I bought a phone (Moto E5 plus) on eBay, the seller wrote that the phone was unlocked, but it turned out that it was not, the unlocking application does not work (it shows an error).I don't have a T-Mobile SIM card.How can I unlock it so that I can use another SIM card?Thank you

The name of device is Google Android 12. Yet it has my phone info IE:   The ip etc.   My phone is Revvl 6.  So wouldn't that constitute them as being completely different phones? If yes can I put the Google Android 12 on. A schedule without it booting me?

I did sign up for auto pay using a debit card last month and it was on the site. Cause I just went to it and activated again. So I do not want to be charged for last month's bill of $25.

Upgrading experience

I was very surprised and disappointed that today I received 4 different answer to the same question from 3 of experts dialing 611 and one from a gentleman from the local T-Mobile location in Scottsdale, AZ .I called 611 to upgrade my telephone to a qualified device for Free only pay the Tax, second time I called to confirm my choice of the only two phones available to me, the Lady whom I talked to said my device is not qualified at all. I visited the local T-Mobile store in Scottsdale, after examining my phone the Sales expert at the store gave me the information on two qualified devices and told me that if you get it from me here we have to charge you the setting up fees and the Tax, so I should call 611 and order it on line for free, just pay the tax. So I returned home and called 611 again, this time I spoke to another expert (Ben) who tried to sell me watches and when I said I didn’t want a watch, he said I understand so I had to pay the setting up fee plus tax on the phone.My disa

Lg stylo5 - locked

Just bought second hand LG Stylo 5 and it turned out to be locked. The company I have service with is not T-Mobile and so my sim will actually not work on this phone it actually got blocked or blocked my sim got locked when I put into this phone so now I need to unlock both the phone and my sim but in order to unlock the Sim I need to provide an IMEI number for a phone that is unlocked and I don't have one I only have this one I desperately need help resolving this issue

galaxy note 20 ultra screen has gone dark

My samsung galaxy note 20 ultra was working one day and the next the screen has gone totally dark. Can still hear notifications, can answer calls by touching the volume up button; end calls by touching power button, but cannot see anything on my screen - HELP!!!

How can I get T-Mobile to stop throttling MMS-via-E-mail

I do MMS via e-mail from my security camera system to receive motion alerts. When I was with Verizon I got them on time always, but with T-Mobile they get throttled and delayed as long as 10 minutes. How can I stop the throttling?
