Does anyone else absolutely hate how you try to contact customer/tech support to get your phone service fixed because you’re unable to use your phone at all unless connected to wifi and they just keep beating around the bush because they don’t want to truly help you or give you a refund for your services that you have been paying for but not receiving? Or how about losing a job and not being able to complete phone interviews because your phone keeps disconnecting or won’t make the call out? They love to sound like they empathize with you, but truly they don’t want to help.

My post paid account so why this error "Account access has been disabled .. contact primary account holder to re-enable your account."

I keep getting this error even though the corp line has been transferred to my personal account and I am now on postpaid plan. We are sorry, your online account access has been disabled. Please contact the primary account holder to re-enable your account.

Digits not receiving 2 Factor Authentication texts.

Why doesn’t Digits receive all sms message that are sent to my phone?  Not only the 2 FA verification texts, but I have SMS messaging turned on for all of my bank accounts and credit/debit cards.  I get a text message for any transaction greater than $1.  Digits does not get those messages and I have to use another android messaging app to read them.  I recently moved from Verizon and their SMS Text app worked great...bouncing between apps is a pain.

cellular data usage is not reporting

My iPhone 13 Pro Max purchased from T-Mobile does not report or update my cellular data usage. iOS 15.5Post-Paid Magenta Max.e-SIM, issue also when using physical SIM.I’ve reset network settings and have also done back ups and restores. Anyone else have this issue? Any luck fixing it?

What can I do if Sprint scammed me?

I paid off my iPhone X and the phone was working fine, I didn’t want to be stuck with monthly payments, so I figured I would keep it until it broke or something…. then a promotion hit Sprint that offered $800 in trade-in credit if I bought an iPhone 13 Pro, so I did. I sent my iPhone X in after receiving my new phone and I was receiving my promotional credit, then after 3-4 months it just stopped. I called and asked, they told me they received the phone too late, which was not in my control, that’s shipping problem cause I sent it on time. I was told I couldn’t get the credit, So I said I would return the new phone, just send me my old phone back, the response? “We can’t do that, As we disassemble them on receipt and refurbish for resell”……?How can you disassemble a phone and just say meh, we’ll keep the phone and refuse to issue promotional credit?I asked them about this and they said since I did send it in, they could offer me $400 in credit, which I said I’d rather wait and figure t

I can't log in my account

I put my email into a pre-paid number.-All set in my account-My payment method was rejected-I tried to connect but need my SSN (I didn't save ssn in my account conf.)-Number cancelled and I cannot use my registered email (primary email) to purchase a new one.Comments about SSN recover, did they set a default SSN or invented one?

PLZ Advise - DISPUTES, CONSUMER CODE VIOLATIONS

I am hoping anyone can share some intel on the appropriate contacts to get dispute resolution, consumer code advocacy, mediation with T-Mobiles Legal Aides? I have a very simple issue which has been handled with discrimination to myself, as a person with disabilities and as a female. I have spoke with “supervisors” with the general call center, and they only perpetrated the situation with false information and agreement to actions that never got the attention they promised in which I have recordings. I have tried so many different numbers, and have been given false hope, simple enough I think they are hoping I give up the hardships this is been for myself and my son. Please any information on how to proceed, with financials in which are limited please.

AutoPay Enrollment Bait & Switch

Back in April, T-Mobile quoted me $20 savings of savings per month (4-lines) for AutoPay enrollment.  My bill amount has remained the same in May, June & July.  Called today and spoke to a human.  The guy told me my plan was too old to qualify for the discount.  This seems like fraud.I asked him to consider honoring the quoted discount, or doing something financially in my favor to make me whole.  He offered $1.37 of monthly savings all while thanking me for being with them for 18-years (since they were Voicestream Wireless. Anyone out there experience this issue with AutoPay?  Any successful resolutions?

2FA can I set to email? (text is hard for my mother's flip phone), can't use authenticator

This account is currently getting 2FA authentication via SMS … that’s really hard for my mom on her flip phone, plus no authenticator (not that she could even open the app, look for the site and enter the code before it refreshes!).  How can I set the 2FA to go to email?

pay as you go plan necessary balance

Hi,I’m using pay-as-you-go $3/mo plan.Even if I have more than $100 on my account balance, sometime I get SMS saying ‘Please refill your plan within the next 3 days to ensure continued service’.  To avoid interrupted service, such as losing my phone number, I top-up some money. Do I need to do so?  why are they telling me ‘please refill’ even if more than enough money is on my balance?  Is there any threashold for my balance I need to keep?If anyone know the logic, much appreciated!

You say bills are going down... why is mine GOING UP? I'm done

After 15 content years with Sprint, they sold me out to this company, who was no where ready to this conversion  We had nothing but problems with all 3 of our lines.  Now they say SPRINT gave us our free phones.  NO, it was TMobile during the switch.  Now, they are attempting to charge us for them and last month we were promised a rebate of the difference.  Of course it never happened.  Now, they say this crap!  I’m SO done with you!  Experts?  I can barely find someone who speaks English!

Is it standard practice for CSR to provide false info in attempts to get a plan swap?

Chatted with a CSR today on the TMobile website regarding Perks at Work discount my employer offers.  They ensured me that you do not need a new line to get the discount and tried to pressure me into changing my plan immediately and they would handle the discount after they had changed.  I called the Perks at Work team and they told me he was providing incorrect information.  They they proceeded to waste my time for over an hour “looking for other discounts”, which resulted in nothing.  So I wasted over an hour going down a rabbit hole based on false information provided to me in an attempt to get me to switch my plan to Magenta Max.  What a joke.  I have a pdf of the transcript but because there is some personal info in there I’m not posting here.

is protection 360 transferable

I have 4 lines on my account. Only 3 are actively being used. I recently switched the sim cards between 2 of the phones.  One being an iPhone 11 and the other a One Plus 8. My son originally had the One Plus 8 and is now using the iPhone. His number switched to the iPhone.  I have no Apple Care, it was my daughters account.  Now on my account, it shows the Protection Plan on the iPhone, which was originally on the One Plus 8. Will the iPhone get the same replacement benefits that his original phone had. To make a long story short, is the plan transferable to a different phone on the same account.

Technical Issues

Hey Everyone, Does anyone know how I can upload a file using T-mobile.com account? I have been trying to upload document to prove my military status so that the military discount can be applied to my account. Every time I try, it gives me an error message saying “upload failed please try again.” I have tried using different browsers and document files, JPG and PNG. According to Customer Service Agent, I have to keep trying and after a month I still submit the document. I have been losing out on this discount.

Need to escalate a port-in

I have been trying to port a number from Comcast business to T-mobile. It keeps failing and I am asked to call customer support to supply additional information. When I call support, they just ask the same questions as before - they do not look at the history. There seems to be no way to escalate this problem to someone who can actually help. I have attempted the T-mobile support requests 10 times - still no port-in.  Is there any way to escalate this problem?
