I had a T-Mobile plan and it was the Senior 55+. My bill was never over $55. I traded in my phone for an iPhone 14 and it was tall for sure that it would not be more than $75 a month. I was reassured over and over again that it would not be more than $75 a month I’m a senior on a budget and I can’t afford more than that. They reassured me once again it would not be over $75 a month and guess what it comes to $115 a month! that’s monthly! That’s ridiculous! I called to argue about this and I could either take it or leave it. And since they already signed a contract, I couldn’t leave it because I was in a contract. So now I am paying $40 more a month than I had budgeted in. Where is that money supposed to come from?  I have to take from something else just to get this. I can’t believe how they screwed me on this. There’s no compromising, there’s no trying to work this out, there’s nothing. Just take it or leave it. How many more elderly were taking advantage of ?

runaround on hot spot data usage?

Is it just me or is T-Mobile give you the runaround instead of resolving questions and issues. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get an issue resolved with my hotspot data and the people I've talked to seem to act like they have no idea what hotspot data is.

Help with Inside and Loyalty discount

Hello. I need some help regarding discounts that I was supposed to get. I have a family of 10 lines and In the month of September, I upgraded from Magenta to Go5g Plus, While I was doing that with the customer representative over chat, I was promised I would get 2 things:20% Insider Discount for Voice lines for Go5g Plus  $10 per line for all lines (11 lines) for 6 months as Loyalty bonus. $110 as credits for 6 Months. Its been 2 billing cycles, I have not received either of the credits or discounts. I have tried chatting with the customer care and all they say is it will be applied in the next billing cycle. Please help me with this.

unable to make purchases online

I have never had this issue before but now they are telling me I cannot make purchases online I have to use the automated system which charges additional fees has anyone else experienced this?

I started working with tmobile mid Nov to switch over to them. I was told they were going to send me sim cards to lock in the promotion even though I wasn’t planning on starting service until December. They told me no worries, I wouldn’t be charged until I actually activated everything. Weeks later, many discussions and I’m sure some tears, tons of lies, I finally cancelled the whole thing.  I then spoke to a really nice rep who said “call in when you’re ready and we’ll set you up” so I call in and they tell me first I have to go to a store to do this b/c I had an account that was cancelled and secondly I owe them money. I was like “What the hell for? I didn’t ask for anything to be sent.I didn’t ask to create an account” They “credited” my “account” but still.  I will never switch to them. What in the world happened to them. Tmobile was so much better when they weren’t trying to be AT&T

Making a payment through MoneyGram

I’ve tried to call about my bill but the wait time has been over 30 minutes.  So u had a payment arrangement setup for 11/30.  A few days prior to my cc was compromised therefore my payment was denied. On 12/1/23.  I made the the payment that was due the day before at Walmarts MoneyGram and the payment has not posted yet. Has anyone else experienced this yet?

Is this a qualifying plan for promotions?

We were originally with Sprint and then got transitioned to TMobile.  Upon transitioning, our plan unlimited plan with Sprint was transitioned to “T-Mobile Unlimited TI Plan w/Plus Int'l v3 - 2-10 lines.”  Is this a qualifying plan for all the Tmobile promotions like upgrading phone, trade ins, etc?

Confusing Customer Service

I have been on the phone numerous times in the past month regarding over billing on my account.  You can only do this by phone and I found out that when I view of my bill on line is not something the T-Mobile representative can see.  We don’t see the same pages.  They see different dialogue and language so it is very difficult to communicate with them about disputed charges.  I have had my bill revised only to see it unrevised 2 or 3 days later.  Very annoying.Question - How do I send T-Mobile a copy of my bill so 1) I can verify the correct amount we resolved in the phone call so that it won’t change (I just don’t trust their process)  and 2) I do not have to spend a significant amount of time on the phone with the representative and 3) to assure myself that the bill won’t change again?

Why T-Mobile still charged me after i paid payment arrangement before its due ?

Hi !So, I setup a payment arrangement and then I paid the first,half before the due date and TMOBILE still charged  me ? Does the company not understand that people are living paycheck-to-paycheck. Life happens ! Having a phone is mandatory in today's world because every service demands it ?  ANYWAYS!!! I did call customer service and the rep  said " it's best not to make partial payments /pay anything ,  if you set up a payment plan because the system will not cancel it. " And THEY DID NOT REFUND ME EITHER FOR THE DOUBLE CHARGE. They just applied it to what I owed. Mad slick . Then also, Even tho I put a block on TMOBILE they still somehow got around and finesse their way to double charge me. I remember when , any payment made would cancel a payment arrangement.

being over charged

EIP Return

I got an iPhone 14 Pro Max a few months ago on EIP. It was supposed to be jump on demand but for some reason it’s just a regular installment. Idk how that happened because I was on the phone with an employee who must have done it wrong? Never had that problem before. Anyway, I’m switching all of my stuff to android, so I’d like to switch phone obviously. I’ve been told I can’t return the phone to cease payments, but since someone internally messed up how the device was purchased, I can’t even trade it in to switch. Has anyone had this issue and/or does anyone know how to fix it? I don’t want to pay the $800 something I have left for a phone I’m not going to use just because someone internally messed up the process.

STAY AWAY FROM TMOBILE, THEY TRIED TO SWINDLE ME!!

Supervisor 1: Carlo Rep 2: EdwardSupervisor 2: RowelI chatted with an online representative and informed I wanted to add 2 new lines by doing a trade in for 2 devices I informed that if all went well, I would want to add one more line by doing another trade in I was going to do this via the online portal but the representative informed me that he could help make this a smooth and easy process I agreed. He processed the request and I received the 2 iPhone 15s ISSUE 1: I found it weird that I didn’t receive any box to return the trade in devices so I reached out the a representative again They informed me that I could just go to a store and have them print it out and they could mail it ISSUE 2: I went to a store on Saturday, 11/9 and explained the situation. They tried to pull up the trade in return slip, but could not find it. So they informed me to ask the representative online to email it to me so that the store could print it out. ISSUE 3: After waiting for them to respond and a lot

Received Excellent Customer Service

I would like to acknowledge Damian T. from the MAGNOLIA, TX location for his EXCELLENT customer service skills. He was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient with us when switching over our phone lines from AT&T to T-Mobile. I enjoyed speaking with him and he left a great impression on me as well. Razr+ 5G Trade in

Hi, This phone isn’t worth that much for a trade in for say a new iPhone 15 Pro Max? I was told $400, and no other bill credits are available for trade. Is that correct? Promos show up to $1000 (and on down) for trade in in total credits. Thank you
