They did some upgrades to the webpage but this appears tobe one flaw of the upgrades.

Tmobile doesn't store any text messages so the only back up would be yourphone.
Tmobile doesn't keep a record of actual text messages but if they do you would need a court order.
The text are only stored on the phones so you would need to be in possession of thephone to check texts. My Tmobile will only give you the numbers that the text are being sent to and from.
If you click on the number it gives you the option to block it.

The plan is tied to the sim card not the phone. The OP can change their phone every day if theywant and it won't change the plan.Now buying a phone from Tmobile on a promo may require you to change your plan.
Have you tried using the Tmobile app under profiles , family controls and change it from there?
Do you have a prepaid or post paid plan. I have a post paid plan and in 15 years I was never connected to an overseas call center.

There's apps on the play store that will let you back them up toan email account so you can print them.
Unfortunately the bogo offers require a line added whether you've been with Tmobile for a month or 20 years. A lot of people add a line and after they get the rebate cancel the line the next month.Too much work for me.

According to TransUnion they're scores only go to 850.How Often Should I Check Credit Score | TransUnion I don't know where Tmobile came up with that score.
Verizon did the same to me when I left. It's an industry standard.You need to reach out to T-Force using facebook or twitter and have them help youwith whatever you need for your closed account.
Your only other option is to open your own account.
