cell coverage

Should I swap out SIM card that came with iPhone 12 mini for one I received from T-Mobile?

I switched to T-Mobile in late 2021. Several months late, at an Apple store, I swapped my old iPhone SE for a new iPhone 12 mini. It works just fine, but as part of one transaction or another I got a T-Mobile SIM card that apparently must be activated by 7/15/24. I don’t understand why I would need this card as the SIM card already in the phone is doing the job. Am I missing something? Might the “new” (?) SIM card somehow work better or is it simply an artifact of not switching the carrier and the equipment at the same time?

can't receive verification codes

For several weeks I have not been able to receive codes sent to me via text to be able to get into my accounts. Actually the only codes that have come through is from t-mobile. What can I do?

Remove Visual Voicemail

I hate the visual voicemail feature and I want to remove it. I called T-mobile and was on the phone for 13 minutes and no luck. The call ended up dropping and my issue has not been resolved.

Galaxy S10e UI

SamMobile’s Firmware list states the S10e unlocked (SM-G970U1) should have gotten a firmware update on May 24th. I’m assuming this would be UI 4.1. Has anybody gotten it? Are others still waiting like me? Thanks. I have T-Mobile Connect for service and have gotten updates in a timely manner until now.

changing phone request, my Galaxy S22 ultra not working well with "live caption" for calls and "live transcribe"

I just recently open a tmobile account 5 days ago (6/10/22) with a plan of Magenta Max 55+ with $800 discount credit promotion for Galaxy S22 ultra.I’m hearing impaired and I rely heavily on android’s apps: “live caption” for calls and “live transcribe”. I just realized my S22 utra is not working too well compared to my old Google pixel 4. I just noticed that Google is the primary developer of the android apps and tightly fine tune their apps with Pixel devices. Also their head developer is hearing impaired himself as well.Is there a way for me to exchange my S22 ultra with Pixel 6 pro? What would be a cost breakdown for the transaction to proceed? Or if I want exchange my S22 later in the year once the Pixel 7 is released, what would be the exchange cost if there is any.

Hello, I had printed the shipping label for my trade in. However, it shows in the Receipt label the wrong ph. that I have to return. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 black. And the label reads Samsung Galaxy S21 Grey. Can you please send me a label with the correct ph. I don’t want to have problems (I already had enough problems getting my I phone). Old school prepaid customer trying to upgrade phone to 4G

Hi, Sorry to try here but the online support chat wouldn’t even talk to me and said I had to call the prepaid phone number instead. Just trying to find out how you go from the old 3G to a new 4G phone. I picked up the cheapest option online but the sim card slot is like a third the size of the sim card in my current phone.Any idea what I’m supposed to do?Thanks for any help.

Motorolla G5 Plus Wi-Fi calling issues

After upgrading my G5 Plus to Oreo, I am having issues with my Wi-Fi calling. Every time the phone is turned on, Wi-Fi calling stops working totally. So if there is no network coverage, the phone becomes unreachable. We ordered a Samsung S21 5G as part of the merge from Sprint and it arrived with the Sim card in the box and with an additional Sim packaged separately (also listed separately on the packing slip). Both are T-mobile. Does it matter which we use? And what should we do with the other?
