Hello All, I have been using the SyncUp Drive for several years on for my vehicles that my kids are using.. I recently noticed that the picture of the vehicle went back to the default “blank” picture. I think the Vehicle database is is wrong some how. I know get this message when selecting my car. Other cars that I searched giving me the same error. Ford F150 2007, Ford Explorer, Ford Explorer Sport Trac.
I am having an ongoing problem with audible alerts that I cannot disable via the application or via the android application preferences. Here are the details. The alert is "Passenger seatbelt unbuckled" alert. See belowHowever in the application there is no option for this alert. If I click on the alert on my phone, turn it off, disable the alert, and turn off the audible notification, it still comes back again and again and again. It seems there is NO WAY to turn off this completely pointless alert without blocking ALL alerts for the entire app. This totally defeats the purpose of the app. I want notifications about real issues, like battery, tires, engine codes, etc. Instead I get nothing but constant alerts about passenger seatbelt!. I’ve installed the latest app update and nothing changes. I also sent several emails to email@example.com which is listed in the app store, but no response. Please help!
Hello,Is anyone having issues with the SyncUp Kids Watch 1.5, that is a Sprint customer? I just got my watch today and when I go the app, I created a TMobile ID using my email. When I go to pair the watch, it says “Watch has wrong rate plan. Please contact Customer Care and let our team know your watch has an invalid rate plan.” I have the Unlimited Watch Plan for $15/month. When I called Customer service they switched the plan to the other one, 500mb plan, and it still wasn’t working. We’ve restarted the watch multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I spent hours on the phone with customer service as well the chat sessions. No one has been able to help. They say they have never had this issue, I know that this is the newer version of the watch. Hoping someone is able to help! I’m stuck.
My granddaughters watch will no longer turn on. Initially, when it wouldn’t turn on I thought the battery was really dead so I let it sit on the charger for a few days. Tried holding the power button down for 20s still no luck. Went to T-Mobile store to see about exchanging it, but they wouldn’t do it because it had a scratch on the screen. Disappointed that I was paying monthly for a watch that no longer works I brought it home and noticed the two small pin holes. I poked a pin in one of the holes and voila the watch turned on and was fully charged. My granddaughter wore it for a few hours and then it died. Each time we charged/reset she got a few more hours out of it. Eventually it would last all day but required resetting every few days or so. Until about a month ago… now nothing works to turn it back on. I missed the window (before she scratched the face) to purchase the extra warranty. Not sure what to do… except continue paying for a watch we can’t use. :(*FYI we’ve done the who
I bought the SyncUp tracker to use in my daughter’s backpack for school. How long should the battery last before having to charge it? Per the Website the battery is supposed to last up to 7 days but this one the battery is drained half way by the time she gets home from school and so I have to charge it everyday. Is this normal or does it need to be replaced?
The app is still saying my child is at the bus stop. I went (twice last week) to check to see if the watch fell off. Nope. Thought this watch would be a great idea to keep track of my child, but it doesn’t show their correct location even after starting the “live tracking.” I love T-mobile for phone service, but this is the second product (the first being the abysmal internet service that I only kept for one month) that relies on their cellular network that has completely failed. We got the watch “free” from a promotion, but I would happily pay the amount to get rid of this anxiety caused by this watch. If you really want to keep track of your child’s location, find something that works, not this.
So here’s my full on rant/review of this 7000T1 device. I’ll be sure to keep it short and too the point. After going back and forth for my months about T-Mobiles SyncUP and Drive device. I finally decided to just go ahead and order it - I was initially interested in getting the device because of the ability to have In-Car wifi and all of the functions it could offer. So I clicked on the Vehicle Compatibility Link and entered the details for my 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS and even though ALL the functions of the 7000T1 weren’t available for my car enough of them were for me to proceed with placing my order. My device arrived yesterday 7/23/22 and I followed all the prompts to activate the device in addition to going on a 20 minute drive so it could read and sync with my car. I will say that I was very disappointed in the performance and abilities of the device to say the least during that timeframe and here’s why. There is several minutes lag in time before it updates my cars physica
My kids’ SyncUp watches can send audio text messages, but they can’t be played on their grandparents iPhone’s. They work on other iPhones and on Android phones, but for some reason they can’t be played on those phones. The iPhones can play audio messages sent from my Android phone and other iPhones, so it seems like it is something to do with the watches.
I just received the SyncUP kids watch and attempted to pair it with my phone. The watch has recognized the pairing but my phone has not. This means I cannot set the watch up. My phone is still asking to pair the watch. How can I get beyond this or reboot so that I have a successful pairing?
I have a new SD 7000T1 and plugged it into my ‘09 Ford F150 for about a week, and over 200 miles driven so far.The engine health tab still shows that the “information isn’t available right now”.I have unplugged it and plugged back in, reset it. Driven without it, then driven with it and tried it again. Still nothing. Any suggestions?
I got a text today saying my account had been suspended because I need to pay next month. It gave me an option to pay a refill, I payed $50 but nothing worked, I had to go to store and they charged me the full amount of the month, rendering the $50 I spent useless. I want a refund.
I have 2 wifi internets in my house, mofi router and mimo antenna, and a linkzone2 hotspot, My problem is that 2 programs that I use a casino online game and Amazon glow, glow is a program that allows me to play games with my grandson over the internet.Neither of these work on the linkzone2,they will not load, they work fine on the mofi.Linkzone hotspot works fine for all other things just not them 2 programs, which leads me to believe my hotspot is blocking these programs. Both wifis are T-mobile, which leads me to believe its not a network problem. These programs will not load on my wife's or my tablet or desktop, which leads me to believe its not my equipment. So how does the hotspot block these 2 programs, I have spoken with Alcatel and the tech didn't know squat, probably a language barrier. I see no log files in the linkzone hotspot to tell me why.So looking for someone to help me with this problem, any help would be appreciated. Joseph
This is our second watch and they both have the same error. After charging until 100% charged the screen says, Device Not activated correctly. Please call 1800-937-8997 for support. Then you can click reboot. We have clicked reboot and the app is loaded in our phones. It does show no signal for internet connection. What do you recommend I do?Thank you!
