My child’s sync up watch is about 1.5 years old now, and had been working fine until the last week. It turned itself off, and now when I try to turn back on (I have to hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds to turn on, otherwise it does nothing) I get this screen 75% of the time (see attached pic). If it does get to the loading screen, it gets stuck there and I end up just having to reboot it again. Any tips/tricks or is this watch done for? thanks!
I am one of the many who had the SprintDRIVE and loved it. Does T-Mobile have any plans for the SyncUP Drive to do the following the SprintDRIVE could?1. Have the data in real time, and not this 2 to 3 minute delay we currently see?2. Support a 2019 GMC Yukon XL .3. Log onto a website through a computer and download your trips on a monthly basis for business purposes? Thanks,
So my kids watch is working in some respects. It’s on, I can press the button and touch screen is responsive to some of my swipe gestures. Also the App shows my sons watch location, I can make calls to it and it rings. However the screen is TOTALLY black. In this odd state I was able to power watch off, I pressed and held power button for a long time and I think another menu came up but I could not see it. A little while later the app advised me the watch powered off. I turned back on and no change, the watch powers back up BUT I still can’t see the screen.I THINK he might have turned the brightness ALL the way down rendering the screen completely black. Horrible design if that’s true because there’s no physical button or quick gesture that I know of to restore brightness. I think I’ll have to take the watch in but has anyone else had this issue? That’s the only logical explanation I have unless the display just gave up the ghost. But again I can hear a few things on certain swip
I’m on my second SyncUp device. Both read the gas and battery info, but give the following under engine health “Unfortunately, this information isn’t available right now.” I’ve talked with TMobile on several occasions. They undated the IMEI in their system with new device. Everything else works but engine health (which is my reason for wanting the device). I even went to my mechanic to make sure he could read the diagnostics port. Any suggestions? It’s the 7000T1.
I just bought the Syncup KIds Watch, and when I got it home I was able to pair it to the app, but then all of a sudden the app said that it could not setup the profile and that we had to unpair the watch and factory rest it. After that when trying to pair it keeps telling me that its the wrong rate plan. I have been on chat and phone calls with support where they say its the correct plan and that its a known issue. Anyone else having this problem and please can someone help me.
I’ve been having my home internet for a few months and everything is and was great until one day I thought I had to many devices on at once so I went to my tmoblie internet app and looked at the devices I had connected. And at the time I decided to remove my Nintendo switch for the moment, figuring that I could just you know go back on my switch when the time came to reconnect but when I did maybe a few days later and Error code 2110-3127 has be popping up saying Unable to connect to internet could not perform DNS name resolution try again later . Can someone please help me fix this or add my device back to my internet??
I just received my child’s SyncUp watch and am working on setting it up. Noticed that we aren’t receiving inbound text messages. We are able to send text messages though, just not getting any in. Anyone else come across this issue. Is there any troubleshooting steps to fix this? I’ve already tried restarting and I did turn it off and on.Thank you.
Lost IPhone 11 but found it after I did a trade in for Motorola 2022 so now there are 2 physical SIM cards but one is fully activated for Motorola and one semi working for my IPhone but both have the same number? I would like to have iPhone set up for esim and erase/reuse the iPhone original physical SIM card and don't touch/keep my number and physical SIM card the same for my Motorola? note: iPhone no longer can text normally or set up wifi-calling and fully paid off but I wanted a safer 2nd new phone number unrelated/incomnected to my Motorola and current phone number
We purchased the three tracker program with T-Mobile and there are no cases it appears anywhere we've been online we've gone through T-Mobile we need a case so it won't get wet if we put it on a vehicle I mean or a bicycle or anything outdoors if there are no cases that's incredibly ridiculous
I just started 2 watches yesterday.. and I cannot put them into school mode. I set up an automatic schedule and it’s not activated. I also manual tried to turn it on and it says “connecting to watch.. still connecting.. not responding.” I need these modes working so I can have them use them when school starts next week!
I have had three SyncUp devices since before T-Mobile merged with Sprint. Sprint licensed the technology from Mojio, which is when we started using the OBD devices. One of our three vehicles is a 2017 Prius, and the original OBD device quit working. When exchanging it at our local T-Mobile store, the latest generation device required us to install the latest phone application as well; however, when entering our email address to register the device, an alert stated “This email address has been blocked.” Calling technical support, I was advised to use a second email address to set up the new device, so I used my work email address. When I went to review the trip data from the application, it required me to log in with my (no longer valid) email address. Contacting technical support (again), they advised uninstalling and reinstalling the application. After doing so, when scanning the OBD barcode, and alert states this IMEI is already in use. I have at least two tickets from technic
Sync up kids app worked fine on old phone with no issues.Got the s23 ultra today and when trying to log into app it doesn't give me the option. It only tells me to create a new account. Going through different options it doesn't let me get to what I had on the old phone. How do I fix this?
We just switched from Verizon back in May. I got my son the sync up watch and we upgraded it to a nicer screen protector, despite him using it sparingly it now will not turn on. I got a new charger and that worked for a second and now it’s won’t turn on again. I asked T-Mobile if this was a common problem for the longevity of this watch to be three months- and they said that I have no insurance somehow. Has anyone been able to fix this issue? I still owe on the watch and I need a device to be able to reach him. I am sorely disappointed with this as my gizmo had no issues.
