I think if you send someone a text message you should be allowed to do it from you and and their end especially if it's a mistake because people do that all the time send to one person but accidentally sent to somebody else instead so can that be done I would like to know if that could be done thank you

Too Many Issues

I'm about to pull my hair out! I'm the owner (pah) but I have no rights. Always says voice service shut off by provider. Thank God I have internet at home. I can't receive or make calls. I can't get my Google codes. Basically I have no cell data  They said they would call me right back and to reboot my phone Never received the call. What gives? I also want my caller id private and I don't have my own (pah) anyone have a clue? I'm so regretting this switch.

Who gets the text messege survey?

Hello, I was on the look out for a text message survey for doing a transaction in a T-Mobile store. The Mobile Expert said I should receive it in 24 hours but I never did. He showed me on how it’s suppose to look like from a 1112 number and I wanted to give his all 10s for his great work. If I didn’t get the survey in my number, who actually gets the survey in the account? Is it the primary contact number in the account or who actually gets it?

create account while overseas

Is there a way to use an email to verify account to finish setting up online account while overseas (and tmobile phone not currently being used since it’s a US number and system). I need to check my account and make payments but everytime I try to set up account, it wants to send a verification code to the phone which is not in use!

Not Getting a Good Feeling

I have been a T-Mobile customer for less than 24 hours and I am already regretting my decision.  I switched from VZN as my bill was outrageous for 3 lines.   It took over 2.5 hours in the store to switch 3 lines and I wasn’t alone.  Other customers were caught in this mess with me.  Store techs blamed it on their company tablets or on the Tapestry software but whatever the reason it was less the confidence building.   Today i found myself unable to text my wife via iMessage.  I called tech support and spoke to a Lorenzo who spent 18 minutes repeating that iMessage needed WiFi or data.  No Sh*t Sherlock.  I eventually told Lorenzo to hang up as he was of no help.  Eventually I fixed the issue myself via a Google search.  Why call reps “experts” if they aren’t?? If this type of service continues I will just go back to VZN and pay higher bills for competent service

Suggestion & Features

We should have the option to choose a feature with tmobile such as Gym membership, Amazon Prime or More Options like Amazon Fresh Or Wholes Food Market.I’ve been with tmobile for years. I don’t watch netflix I am more of an outgoing person so honestly I haven’t been able to benefit of the offers provided by tmobile which makes my loyalty towards tmobile useless specially when there’s other carriers that can save me some money and have some feature I can actually use.

How to get Paramount+ as well as Netflix etc

I first posted this as a reply to another thread but decided it should be a new question as the other thread was solved. I seem to be caught in a loop with this Paramount+ offer. I just accepted the Paramount+ trial. I then received a text with a t-mobile link supposedly to begin streaming and says after September 8th. It is September 8th! I then used the T-mobile app and it said it was sending an SMS with a link for streaming Paramount+. No other text came in! The link that was previously sent only takes me back to T-mobile login and then the same message about me receiving something via SMS! So confusing! How do I get to sign up on Paramount+ for the free year on T-Mobile? Is it too early on the 8th (2AM) and I must wait several hours? Wish there was a video of how this works lolAlso, I currently have a Netflix and AppleTV+ account but saw offers for those too! Do I have to cancel my current accounts before trying to activate those free services? I seem to be lost and confused about

Is there a way to limit child's phone hotspot?

My kids have school laptops that don’t do a great job of filtering internet. I’ve locked things down on the router level, but I want to limit their hotspot capability in case they ever figure out they can do that. They have iPhones.I see a couple of possible options.Does FamilyMode do anything toward limiting their hotspot usage or what sites they can access? Do the iPhone Screen Time settings do anything toward filtering what sites they can go to via a hotspot? For instance, my younger kid can only visit a few sites. Does that filter then apply to hotspot connections served by the iPhone?Maybe there’s something else I haven’t considered.

T Mobile 5G Hotspot will not pass traffic through my Lenovo Laptop

I have a New Lenovo Laptop and my T Mobile 5 G Hotspot will not pass traffic through my laptop. If I connect my MAC Computer it will pass traffic.  It passes traffic using my phone or any other device.

I am looking for a T-Mobile Data Plan.  The prepaid plan that is $10 per month for 2GB would work for me. Can I also get that in a post-paid plan?   If so, how much data and what would the price be? I am a T-Mobile Home Internet customer, if that matters.

can't log into my account and t-mobile app

I’ve been abroad for a while and just plan to be back. And I just tried to log into my account and refill, but turned out “Please verify your 10 digit T-Mobile phone number is correct.” Is there anyway I could solve the problem??

First bill after port in

I ported in to T-mobile recently and i was charged $140 (2 lines on Magenta Max) upfront and then got monthly bills at the regular frequency. I have spoken with 3 different customer care reps and 2 store reps and got different answers from everyone. The latest answer I got is that this is a security deposit that I can utilize for my last bill. Has anyone faced a similar situation?

I too was a victim of this disgusting scam. Talked numerous tine to CS and they ensured me it would be credited to my account!!! Now no one will call me back. 8 months later!!!!!

pdf not available for online purchase in account activity

Made an online purchase of a phone case as part of a pre order deal for the Z Fold 4 for up to $90 free.In the account activity it shows the transaction. It does not have the option for the pdf access. I need to provide that so I am able to receive the pre paid virtual card. What are my options?

i was lied to by sales person on online

I was flat lied to about getting a  cheaper  family  plan with T mobile  I started  out by making if very  clear  that I was  looking for  a plan for no more then 100. A month and I kept saying that  through  the  whole process of  talking  and that I'm low income and  can't afford  any  thing more then  that boy she was  good she got use phone's  and plan  for 100 a month no money  down  at all  and si it was great  .till it wasn't  2 months later my bill was  going up around  150 .to 180. And there were some  charges  on my  bill for  what have no idea  so  when I called  and asked  what's is going on  I get well taxes going up blah blah blah blah  and I also  was told that  there is  no plan for  that  price  at all  the cheapest  ways 150 and she  flat out  lied about  everything  and  know  phone's have been shut off for 5 months now and  and I  get a bill from  them saying  balance  due is 1500.00  like what the hell part did you get when I  said I can't do more than  100  a mont

Im from NJ and went to visit Alabama, my phone automatically updated the hour difference in the time zones, the time on old calls in my call log changed too, is this normal?
