Ok… here’s what happened. I went in to a T-mobile store here in Seattle last Friday night. I needed a new screen protector. It was a few minutes before closing, but that didn’t seem to be a problem for them. They took my phone out of the case and applied the new screen protector. There was no charge since I have the protection plan. They gave me the phone back. I didn’t inspect it, assuming it was the same but with a new screen protector. I was the last customer, and the only one there besides the two employees that were both helping me. I watched one of them apply the screen protector, remarking how easy they make it look. The other employee remarked, “We do a lot of them “. They gave me the phone back and I left. Not until I was home did I notice they had failed to put the top of the MagSafe Otterbox case on my phone, thus leaving a gap between the phone and the rest of the case. Basically, this left me with a case that didn’t function as designed. I couldn’t go back that night becau
A client had the above phone and it would not do calls in or out. It is not sold by T-Mobile, but does work on their network. The OS on the phone is not Android and it is a flip phone. When she took it back to the store, they had no idea what was wrong. It you tried to call out, the error code was “OR201FL65”. After much troubleshooting, a T-Mobile business support tech realized to was on a “text only” plan (typically for deaf people). He switched it; phone works fine now. Phones like this are sold on Amazon and elsewhere. If you get one, watch out for this.
When sending a text message, the cell phone no longer shows the text was Delivered or Read. Also, contrary to Internet information, my ex-husband was able to go into my text messages, remotely, and delete several messages!! How can I protect my text messges from being invaded, remotely? The police indicate they are unable to help unless my life is in danger. Certainly, my privacy has been invaded, and I am holding T-Mobile accountable.
Hello, I got signed up with Project 10 Million and got the hotspot. I know we were also eligible for discounted devices, but I am not able to find any information on how to take advantage of that offer. I got an email stating “Track your usage, manage your account, and purchase up to five discounted devices at t-mo.co/P10M.”But when I go to that link, it just takes me to my account page, with no info on discounted devices.Any advise? Thanks in advance!
Has anyone ever been able to add this device to the ANRAN app and use it with a T-Mobile Sim card? I have a T-Mobile 500mb data plan and Sim card for security cameras, and have been able to connect to devices from three other manufacturers. But I like the loud siren and some of the other features for this ANRAN camera, and would like to use it. I have verified the MMC, MNC, and APN settings with T-Mobile, but I still can’t not get the camera to connect to the net work. The Arlo camera sold by T-Mobile is too limited and its functionality, and has some terrible reviews. I won’t even bother to demo this camera. Any help would be appreciated.
Replacing my smartwatch was an absolute nightmare. I submitted a claim on July 11th and the website said I could get the same device and it could be used or I could get a new device on the JUMP promo. I opted for the new device because I didn’t want a used watch and I went to the store which was an option according to the website. The store informed me if I went with a watch5 I would need to pay for it in full and I would lose all my discounts by having a wachline. So I ended up on the phone with Assurant and ordering a replacement of the watch4 which could be “refurbished”. My replacement watch was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I called back to explain what happened. I was told there would be an investigation and it would take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to complete. I called back on the 15th business day and it still was not processed. On the 17th day I got an email asking me to contact Assurant and I called was immediately disconnected on and finally I spoke with a manager and had my
Beware of the M2000. Totally useless. Much like T-Mobile Customer Support and Technical Support. Have not had reliable service for 7 months. They don’t miss a billing cycle. They cannot define the problem. In the final analysis, they sent a third unit out yesterday. Does not work.Solution? I had to PAY to get a different Hot Spot unit. We will see how that works out.I plan to look for a new service provider.
I’ve split the Wi-Fi into 5 and 2.4 since my cameras have to run on a lower ghz. I’ve renamed it to T-MOBILE-AF24, made sure it isn’t set to private, Mehta doesn’t T-Mobile logon to my system and assist?keep getting OFFLINE errorive done the following but only once:Each time I have started a new Wi-Fi company, I have trouble with my cameras? Saying OFFLINE. I have separated the Wi-Fi to 2.4 and 5.0. I have reset cameras. I have unplugged and plugged both cameras as well. I have re-added each a couple times and still OFFLINE. HelpTHEIR RESPONSE:Is the problem that the camera can't connect to your wifi router? If so, please refer to the suggestions below: Generally speaking, most of WiFi connect failure cases are caused by improper settings. 1. Please make sure your WiFi network is in 2.4GHz band, being encrypted and the cam can detect your WiFi SSID. 2. Please make sure the WiFi antenna is well installed and intact. 3. Please make sure your WiFi password has been input correctly, no sp
all you young experienced smart watch users - - - I need help. Purchased my first “Galaxy Watch 5 40mm”. Other than use it to tell the time (because I haven’t had a chance to learn and play with it yet) it is simply telling time for me. It started out with 100% charge at 6 am and is dead by 4 pm. I was told when I purchased it it would stay charged for a day or 2. What’s the point in having it, if it can’t even make it through my work day. I can’t imagine if I was using it for other stuff. Thanks for your thoughts.
Hi all,Been using my Inseego 5G M2000 with my 100GB 5G plan for about a year now. I am working on a project that requires one of the USB LTE sticks to function. I purchased the ZTE MF833V but cannot get it to connect. I tried having the online chat update the IMEI number in their system and it still doesnt work. My guess is that the 5G sim/plan does not work with the LTE device. Can anyone confirm what i would need to get this USB modem connected? Cheers.
I brought a hotspot for an upcoming trip. However the email address says the site can’t be reached.Somehow last night I was able to able to get in via another method, which I can’t recall since I’m not at home now and changed the device name. But I want to change the password or reset the device and start over again. Where do I log in??
I have a Falcon Z 917 Hotspot purchased in 2019. The battery is now dead. Would you just replace the battery, or do I need to consider a newer model? Looking at the limited doc, I see “portable”. There’s no description of that. - Is that the reason it needs a battery? Thanks
