Auto pay banner after logging in.

Hello,When I log in there is a banner warning at the top of the page regarding auto pay $5 discount as below.NOTE the date is 2023,  is this a mistake or are you going to back charge accounts like mine that have been using a credit card.“Important: Starting June 22nd, 2023, only debit cards or bank accounts will be eligible for AutoPay discounts. If your payment method has been updated, no further action is necessary.Change Payment Method

AM I BEING CHARGED FOR 911 TWICE ON MY BILL?

At first glance, it looks like I have two surcharges on my bill for 911.  One charge is for .55 cents and the other is for $1.10.  They both come under my address which is repeated twice. Is the lower fee the cost of this  service per line and the other the total cost of  $1.10 because I have more than one line?   The TRS surcharge looks the same way.

If you were scammed out of the rebate, consider contacting the FCC. There are hundreds of threads here in questions and community with evidence of widespread fraud.

Unauthorized charges

I recently received my T-mobile bill and it was unexpectedly $110 higher than it should have been. Apparently I was charged for 2 added lines of Global 15GB??? I called customer care and have been trying to work with an agent for over an hour. She refuses to allow me to speak to a supervisor. All I want is for this $110 charge to be removed. SO FRUSTRATING!!

T Mobile prepaid account balance is too low

Even after refilling the prepaid account multiple times and having enough balance in my account, I keep getting this warning that my account balance is too low. Tried to talk to 3 different customer service representatives but they all have different solutions none of which has worked. Any suggestions what can be done? I dont want to go on a call for troubleshooting again.

why im still paying for leasing?

why im still paying for leasing every month on my 3 devices? all of they contracts are done and when i try to go check on them it always say “You don't currently have an active installment plan or lease. Check out all the latest phones and accessories” but I'm still paying for they lease every month, what can i do to resolve this?

Will not fix a $1200 mistake they can see in their system they made when upgrading phones!

I know this is not customer service but want to get this out everywhere I can!Went into the store to upgrade phones. Got everything updated and squared away...or so we thought. Looked up our account a week later and none of the promotions we were promised were applied. Calle support and they said everything the store promised would show on the next billing cycle so we had to wait until the first billing cycle (which moves us past the return period if anything is incorrect). We waited and everything was correct on the billing cycle EXCEPT for the $600 rebate for each of the 2 Samsung galaxy phones we purchased. Called back to support and they said we had to talk to the store as they had applied a business promotion and we do not have a business line. Went back to the store and they said they cannot apply business promotions and we have to drive to a corporate store which is about 45 minutes to an hour away to fix. They were rude and not at all helpful. I called back customer service and

Charge for retuned phone

For the past 6 months your team has been trying to collect $ for a warranty exchange phone that you have proof of receiving. We have spent HOURS in communication sharing tracking #s, screen shots and all sorts of detail regarding this. Your team continues to acknowledge that they received the phone and yet the amount owed is still there. The latest response is that they need to make sure they didn't receive an empty box. You received the phone in November. If there was an issue then it should have been identified then. There was no issue btw. The phone was in the box. I am now getting notices that my phone will be turned off unless I pay the nearly $900 payment for a phone that you have proof of receiving. Can't go to another phone carrier without having to pay the balance in full for the phone I have (which is only deeply discounted if I stay monthly). Fix it. We have been more than patient and accommodating.

Being charged for a free phone

I went to t-mobile to originally downgrade my plan but I was offered $1000 off the new samsung s24 if I upgrade my plan. I repeatedly asked if the phone was free and if I was gonna have monthly charges for the phone and the representative kept telling me my bill will be the 150 and nothing else. That the phone was free and I only had to pay activation and taxes. Okay, cool. My bill came in today with me paying off the phone!!! After I was told my bill wouldn't be different and I wasn't going to be paying off the device. Why was I lied to!?

Return Fee and TMOBILE has equipment

Spoke to supervisor Leti she stated that I missed the return deadline for a internet modem and I would be charged $230 for a non return fee. However they have the modem and are still charging me for. Backstory, I received a modem for replacement and it didn't work either. Several weeks later they sent a power cord which helped and I kept the original modem. I sent the replacement modem back a week or 2 later and they stated that I would receive a credit to my account for the return fee. Needless to say I'm still being charged for it after being told by 3 different representatives that it would be removed. I will be leaving TMOBILE this week

bait and switch

Anyone else upgrade plan ...trade phones in ...and have to call every freaking month and dispute charges . For 5 months straight.  With promises every time its fixed . Anyone talk to a lawyer? I have all the documentation.  Screenshots with Verizon admitting I should be getting the promotion.  Deceptive trade practices and bait and switch seem appropriate.

Customer Service Guy Made a Mistake. Nobody Knows How to Fix It

Long story short, I had an account with T-Mobile. I asked them to put a military suspension on my line. Military suspensions are 39 months long. About a year after the suspension started, I needed to access my phone again to gain access to an old account, I contacted support, they lifted the suspension, and then I asked the customer service rep to reinstate the military suspension. He messed up and instead emplaced a TEMPORARY suspension for 90 days.After the 90 days, my account started getting charged for service again without me knowing it. After not receiving payments and incurring late fees, T-Mobile moved my account to collections.I was never contacted by any collections agency. They never e-mailed me or called me. The only way I found out was (after my friend informed me someone else was using my number that was supposed to be on suspension) I called T-Mobile.In other words, if I hadn’t called T-Mobile, I never would have known my account was sent to collections which means my cr

MY BILL HAS GONE FROM $66 to$97 IN FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!! WHY?!

Why is T-Mobile messing with their customers?  This is not okay.  What ever happened to knowing what your bill is every month?  I am VERY dissatisfied.  Looking for a new carrier.  This is complete BS.

Paying for a few months early?

Hello. I just have T-Mobile Internet. The wifi gateway device. I have tried searching online and on this forum. Is it possible to pay a few months at a time early? Like I would want to pay up for at least the next 3 months. I couldn't find an answer online, so any insite would be helpful. I don't see why this wouldn't be allowed..but I wanted to make sure. Thank you.

How to get a refund on wrong charge of prepaid service?

Hi,  I recently transferred my number to other carrier.But T-Mobile prepaid service charged monthly payment through Auto-pay service.I thought it would be automatically stopped but it charged.I requested a refund to the representatives at the call center and they confirmed that I did not use any data so that I could receive it within 10 business days. So I just waited. But I have checked other representatives and they insisted that I used the lines data and even the line was alive. It is impossible because I have records of using data from other carrier.What was going on there? The incompletion of port-out process is the mistake of T-Mobile technical team but do I have to pay for the monthly payment which I did not use at all?I want to receive my money back as soon as possible.I sent the mail to the customer relations team with the evidence of my usage of data on other carrier, so please solve this problem and send my money back as soon as possible.

Wrong Bill Calculation in T-mobile One Plan

I have been using Tmobile for last 8 years. This is the first instance of Tmobile doing wrong calculation for my bill. I went from 9 lines to 8 lines but my Account Bill remained same. The line that we removed is not a free line and it stayed with us for 6 years. I spoke with customer care multiple times but they are not helping me and saying everything is right.   I have 8 lines on Tmobile one Plan so Account Bill with autopay should be 70+50+6x20= $240Insider discount 240 x 0.2= $48Account Bill = 240-48 = $192 for 8 lines -- This should be my plan cost but it is $216I want to know if you think my calculation is wrong. Please let me know how can I get this sorted out. 8 VOICE LINES = $192.00 9 VOICE LINES = $192.00

T-Mobil is scamming leaving customers for “final bill”

I stayed with Tmobil for 25 months precisely. Made 25 payments. Ended my service with them on the last day of my billing cycle. Three days later my number was still not ported out so I called them again to ask why the number is not ported out. The customer service representative told me that the member is ported out and we are even in terms of bill and if there is any bill for these three days then it would be paid from the 19 dollars phone credit that I am suppose to be getting from them in October. Instead I was sent a bill for whole month. They give me a lot of contradictory statements. Line the bill is for the previous month, then said that it was for a returned payments and much more. I have no previous bills and no return payments. I’m planning to contact BBB and Attorney General office. Also had contacted a law firm to file a claim and also see if they would be interested in bringing a class action.
