Poor service, dropped calls, no hot spot, one bar at the office
Our company has been a Sprint customer since 2011. As of the merger of TMobile and Sprint our phones no longer are reliable. Employees in the field have lost their hot spots, have either no service or only one bar. Something we never experienced before the merger.All phones and cellular data have been reset by TMobile. We have spent several hours with TMobile and have exhausted support. We were told towers are down and have not yet been restored.We are now using landlines and wifi to communicate.Clearly the process was not properly tested before going live. We would appreciate to hear what other businesses are doing.

Will it work in Pakistan? There will be no issue etc like phone lock or phone freezes If we buy your T mobile phone SIM, it will work in Pakistan I asked my brother, he was telling that if we are purchasing mobile from you, it will stop working in Pakistan like any pin code issue or a phone locked I have searched a lot but I don't understand anythinganyone please help me
ORDER PHONE NOT RECIEVED
So I ordered an iphone 13 pro max on July 19, 2022, paid 15$ extra to get it shipped the next day but havent received it until now August 26, 2022. So I cancelled it after 2 weeks (around August 5,2022) and tmobile said they will refund my money so I DECIDED TO BUY ONE IN STORE. Now, UPS said that my online order was lost, BUT TMOBILE HAVEN’T REFUNDED MY MONEY YET CUZ “ITS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION”. Like seriously? Is it my fault that the carrier lost my phone? Now its already been a month, havent get my refund yet AND YOU GUYS ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE MONTHLY SERVICE OF THAT PHONE THAT I NEVER GET? SERIOUSLY THOUGH?

So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic.Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned.I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? Why am i not getting good service with Pixel phones?
I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate! Any ideas on why this is happening?

I tried changing my pin and keep getting an error message that really just seems like TMobile thinks Im hacking myself. (Im signed in to my account!) I am getting frustrated as I really need to make this claim and get a new phone asap. why is there no email option?
How to return a faulty REVVL 5G ?
I bought a new REVVL 5G for an employee which after 2 weeks began to freeze. Only waiting 5-10 minutes or rebooting it fixes it for a time, 2-3 hours, then the problem starts again.He went back to the old Samsung because calling for help at T-mobile means waiting for hours and hours.How can I return this phone that worked only 2 weeks in December 2021 ?Customer support is getting worse and worse at t-mobile

I have a business account and need to return my old phone after an Jump On Demand trade. How do I do that? I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts. I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one. Please help
