Last December I did the jump program for two of my phones. The representative recommended that I switch over to a business plan. She explained the benefits to me. I went ahead and switched my lines from personal to business. Yesterday; I got noticed on my credit report that I am in collections. I called the credit agency and they said it was from T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile they said the phones never got switched over so now I am collections. The phone was supposed to be switched over and they never were. The customer service I called didn't care and said there is nothing I can do or anybody I can speak with. I have been with T-Mobile over 15 years. If I don't get this resolved soon I will go to FTC and file a formal complaint.
At some point last night my Tmobile hotspot purchased online (December 2022) lit on fire at the charging port. Have been using the same charger and cable for now 8 months without issue.Tmobile support is completely useless and refuses to do anything to help: “can only do a return under 14 days for buyers remorse”. Their other option was to go to a Tmobile store. I am not driving hours to a store to *maybe* be helped or not. I purchased this hotspot because we are remote and need backup internet, there are no nearby Tmobile stores and we cant travel often. I live in Maine and we have a legally mandated statewide four year warranty on anything purchased. My next steps are filing a complaint with the states consumer protection division, not sure what else to do at this point.
My husband and I got new phones on a trade in deal. We traded in both phones. The $800 credit for turning in his phone still isn’t showing on the bill. It’s been two payment cycles. Note: We’ve visited the local store where we turned in the phone 3 times to get this corrected, without success.
In September of 2021 I paid off (2) iPhone 12s and traded them in for (2) iPhone 13s on the 55+ Magenta Max plans. They put me on the 30 month equipment payoff plan. Should I have been put on the 24 month equipment payoff plan? Now coming up to the iPhone 15 in September 2023, I want to upgrade to the 15. Do I have to pay off the remaining 6 months before I trade them in? Who gets 24 month pay off and who gets 30 months? My FICA score is over 800.
I now have 100% proof he has been hacking into my account. Changing names , passwords adding another Network to make It look like it's what the modem came with. AND in his phone he has it labeled as Nates Iphone.....Not to mention I just joined but his bills go back many months. I have screenshots, plus made it to where I had no choice but to factory reset my phone
Hi, I recently traded in my old iPhone for an upgrade & packaged up my old phone and sent it back to the address with the shipping label provided, however, I forgot to include the reciept that goes in the package with my phone information. (IMEI etc) Will this affect my trade in? Can assurant figure out the phone/account based on the tracking ID or RMA # provided? Thank you,

Hello. I have a silly question. Let me explain first, so I'm a newb to Instagram and just this month got the app on my iphone. However, despite my just installing it this month,I think it might not be the updated version. I compared it to a friend's instagram app and it's step up differently and they are able to share someone else's post and I am not. Now,I ALREADY have tried everything Google/Instragram suggested to do on the app AND...my iphone and some things can't be done,like it's not set up the same. There is NO current update. QUESTION: So,it popped in my head to ask, though I think it shouldn't matter, but am I not getting the most updated app/options due to my iphone not being a more updated version/new phone? Thank you. I recently logged into my account and noticed in global settings that there was a shipping address I did not recognize. When I googled the location on google maps, it turned out to be a shopping mall. TMobile could not explain how that address was set as my default account, or whether anything was shipped to that account, including bills. I’d like to contact the fraud department, but there’s no direct link to them. Suggestions on how to proceed here?
I am looking for a way to send a text to multiple people without sharing contact information or having a “group” messaging environment. Just want to get the information for each number… Any thoughts? I did just start with the DIGITS app to see if there was a way to do it there. I am a virtual teacher and we have work phones that we use to communicate with students and parents. I would like to send out texts to them each week and was hoping there was an easier way to do it rather than copying/paste to each number. It takes up about 2 hours each week to send one notification. Please help.

Have an unlocked iphone 12 pro max. Bought a 14 plus and successfully transferred all data from the 12 to the 14 EXCEPT the e-sim. When I attempt to do this, I receive an error that states “Your SIM is NOT Supported - The SIM in your old iphone does not support eSIM transfer. Contact T-Mobile for assistance… Called business tech support and was told to put my # in and I’d get a call back in 15 minutes. An hour goes by - nothing. I call tech again and the system recognizes that I have a call back cancels it and says will connect you with the next rep in a moment. That was 1.75 HOURS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!! Still on hold…While I hold I go thru the DIY help and the instructions are incorrect. Did this 3x. Now I’m trying the community help. Anyone know what I need to do? I’m about to cancel ALL LINES on my business account over this.
