, but less frequent -- probably 1x-2x/week instead of multiple times per day. It happens from multiple locations. My device is an LG G4 Marshmallow, standard T-Mobile firmware. (ie, No custom ROMs) I have tried with VOLTE both on and off...it seems to happen either way, although it seems to be less frequent when VOLTE is turned on. Of course, the issue being intermittent in nature, it is difficult to be sure that VOLTE on/off is having an impact. Is anyone else having this problem or have suggestions for resolving? T-mobile is sending me a replacement device. I have mixed feelings on the odds of that helping, but will try it out. Thanks! Marc
LG IMS Keeps Stopping FIX
I got this fix 5/24/22 it's similar to many others. They don't work this one does. It's from a LG engineer.Put the affected LG phone in airplane mode by pulling down the notification shade and tapping on the plane icon.Putting the phone in airplane mode should stop the IMS error message from popping up.Open the phone's settings and tap on Apps and Notifications, followed by App Info.On the App Info page, click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen and tap on Reset App Preferences, then tap on Show System.Look on the app list for "com.lge.ims.rcsprovider" and tap on to open the next page. Doing so will pull up the pre-installed IMS provider app's detailed overview.Once there, tap on the clear data/cache option, then clear storage, then force stop. Then restart the phone. If the pop up happens anytime during this. Restart phone and do again.
Why does the T-mobile app take up so much space?
I have a OnePlus Nord N10 5G phone with 128 GB storage. About a month ago I had only used half that free space, however when I checked the file manager this month I had used 97 of 128 GB. After exploring further, I found my T-mobile app is taking up a whopping 40 GB of my free space! This app can't be uninstalled nor can the cache or data be cleared. Why could T-mobile possibly need that much space for their app? Is there any way to get some of that free space back?
Mobile Phone Hotspot not letting me play multiplayer games
Hello, so I just started using my Mobile Phone Hotspot to play video games on my laptop(League of Legends, Apex Legends, Battlefield) and initially I had no issues. It was working, but now that I got more speed so I won’t lag, my multiplayer games won’t connect. My hotspot works, but it’s not communicating with video game servers. I looked into it and apparently it deals with porting but that was a few months ago. My games were working just a few weeks ago and now wont connect just recently. Is there a fix or a setting I can do?
Weird test message notification from app this AM
Hi! This AM I received two weird test messages from the TMobile app. The first read “test” for the subject then “test’ for the message. On an old device, I saw a second test message come in as well - same subject and text but also had a little blue folder with black up arrow inside it. Is this happening to anyone else?
in this day and age you would think T-Mobile would have 24 hours a day 7 days a week live chat available for tech support account issues anything related to T-Mobile instead they want you to call a number and then it takes forever for them to call you back when life chat would be so easy you can answer whenever you want they answer whenever they want just keep it open you don't have to sign in every time you leave a message now wouldn't that I'll be wonderful? who do we talk to about this?of course it's available for sales. it's always available for sales department. it's like they're saying we'll take your money but we won't help you after that.
Other party cannot always hear me
I joined T mobile to days back. I had about 5 calls including calls with T mobile customer service, every call I have been in had issue with the other person could not hear me part of the call. All calls were made from my home. I have Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have 14 days to decide and I am at the verge of deciding to leave T mobile. Anyone can give me a reason not to leave Tmobile?
Group chat issues
I seem to have this recurring issueI have a brand new Samsung S10+, bought from t-mobileI am part of a group chat with my coworkers (who all have iPhones), whenever I am on my home wi-fi or work wi-fi they seem to be receiving my texts twice. when they text me it comes with a serious delay, and I don't receive images they send. This also happens when I am not on wifi and am on 4g. I also receive texts twice when it is one-on-one texting with a friend. This needs to stop. Someone please help!
Visual Voicemail won't Activate due to "Associated with another account"
Has anyone had the same problem that I’m having? I bought my brand new Tmobile branded Samsung Galaxy S20 plus direct from Samsung.I’ve never had this problem with any previous phones that I’ve had.Whenever I launch the visual voicemail app, it keeps on saying associated with different account. Want to set up and activate? Yes or NoI click yes, then it activates. And shows that it’s set up.But as soon as I either close the program or just close the app window by swiping the app page up to close it, and then I tap on the app icon to launch it again, it shows me the same window saying associated with different account and if I want to activate. (If I say no, then it just closes the window/program.)I’ve talked to Tmobile about this. The tech was very nice, even deleted my voicemail setup from their end to start it from scratch hoping it would clear up this error.I’ve also deleted, uninstalled, cleared cache, at least 4 times and rebooted...no changes...once I install, same window and
