It was such a pain to cancel my Tmobile account and settle the remaining balance. I was on the phone with a rep for 2 hours (40 minutes waiting to connect). I paid the remaining balance on the account. She refused to email me a receipt and the store clerk didn't want to do it either (told me to continue talking to the person on the phone) I could not remember the pin that was required. It has been over a month now. I never received anything from Tmobile. Today I got a letter from Southwest Credit Systems LP saying I owe 99.05 + 50.62 in fees. I checked my credit card again today and saw that the 99.05 “last charge” that I made a month ago was refunded. Why did they refund it and send me to collections???There is no way customer service is going to resolve this. What is my best option?
I was a Sprint customer for many years and l had to transfer to T-Mobile. I never experienced such a bad customer service from a cellphone company. Before went on my cruise l contacted T-Mobile to make sure l would be able to use my phone. Their representative give me the wrong information and my cell phone was disconnected during my vacation l had to pay $300 to get my line working. After that l didn’t use my phone until l arrived at the port. I just noticed my bill was over $980 and I called T-Mobile and the representative was beyond unhelpful, he made me feel like a liar, he said l got alerts sent to my texts that’s not true. I told him after l paid my bill l was going to remove myself from T-Mobile and go somewhere else. He said okay. His customer service was not the best. I never got alerts, who wants to a get a bill this high especially during the holidays. I honestly feel they do this to many other customers. Sprint never treated me like this beyond disappointed with T-Mobile pl
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/HORRIBLE COMPANY I have been fighting with TMoblie since January about an illegal account that their store manager (who has since been fired) set up In November because it was the only way she could figure out how to handle my free upgrade. The new account was supposedly a "place holder" of 4 lines for my current 4 lines to merge over to. Unfortunately the "merge" never happened and TMobile began to not only continue charging me for my existing 4 line account but began charging me 4 line "place holder" account. After 5 months of arguing with them, (100s of hours in person, chat, phone etc.) I was finally advised by my bank to close the cc account as the only way to stop them from continuing the monthly charges. They still owe me over $1000 for payments on the "place holder account" and are now billing ME for $1400+ ADDITIONAL fees as they said I owe them money on the "place holder" and for the phone because the upgrade was tied to that same account! HUGE compa
Hello everyone, I have a debt in collections with T-Mobile since I started flight school. I called T-Mobile, and they gave me the first agency that had the debt. The original company sent it off to a third party, and I’m honestly having difficulty finding this “second company” to settle it. I called T-Mobile to see if I could settle the debt directly with them, but I don’t remember the pin to my account. I do however remember my old number and the security questions to my account. If anyone has any advice or suggestions please let me know. I truly need to get this matter handled.
T-Mobile has had too many breaches of info. Do not trust them with your bank account or debt card. At least with charge card have fraud protection and they outsource to other countries to have your personal info. Guess it is time to change carriers!! They also lie as to why! It is to get more money and is a breach of contract! It was agreed to have charge card. Is not because people have fees!! Wait till bank returns charges!!
i got a new phone and returned the defected old phone in a box with printed return-label by T mobile. They have still charged me for the returned phone almost 790$. I contacted t-mobile via chat, and complained, they issued me a complane reference ID. But never heard back from them, did not get my money back. I chatted several times, but every time the T-Mobile agent looks like never seen any complain from me. It is awful, it is a lot of money and I can't ignore. Please somebody share his/her experience and tell me how got the money back?. Thanks.
Usually when I log in the page goes to my account where i then pay the bill, but I always get this error: This happens on every browser including mobile browsers after login. I have been trying for over a week now to login and pay. When I put in the direct URL to the payment section I get endless loading: This also happens on every browser including mobile. I cannot pay my bill and it will probably get cut off soon. This is for T-Mobile internet if that matters at all.
I am from Spain and I made a US phone number when I was there working. I am now back to my country but I still want to pay for it. However, the website does not load, I try to make the payment through my phone too, with two different cards, it is still not accepting my payment. I have tried different browsers but it is not working. I do not know what to do. Can I still pay for it being outside the US? Why is it not working?
T-Mobile has not been honoring the Ultimate Freedom plan that I have. I have 4 Voice lines and they all should be included in the plan. However T-Mobile is charging me $35-40 per 2 of the lines. This is not on the plan and I have proof including T-Mobile screenshots that indicate that all of my Voice lines are included in the plan. Why am I being charged? I see a Class ACTION LAWSUIT coming. Also T-Mobile does not provide information regarding Legacy Discount expirations. I was a SPRINT custom for 20+ years and evidently I have Legacy Discounts. However when those discounts expire (unbeknownst to me) I was charged additional fees but never informed of the removed legacy discounts.
I had service issues so they sent me a new box. By the time the box arrived my service was working again. I returned the new wifi box and I was still charged $400. I called and they gave me a refund. Next thing I know my service was suspended for unpaid bill. They have now restored my service. However, they are not removing the $400 from bill. I’m stuck in a loop now of not paying this and getting my service suspended. Please help! They have the wifi box back. I need a $400 refund.
I got the new gateway on April 18 cancelled the old line sent the old gateway back still was charged for the whole month after I cancelledThe old number then got a bill with 33.64 for the month that they gave me the last 20 days I paid for after I paid fifty$ for ten days use I paid under protest
We enrolled in the Magenta over 55 plan in February, only because of the $70 plan and 2 free phones. Since February we have been charged 1/2 price for the phones. Each month I call and get someone that says they will look into it and call me back 24-48 hours. No one calls. I call again, and they tell me no such promotion (free phones) existed. Then they tell me if I change my plan, I could get free phones. This has happened twice, and now my bill has doubled. Has anyone successfully left this HORRIBLE company and not pay fir the crappy 'free' phone?
Super frustrated….. went with my mom to upgrade our phones months ago and we went with the Go5G 55+ plan plus home internet and two new phones.Told we would be paying $144. Three whole billing cycles later and we are still paying $20 more than we should be. And T-Mobile has been charging us randomly outside of our billing due date. Went to a T-Mobile store and even they didn't know what was going on. It’s incredibly frustrating because we switched to all of this in order to save money and now we are paying more. And no one can give us any answers.
I have TMobile home internet. Autopay, $50 a month, on the 3rd of the month. No issues until August. I was charged 53.13 on the 24th. Then my regular autopay of 50 on the 3rd of September. Then another 53.13 on the 24th. Repeat in October. $50 on the 3rd, and now 53.13 on the 24th.NO ONE can explain what is going on. I am tired of an extra 53.13 being automatically withdrawn from my bank. I am DONE with T-MobileSeems like I am seeing similar questions with no resolution.BYE!
T-Mobile eliminating the discount for credit card payments is a REALLY bad business decision. It means T-mobile is struggling financially, and penalizing its customers for it. Bad look T-mobile. Forcing us to give up the credit card payments by penalizing us with eliminating discounts is NOT the right way to go. My credit card offers protections for lost/broken phones which I will not have with other payments. Additionally, I want to be able to have the choice of deciding which payment option I have. Eliminating the discount for credit card payments is not giving us a choice, it is penalizing us for credit card payments. The question is: how much longer is T-mobile going to be financially solvent? Time to start looking at other phone companies. Really sad, T-mobile was such a good company.
