Voicemails being "Deposited into text"
Our family recently transferred to T-mobile. We all have iPhone 12 Max. Since transferring to T-Mobile all of our voicemails we receive are also being “deposited” into our texts.I have searched the internet, T-mobile site, and this community trying my. best to find out how to stop this from happening.Does anyone know how to stop this. It is filling up my phone storage!

I'm having the same issue. I am texting a simple code and its keeps giving me this message. I need it for a volunteer organization that I am working with. Message Blocking activated but I can't undo it
When I try to send text messages to my son and/or his wife, I immediately receive the message that Message Blocking is active. But when I look at the list of phone numbers that I HAVE blocked from texts, phone or FaceTime, their numbers do not appear. This only occurred after I purchased the new iPhone13. Previous to that I have had no issue in sending texts to them. I am able to send texts to my other contacts. The only unique thing about my son and daughter-in-law is that their phone numbers are in area code 630 while their sisters are in area code 616.

Hi,Is visual voicemail available on T-Mobile Connect? Trying to set it up from my iPhone and I get this error after putting in a 4 digit passcode: “Voicemail Unavailable. Could Not Authorize Access” I was able to set up voicemail by pressing “1” but can’t get visual voicemail to work.

Hello! I have an iPhone 8 and suddenly i keep getting a msg code 2300 saying my recipient’s are unable to receive my messages. Firstly, they ARE receiving my messages normally, and i checked my profile settings on my account and the only message blocking i have active is against Spam. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I have already restarted my phone several times and this is a new thing i woke up to recently. Thanks!
iPhone 13 Pro Max switch from Physical SIM to eSIM
We are regular T-Mobile customers (not post-pay/pre-pay) with 4 phone lines. We have iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Is it possibly to change all physical SIM to eSIM? Although T-mobile Data covers international but it is EXTREMELY slow. It will be better to purchase a local SIM for data use. Since iPhone in the US market don’t provide dual SIM caddy, it will be painful to reject the T-Mobile SIM and keep it in safe place while traveling.

After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM’s setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM’s from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I’ve previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I’ve needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Hi all,I pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb in Space Black with an estimated shipping date between 9/30 and 10/6. I know that T-Mobile only charges when pre-orders are about to ship. This morning (9/15) I saw that my card was charged. Has anyone else been charged, got a shipping notification or tracking number? If so, when was your initial estimated shipping date?
cellular data doesnt work on ios 14.5 anymore!
iPhone 12 Pro Max on T-Mobile Essential NCC family plan. After updating to iOS 14.5, cellular data won’t work. It doesn’t matter if it’s connected to 5G or LTE, or at whichever signal strength. It doesn’t have internet access. I can only make phone calls and text. I have tried network reset, factory reset, and reinsert sim. I even went to the Apple store to have my phone replacement eventually. However, the issue persists on the new phone as well once after it was updated to iOS 14.5. Only solution for now: is downgrade to iOS 14.4.2 or earlier. (As of may 3 Apple has stopped signing iOS 14.4.2 or earlier)Also, other people in my family plan with iPhone 12 models updated to iOS 14.5 have the same cellular data issue. There are several people on Reddit reporting the same issue as well. All currently on essential plan. Reddit post Hopefully T-Mobile and Apple is working on a fix!?Ps. The most recent iOS 14.5.1 doesn’t fix this problem.
apple watch series 6 no data on cellular
I have been having serious issues with Apple Watch cellular plan on T-Mobile. When my phone is on cellular, Even if I have 3 or 4 bars of reception, doesn’t matter, I cannot do anything that needs data. It just says, no internet connection. In cellular under settings it shows plan as T-Mobile, status: no connection. Interestingly, I can make calls on my watch over cellular, but no data connection. I have had discussions with different T-mobile reps, including senior technical support assistants, but no solution so far. I also talked to Apple support, they run a remote diagnostics on my watch, and I was told that nothing was wrong. I tried unpairing, deleting the watch and pairing again, removing the cellular plan and adding again, doing a network reset on my iPhone, unpairing and pairing back the DIGITS number associated with my Apple Watch. None of these worked. I can occasionally get data connection when I move far away from my neighborhood with my watch, leaving my phone home, but t
Safe to Remove Blank Secondary Cellular Plan?
On my iPhone 11 under settings/Cellular under Cellular plans, there is listing for "Secondary". There is no number attached to it and it doesn't have a cellular plan listed like my primary line does. Is it OK to click "remove cellular plan" or is this needed for some reason? Why is this secondary on my phone?

PDP authentication failure
HI y'allFor the past few days I can't connect to data at all and get pop-up saying "PDP authentication failure" On my iPhone4.I can still call and do sms.I have North America plan and in Canada for couple of days. I come here quite often and there was no issue before until few days ago.Ive done couple of thing trying to fix this including-Switch on/off-Sim in/out-Update to latest OS-Restore iPhone-Hard reboot-Switch roaming carrier-Check APN I put my SIM card to other iphone and still getting PDP error so it's not a devise problem.Called customer support but no solutions what's so ever. My account is in good shape.One thing that comes to back of my mind is, I receive SMS from T-mobile saying they have implemented some extra feefor Prepaid customer.... blah blah,,, and since I'm on monthly plan (I was with prepaid plan before) I thought it's weird and eraced the text.So it could be technical glitch on account problem? please help.
