I try it online, it doesn’t work I get this error “Your current T-Mobile account type isn’t supported on apple.com.” I also went to the apple store, no luck,. This is a standard phone. I’m trying to do the yearly upgrade program. I have two lines currently, already doing the yearly upgrade program. This would be a new line and new phone.
What the heck?? I alway upgrade through Apple, but I just switched to T-Mobile this year and now this? Your current T-Mobile account type isn't supported on apple.com.If you'd like to proceed, you'll need to purchase a full-priced iPhone, and insert an active SIM card or contact T-Mobile to activate your device. This iPhone delivery status is still:
I am not getting HD video when streaming media on my iPad Pro while I’m using cellular data. I have gone into the settings on these streaming apps and selected the high quality streaming setting and it hasn’t done any good. I have the ONE Tablet Plan for $20 and have the ONE Plus Promo as an active add-on on my iPad line. When I go to my profile on my online account and select the iPad line, HD video is toggled off by default. When I try to enable it I will either get a “This line is not eligible for media settings” error or “Update Operation Failed” with a pink OK button to close the popup box. Are tablets no longer eligible for HD video streaming on T-Mobile’s network?

I purchased an iPhone 12 mini from Best Buy last September. I tried contacted TMobile reps three times by phone and app to unlock my phone. Each time they took its information and told me to wait 72 hours to process but each time failed. My iPhone is still locked. Please help.
Noticed random eSim cellular connectivity issues such as iMessage de-registering phone number and unable to use internet while on a call after upgrading to 15.4.1. Reproduced issue on both iPhone XS Max and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Reported to Apple but they have yet to identify it as a bug. Anyone experiencing the same?
If I order a phone on line, and have it sent to my local store, can i still get my trade in for my old phone and have them transfer all my data to the new phone? I would like to upgrade to an iphone but my local store says they do not have them in stock, nor know when they will get any. I know the exact phone i want, but would like to still get my trade in, and data transfer so i thought it would be easier and better just to get it online and have it sent to the store and pick it up there.Thank you.
Just got my new iphone 13 yesterday. Incoming calls, the ringer sounds normal on the 1st ring then the next ring it fades out to very low & remains very low for all the rest of the time. My volume is up as far as it will go. Any ideas as to why it is doing this? I have looked in all my settings & found nothing to help this. Thanks for your ideas.
My voicemail messages are recorded correctly and the transcript is shown on my iPhone normally (Select the Phone icon, then the voicemail icon at the bottom). However, they also get sent to me as a text message (SMS). How do I stop the texting? Having the voicemail recording is sufficient - they’re normally just spam recordings anyway.
Hello! I am new to TMobile, but have had iphones for ages.I’ve not had this issues before.Messages to Android phones fail-my “send as SMS” indicator is on, and is the only solution I have found googling around.I have the magenta plan, if that makes any difference. Thanks!
Just moved over from Sprint to T-Mobile and upgraded my iPhone SE to the iPhone 13. I live on Long Island NY north shore area and found that my phone service ever since the switch over is really not as reliable and stable, I also found that with the new iPhone 13 that 5G is really useless and drags my phone down to the point where I can’t even watch a YouTube Clip. I turned off the 5G and I’m just running on LTE. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problems?
WARNING! My iphone was hijacked. They stole my email, my tmobile account online, and my coinbase account,
HOW DO WE STOP or PREVENT THIS?!My iphone was hijacked Fri Dec 3, 2021. They stole my email, my tmobile account online (yes, this one right here that I am chatting on), and cleaned out my coinbase account. How did this happen? Who is at fault? AT&T Yahoo mail, Tmobile, Coinbase? The 2 step verification methods didn’t work. The emails that said, hey you changed your password is this correct if not call. How does this even help if the crook has your email? I discovered the problem at 2pm when my phone stopped dialing, but the dirty deed was done by 2pm.
Hello! I have an iPhone 8 and suddenly i keep getting a msg code 2300 saying my recipient’s are unable to receive my messages. Firstly, they ARE receiving my messages normally, and i checked my profile settings on my account and the only message blocking i have active is against Spam. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I have already restarted my phone several times and this is a new thing i woke up to recently. Thanks!
I just tried asking this to T-mo support chat and they were unwilling to give a definitive answer. Is it really that hard to answer? Is it something like this:Which iPhones will work after the 3G shutdown?iPhone 5, 5c -- NoiPhone 6 -- MaybeiPhone 6s -- MaybeiPhone 7, 8, 11, 12 -- Yes
