I am starting to think you can't teach old dogs new tricks...First order/account vanished

To keep this short, I am .. no wait- I was born sometime prior to 1960, technology and I haven’t been the two peas in a pod that I would have liked to be- My daughter on the other hand, has been glued to a computer screen for as long as it used to take dial up to connect each session.She preloaded my hand me down (from her of course) ipad and laptop with all this information that basically, each form I fill out, I just click and select the saved answer.I wanted to do something nice for her as she has been struggling with her cell phone company insurance company, so I gave her my phone, I was going to try out a brand new iphone. I filled out my application, was approved for a generous 0.00 down, only had to pay 137 and sign a lease and even spoiled myself with next day delivery.The money was taken out of my account and is no longer pending, it went through. The email I know I typed in , is not validated in their system. I received the page that said congratulations on the order, w/e rec

LAN Network printer Not showing up in network when T-Mobile is ISP.

I have a Toshiba network printer in my small office. It does not have WiFi, it is cable-connected. It does not appear in my network places when T-Mobile is the ISP (via TMO-G4SE). However, under the same setup, it appears in the same network when i switch ISP to Comcast. Both ways, all devices are wired the same. I have a Network Drive (NAS) on the same network and it shows up regardless of ISP (no switching wires or remapping the network drive)… why is the Toshiba (e-Studio 357) not showing up on the network when T-Mobile is the ISP? Super frustrating… not a good introduction to T-Mobile as an alternative to Comcast.

T-mobile customer service getting worse

The last two times I called 611 customer service I had to wait 1 hour two days ago and 30 minutes today before an agent answered my phone.  What is happening?  EVERY time I call now I get an agent from the Philippines - many of which don’t speak english very well.  Also, why is the call back feature gone?, that we used to not have to wait on hold and an agent would call back usually in only a few minutes.  T-mobile should bring those customer service jobs back to the USA!

tmobile created return label to return 4g equipment, i doped at ups store and ups lost thenpackage

T-Mobile created a label to return 4g lte cell spot, I droped it at the ups store but ups lost the package. T-Mobile charged me for the equipment and I found out that the equipment is lost by ups and T-Mobile does it want to file a claim and they are saying it is my responsible to get the equipment to them. i spoke to ups and opened a claim. Now the claim is approved but since T-Mobile is the one who created return label they wanted T-Mobile to provide documentation for the value of lost equipment so that they will pay them. No one at T-Mobile is addressing this and I am not sure who to reach out now.

TMobile Engineer / Operations Support - TMO blocking email to text from sendgrid seriously impacting business

Hi, Tmobile just recently changed protocol about 10 days ago. We are an answering service and we’ve been seeing the majority of our messages to doctors, business owners, etc being blocked from Tmobile. Sendgrid is showing that Tmobile is blocking the messages in an effort to cut down on spam. All of our messages are legitimate. Sendgrid is trying to push us to using Twilio’s Text to Text API (which I suspect is because Sendgrid was bought out by Twilio and trying to get us to pay an arm and a leg for per text messaging rates). I need to reach out to t-mobile to determine how all of our messages can be added to a whitelist. Blocking our legitimate messages to our customers because they originate from email instead of text to text is seriously impacting our business and we need to find a work around for this asap. That or our only immediate solution will be to tell hundreds of t-mobile uses to switch carriers. I need to get a phone number or email to someone that has the authority to hel

Sonim XP3Plus issues: Apps: how to stop direct connect asking me to activate

I have a Sonim XP3Plus and it is incessantly asking me if I want to activate T-Mobile Direct Connect. Though I repeatedly select ‘no’ the alert doesn't go away, and pops up on my flip phone outer screen. How do I stop this annoyance? there is an app on the phone called TCD which i think is the culprit, can it be deleted. I’ve also tried force it to quit but no avail. Can someone please tell me how to silence this alert once and for all? thanksalso, it seems that when I press number keys during calls to respond to prompts (‘press 1 for yes’) etc, it isn’t heard by the other party/automated phone tree system. I can hear the numbers as I enter them, and i can see them appearing on the banner on the screen, but its as if the other end never hears it. its an impossible circumstance given how often one must do this sort of thing. ideas? do i just have a poor connection?

Im getting a replacement phone in the mail today through my device insurance, just curious about whether or not I am getting a new SIM card, or if I should be taking the old one out of my broken device and put it in the new phone ?

Will it work in Pakistan? UPS Did Not Deliver Gateway

I ordered Tmobile internet and got the order and tracking number. I have been home all this week and everyday I got a notice saying a delivery was attempted. Three attempts were supposedly made and not it is saying returned to shipper. This was false, I was home. I asked my landlord to check the security camera at the times the UPS tracking said a delivery was attempted, no UPS person or van was on camera.So what now. The website says to contact Tmobile if a third delivery attempt fails, which it did. But the support phone number tells me there will be a three hour wait. I assume the device will be returned to Tmobile by UPS, but UPS cannot tell me anything because that is a “shipper’s problem” not the receiver. I have 15 days to try the Tmobile Internet and at this point, so how do I get a new one? If anyone has any ideas, I saw on other threads to use Facebook or Twitter but those accounts haven’t had any posts in a year or two, so I doubt they are active. Any suggestions will be hel

Phone Usage Logs

How far back can I access the text message logs on my line? I know that T-Mobile does not store the content of the messages, but how far back can I access the logs that contain dates and numbers of incoming/outgoing messages?

Phone Details held by T-Mobile?

Wife and I have (2020) Moto G’s on Magenta 55+. Bought wife the latest (2023) Moto G for Christmas, swapped SIM and it is working fine. Problem is my T-Mobile Account details have NOT changed IMEI on her phone details and I cannot find how to update them in my Account on the Site?

having trouble getting into contact with someone that can helo me

So I bought a new 15 pro max and I still have not received it. I bought it Nov 2nd, they were unable to deliver so eventually was sent back by UPS, the last update I have was that delivery was “rescheduled” Nov 9 at 10pm. I have not had any single update since then. UPS told me I have to contact T-mobile for further action. everytime I call customer service (t-mobile) all I’m being told is they “will open a ticket” and that I’ll receive an email it’s about to be 2 months and still have not heard anything from them. Everytime I call it is the same thing. I am so exhausted they are charging my line for a phone that I never received and they do not seem to care at all. Should I pursue legal action? I literally have tried contacting them through chat and on the phone and nothing has been resolved AT ALL.

Issues returning equipment

I canceled my internet service and that created a mess. The email that should have had the shipping label attached to it, did not have one. I just got the “sad to see you go” email. When calling customer support they where unable to send me an email with a label, due to my account already being closed. The business customer support side of things even tried to give it a shot with no luck. Also the store near me will not accept the return due to me already starting the return though the mail. So anyone have any idea how to resolve this so I don’t have to buy a gateway I’m not going to use?

Still waiting for my trade in credits for my 4 x iPhone 12

In May 2023 I traded in 4 iPhone 12 Pros with promised credits of $300 each for a total of $1,200. I never received a single credit. I called four times - the first time, someone said that they will take care of it and I should see the monthly credits going forward - this never happened. Second time I called and the rep in Philippines said that she couldn’t due anything because she couldn’t access the Sprint promotions and she needed to get back to me - promised to get back to me in 48 hours but never did. I spoke to another rep in the Philippines today and he flat out lied to me that there was no such promotion and its not possible to get these credits. I am incredibly frustrated with this treatment. Either I need my old phones back or they need to issue due credits immediately. The reps in Philippines can put you on hold for ever with no resolution! They will exhaust you.

Why am i not getting good service with Pixel phones?

I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate!  Any ideas on why this is happening?

call back option

It’s impossible to get a hold some anyone from T-Mobile!  It’s like after signing up, they no longer care.  I’ve trying to talk to someone numerous times for the last three days, being on hold for so long, but nothing!  The rep signed me up for a wrong phone, and I’m trying to get an upgrade before the 30-days period ends.  Does anyone have any idea how to request a call back?  TYIA
