Have an unlocked iphone 12 pro max. Bought a 14 plus and successfully transferred all data from the 12 to the 14 EXCEPT the e-sim. When I attempt to do this, I receive an error that states “Your SIM is NOT Supported - The SIM in your old iphone does not support eSIM transfer. Contact T-Mobile for assistance… Called business tech support and was told to put my # in and I’d get a call back in 15 minutes. An hour goes by - nothing. I call tech again and the system recognizes that I have a call back cancels it and says will connect you with the next rep in a moment. That was 1.75 HOURS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!! Still on hold…While I hold I go thru the DIY help and the instructions are incorrect. Did this 3x. Now I’m trying the community help. Anyone know what I need to do? I’m about to cancel ALL LINES on my business account over this.

Bought a phone was told I need to come back and pick up my iPhone 14 pro (128 GB). The phone was for my son when I picked it up I never opened it the employee opened it when she was programmed it and when I gave him the phone he said this is the right phone what they did was switch out the 14 pro with a regular iPhone 14 but made it 256 GB so the price will remain the same when I took the phone back and let them know what happened I was told my son made the decision and I'm the one who bought that phone my son's 16 and he has no authority of Rights and that never happened but it was told I have to play $70 restocking fee for a phone I never ordered or even wanted and when I expressed that in more colorful words because the joke and a ripoff I called customer care I went to a different store less than 3 miles away that that store gets more complaints and it's not the first time that has happened it won't be the last and I informed T-Mobile customer care no one thing about anything I hav
I had a data hotspot and static IP for many years with Sprint. I’ve been trying since June to get there on T-Mobile. Has anyone succeeded in implementing a TM business line, an FX2000. a static IP and port forwarding? Latest problem was the TM “business filter”. Still having FX2000 connection problems and I’m not to the port forwarding stuff yet.Any experience out there?
We have recently discovered that either the T-Mobile 5 G Business Internet or T-Mobile's cell towers are blocking some of the following ports. We are a small business and use T-Mobile for both internet for our POS system and for our phone (through dialpad.com). This physical handset worked for about 14 months and then a couple of weeks ago, it stopped receiving incoming calls. We can call out, but all incoming calls do not ring the handset. We switched the Internet temporarily back to Spectrum and it worked flawlessly. T-Mobile sent us out another one of the grey nokia 5 G towers for our Internet, and we are still experiencing the same problem. Our company has been a Sprint customer since 2011. As of the merger of TMobile and Sprint our phones no longer are reliable. Employees in the field have lost their hot spots, have either no service or only one bar. Something we never experienced before the merger.All phones and cellular data have been reset by TMobile. We have spent several hours with TMobile and have exhausted support. We were told towers are down and have not yet been restored.We are now using landlines and wifi to communicate.Clearly the process was not properly tested before going live. We would appreciate to hear what other businesses are doing.

So I ordered an iphone 13 pro max on July 19, 2022, paid 15$ extra to get it shipped the next day but havent received it until now August 26, 2022. So I cancelled it after 2 weeks (around August 5,2022) and tmobile said they will refund my money so I DECIDED TO BUY ONE IN STORE. Now, UPS said that my online order was lost, BUT TMOBILE HAVEN’T REFUNDED MY MONEY YET CUZ “ITS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION”. Like seriously? Is it my fault that the carrier lost my phone? Now its already been a month, havent get my refund yet AND YOU GUYS ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE MONTHLY SERVICE OF THAT PHONE THAT I NEVER GET? SERIOUSLY THOUGH?
So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic.Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I bought a new REVVL 5G for an employee which after 2 weeks began to freeze. I have a business account and need to return my old phone after an Jump On Demand trade. How do I do that? I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts. I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one. Please help
