how do i get netflix on us What plan do you have?
If you have a post paid plan sign into your MyTmobile account and look for the month and it will have the time stamp of the text sent and received.
If you’re using the link for the correct answer Tmobile changed it. Looks like they removed the Facebook and Twitter link off the contact us page. So this is a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation so you will want to directly go to Facebook to messenger them.
They will be on your old bills.
It seems as if every other post is getting moderated.
Are you using an iPhone?
Looks like one to me.
You need to do a transfer of ownership of the line or start a new line with a new number if you can’t contact the primary account holder. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/transfer-account-or-line-ownership
Hey, gramps28, flag this one too! I’d like to delete magenta10623748 as well! Done.
Hey. I also didn’t mean to make an account. Can someone get rid of it I flagged your post so hopefully a mod will see it and respond.
what does Community-2153 mean? Dial 2153? It's the tmobile document number not a number to dial.
You can add a line for her but if you want to port her number to your account her account must be current with no past due amounts. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/transfer-account-or-line-ownership
I have the same issue every so often. The SMS/MMS will take it’s time sending when I use Textra but when I use the default app it goes right through. I have the same exact problem with my Android. Very frustrating. But yet, if I send the same pic through Facebook messenger, it goes through quickly, and videos too, with no distortion. T mobile sucks.
The text messages aren’t saved to the sim .
@syaoran You need manually to do the @ the enter the name. No mention at the bottom right like the old forum.
Does it only happen in one spot/area?
What plan do you have and what is your hotspot thresh hold?
Meh. Every time you close your browser you need to log in again with using Tmobile ID. It seems like with every forum update they get a little worse.
Sign into your MyTmobile account then go to account history and it should be there if you have a post paid plan. If you have a prepaid plan there isn’t detailed billing.
One year from your MyTmobile account and longer if you request the records. All you will get is the numbers and times that you texted and the same on who texted you. Not the messages.
Who’s the primary account holder? If it’s the other party they will have to agree to you porting the line. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/transfer-account-or-line-ownership
From what I read I would stick with Sprint. The Sprint phones will be able to connect to Tmobiletowers while Tmobile phones won't connect to Sprint towers for LTE and Talk. Also if you're looking for a 5G phone I would also wait or make sure you purchase a newer 5G phone.https://www.tmonews.com/2020/04/t-mobile-offer-deals-owners-older-sprint-5g-phones-merges-networks/
Do you have a post paid plan or prepaid?Prepaid plan use outsourced customer support in the Philippines.
In store they charge an upgrade fee, on line they don't.On line purchase you pay for shipping and have to wait for the phone , in store purchase , ifthe phone is in stock, no shipping and get your phone right away and you don't have to worry aboutporch pirates.
Here's a FAQ from Verizon. The info may depend on the type of account you have, etc..prepaid or postpaid.Transfer Your Phone Number | Switch to Verizon Wireless
