texts not received from other carriers

Hi! I have been a T-Mobile customer for approximately 2 weeks. When I first transferred my service from Verizon, I was receiving all of my text messages. Two days after switching, all texts stopped from people outside of T-Mobile. I can send text messages and people receive them but I cannot receive text messages from anybody with another carrier, and I cannot receive MMS messages from T-Mobile users. When I contacted customer service, they directed my issue to engineering who responded that I needed a new sim card. I went into the T-Mobile store, got a new SIM, which did not make my text messages push through. So, they thought that it was a device issue and I purchased a new Pixel 4A. The issue still is not fixed. When I re-contacted customer service, they put another request for the engineers. My text messages pushed through approximately 3 to 4 days later. Then I stopped receiving messages again and it was pushed back to engineering. A few days after that all of my text messages cam

T Mobile home internet

I was informed by a T Mobile representative at a trade show that there is T Mobile internet service in the Arizona White Mountain region.  The website coverage map shows 4G service, but seems to indicate that is a partner connection.  I obtained the T-Mobile modem and went through the setup process, but was not able to achieve a signal connection.  Through further discussion with T Mobile Tech Support they confirmed that the White Mountain regions does not have T Mobile internet availability.  Is there anyone who has encountered this same situation with T Mobile?  The same goes with T Mobile cell phone, as the only way to get a connection is to turn on roaming.

Why am i constantly having problems with tmobile internet?

I am growing tired of problems with packet loss, high latency, and the internet just shutting off. This has been happening only in the last 3 months; before that, it was great. No changes have been made on my end. Now I am seeing lower speeds across the board. Between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. almost every day, the internet drops out (I am usually active during that time). Right now, I am using Verizon to even be able to send this. Below are the last 24 hours. I was gone for most of that time, but as soon as I got home, there was no internet. Why am I paying for a service that only works half the time I need it?

tower maintainance?

I've been struggling for about a week with modem issues(T-M4B customer). I'm on my 3rd modem, and it's actually working properly but I'm only getting 4g, and it's SLOW. I called and they said it's due to tower maintenance. Is there a site/forum location to track that? I feel like I should be getting pro-rated since I can't effectively use the service I am paying for.

Hello - has anyone found a status update on the outages?

Has anyone seen an update on when cell calling service will be restored?  'm in TX and have not been able to make a call since  2:30pm Central TimeThe message I receive when attempting to make a call is "server  unreachable"

Internet outtage

My gateway says I have good signal strength (3bars), but I haven’t been able to access internet for 8 hours now.  2 TV’s, Desktop, and 2 Iphones all have no signal.  This has been happening two or three times a month now and it is getting very frustrating.  I hate to go back to cable but maybe for internet only wouldn’t be too bad.  It looks like I’m not the only one having issues either.  What is everybody else handling this?

After Two Rings I get "Call Ended".

Every time I call this certain number it rings two times then I get “Call Ended”.  The number is for a hair salon, i.e. a business.  They told me their number is a land line from Spectrum.If they answer before two rings we can talk like normal.I can make calls to other numbers without any problem.My phone is an android phoneMy wife’s iPhone from AT&T works fine.One time I got the Call Ended so I reset my phone. Then I called the number and it rang six times and their voicemail picked up.  I tried again and got Call Ended.  I did a reset and still got Call Ended

some text messages are not immediately received and delayed by hours up to days

There appears to be a network store and forward message transmission delay occurring frequently with text messages.  Several of my contacts I frequently text with will send me text messages that will not hit my inbox for many hours up to days later.  It’s like they’re caught in some buffer that stores them and sends them all at once as several blocks appear in a second, time date stamped several hours to days earlier.  My physical location doesn't change so I doubt the problem is on my end however my phone is of the type you cant take the battery out of so who knows what’s running on it.  This issue never happened with my services before T-Mobile to where I have ever noticed it like I do now.

Internet Connection

WiFi internet connection works fine on phone, Roku, and iPad.  However, when I disconnect spectrum internet hard wire (that works fine) from my computer and use T-Mobile Internet I cannot connect to the internet at all.  The hub shows I’m receiving 3-bars of signal.  Any suggestions?Matt5759

I have the Essentials 55+ plan (unlimited text & data) and will be visiting a relative (in another state) who has no wifi. Will I incur additional charges for using my phone during my visit? If so, is there a fix to avoid using too much data?

Switched to T-Mobile home internet almost a year ago to save money but lately my connection has been awful! Working from home and constantly having to deal with the internet going down. My phone doesn’t operate properly while on WiFi. I’ve rebooted my router and did a factory reset and it’s still not better.

Poor Customer Support for Business Customer

I am writing as a small business owner wanting to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent business customer service and technical support I have received from T-Mobile. I have billing issues that need to be addressed and corrected and phone problems (from my recent replacement/insurance claim). My phone issues are restricting me from resolving these issues with the representative and preventing me from performing work-related tasks. As a business customer, I rely on T-Mobile's services to support my operations. Home Internet speed Extreme fluctuations - from 800mbps to 10mbps

I have had home internet for 8 months now, and it worked flawlessly for the first 7 months. However, at the end of August, I started experiencing very slow speeds intermittently. For the past week, the slow speed has become the norm. None of my streaming services work, and I cannot do any video conferencing.I have called technical support numerous times, but the issue remains unresolved. A new gateway hasn’t solved the problem either. Initially, I was told that all the towers near me were fine. However, yesterday, I was informed that one of the three towers near my home might be having issues. When connected to that tower, the speed is slow, whereas the other two towers provide good speeds. This might be the reason for the fluctuation. Unfortunately, they don’t know when it will be fixed.Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

My internet has been down for two days yet nothing is being fixed

My T-Mobile internet has been down for two days - not just mine, several cities!  A car hit a pole that took out the fiber, apparently.  Cell service is spotty an intermittent, as with the internet - the signal on my router shows “Weak.”  I work from home, and the situation for me is getting critical.  Every time I call in for status, I hear “we are working on it” and that Spectrum has to fix the fiber since they own it.  I got told Spectrum was waiting to be dispatched - well, I drove by the site where the car hit the tower three times on my errands today and no one is out there working - not a single person.  I know this isn’t on the level with some areas right now, but all I keep getting is the run around on when this will be fixed.  Starlink is looking like a better option at the moment.  Can I escalate at TMobile?  How do I find out exactly is going on here, and when my internet will be back?

The Nokia x100 phone I purchased at a Tmobile store will not access the Tmobie calling system. I need someone at the Tmobile Executive Response Team to e-mail me at (email) or call me at # to get them to assist me in solving this problem. The local Tmobie store and the Tmobile chat room technical assistance has not been able to solve the problem.

Service in Mexico (Go5G Plus)

We are traveling to Playa del Carmen in Mexico for vacation and we are all on the Go5G Plus plan. Can anyone verify that service in Mexico is included? We will mostly be in tourist areas. Do talk and text work the same? Is 5G service available in those metro areas? Most importantly, is there anything I need to do to our phones before we go, or does everything work seemlessly?

Poor cellular connectivity at specific location? T-mobile says it my phone. It's not.

Where I live I have 5G UC and am fortunate to have blazing fast mobile connection using an iPhone 15 pro. [screenshot of 1336Mbps]However, while I am at a town at the beach, I have 5G but no connectivity. Support has had me reboot my phone several times, even reset the network settings on the phone. No change. [screenshots of 4.14 & 7.96 Mbps] There are towers located relatively close to me. [screenshots of towers]I have tried working with T-Mobile support on three different visits to this problem location. First I was told my phone is the problem. Next time they were "working on the towers". The last time I was told it was my phone. I'm very frustrated as I have no connection to do work with this poor connection. I have tried using the support techs and tried all the things they suggested, knowing it seems that it is NOT my phone. I will be at the poor connection location later this week and expect the same issues.How can I get someone to look into the connection issues at the loc

Registering a 3rd party cell signal booster

I work a lot out of my van and there are times where the cell signal is very weak and I can’t use my mobile cell phone hotspot. I have purchased a 3rd party cell signal booster to help resolve this issure. However, now my problem is how do I register it with T-Mobile. I have tried their signal booster register page and it does not work. I have call customer service and they can not access the registration page either. So how do I register it?   Help please!

my sony android tv has no internet

I have the tmobile internet, all my devices have connected to it and working fine EXCEPT my sony android TV. Sometimes it will work just fine but then suddenly it will say that it's connected but has no internet while all other devices are fine. I've updated my TV and tried everything I can think of. Anyone have any ideas??

why is my IPad so slow and has a hard time loading pages?

my company uses T-Mobile. so I decided to get it from my iPad because it’s fast. I don’t have to wait for pages to load usually no issues. But now I get the service for myself and I feel I’m on a dial up connection. My new iPad is having a hard time loading webpages. T-Mobile service is definitely subpar. I might just go ahead and cancel before the weekend is over. I just got it yesterday. So before I cancel my service, I want to make sure that it’s not something that I have done in settings. I refuse to pay five dollars a month for a service like this. 10th gen with essentials plan, e-sim.
