so i was working on upgrading both lines on my account and accidently placed an order twice for the same phone line can i use the second phone that was ordered on the second phone line even though both phones were ordered for one line

Have I made a new record?

It had taken just 5 weeks for me to regret joining T-Mobile--is that a new record?I was told there would be no increases in fees if I switched from Verizon Wireless and started with T-Mobile, and yet after just 5 week they have insisted that I change from paperless credit card to direct bank withdrawal or debit card, or pay $10 a month more.This is just as disappointing and dishonest as was the experience with Verizon that made me leave them in the first place. So, at my  convenience I will leave T-Mobile and join one of the much less expensive services that are now being advertised.“Unfairwell” T-Mobile

Havent had service 30 days

Just started service I had Internet and Security Cams. Security cams suck so I had them remove them today from my package. My question is since I've not had either service 30 days, when my bill comes out next month will the $30.00 for the cams be dropped and all I have to pay is the $50.00 for internet or are they still going to try to charge me $88.00 and drop it to $50.00 in August?

Rebate is a fraud

I’ve switched carriers to T-Mobile since April 2023 and as of now I have not received my rebate card that was “authorized”. Every time I contact them everything is “perfect” on their side and I’ll be receiving a link for my rebate since the “previous one” that was never sent expired.What a business here!!!!

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF TMOBILE! I CAN ACTUALLY SAY METRO AND CRICKET OFFER THE SAME SERVICE FOR LESS HEADACHE!!! MY BILL HAS BEEN UNSTABLE SINCE I OPENED THE ACCOUNT EXACTLY A YEAR AGO! I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY MONTH TO TRY AND SOLVE ISSUES ON MY BILL AND THIS MONTH MY BILL WENT FROM $238 TO $1,070!!!!! I CALLED AND IT WAS ALL TMOBILE ERROR!!! IF I HAD NOT CHECKED BEFORE HAND THE AUTO PAY WOULD Have TAKEN THIS AMOUNT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN I CALLED TO RESOLVED THE ISSUE THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME BACK ONCE THE ISSUE IS FIXED AFTER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE. NEXT DAY I CHECKED AND OF COURSE THEY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE! NOW I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN!! I CANT WAIT UNTIL IM FREE OF THIS SCUMBAG OF A COMPANY!!! **** YOU T-MOBILE!!!

View itemized bill

I have been unable to view and/or download my itemized bill for the last two months.  As my bills have been $30+ higher than previous, I want to know way.  Several calls to CS!  Offered to email me the bill - which wasn’t send.  Second time I asked, I received a total owed of my current plan and equipment, not anything itemized to detail the additional charges.  I was given a new weblink for my business account and it’s “under construction, check back in 24 hours” - same result everytime I check.  I had a CSR tell me today that the charges are valid.  What?  I also found out today that there is NO LONGER a corporate office to escalate issues - it was closed in 2021.  So, the lady that answers the corporate phone number will only be connecting you to a CSR or a DTE (dedicated t-mobile expert) which I could have done by dialing 611.  She won’t tell you this information unless you ask.After this notice, I am filing with the BBB, FCC and the Attorney General.

How to get a copy of your Equipment Installment Plan?

Does anyone else have a problem getting Documents from T-Mobile Support, Stores or Business Experts?On May 26th I purchased a new iPad with a discount of $230 if I put it on 24 payments.  The store couldn’t send me the electronic documents I esigned that day.  3 people in the store, and 2 others over the phone looked at it.  Final out come, give it 24 -48 hours for everything to be available online and because it was a business purchase I should call the “Business Experts” on Monday. [T-Mobile Email and Text Paragraph]“  Thanks for being part of T-Mobile! ripped off scam

Lied to at the store when I went to get 14 pro maxLied to by customer service after I said I didn’t want the 14 plus store said WAS SAME AS PLUS WAS SAME AS PRO MAX BUT CAMERA!Nothing but run around for MONTHS!After pro max arrived said take plus back to store they wouldn’t accept!Shipped back and they said $450 charged would be refunded.  Then another DUPERVISOR and I do mean dupervisor said oh no that’s down payment on pro max.  You owe $600+ or suspended.  These people are total crooks and scammers!

ALABAMA CALL CENTER UPPER MANAGMENT DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL

I call T-Mobile to set up auto pay and Alexis manager will not help me with my autopay issue, so I ask tospeak to another supervisor and Gheiana was extremely rude and also in a rush hang up on me and not resolve the issue?

I am being charged $433 for a IPad I returned months ago. I have spoken to 6 representatives and no one can help me. I have a confirmation from ups that they delivered it.. but was never scanned or process.

Hotspot lit on fire

At some point last night my Tmobile hotspot purchased online (December 2022) lit on fire at the charging port. Have been using the same charger and cable for now 8 months without issue.Tmobile support is completely useless and refuses to do anything to help: “can only do a return under 14 days for buyers remorse”. Their other option was to go to a Tmobile store. I am not driving hours to a store to *maybe* be helped or not. I purchased this hotspot because we are remote and need backup internet, there are no nearby Tmobile stores and we cant travel often. I live in Maine and we have a legally mandated statewide four year warranty on anything purchased. My next steps are filing a complaint with the states consumer protection division, not sure what else to do at this point.

Can DIGITS app actively direct calls from voicemail?

Here is what I want to do:We currently have a landline office number.  I would like to convert that to a virtual cell number from which calls can be routed to other cell phones.  The office number would have an automated voicemail wherein the caller would select an option and their call would be routed to other cell phones based on their selection. (Example:  “press 1 for maintenance issues, press 2 for rental inquiries, etc...)Can DIGITS be used in this way or is there another alternative or combination of apps to make this work?

Giftcard promotion?

I signed up for T-Mobile 5G home internet in November 2022 responding to an email offer that promised a $100 gift card promotion. The agent rapidly sent out gear and set us up with internet and said nothing about the promo. I asked him about it and was assured we’d receive it in “a couple of months”. Now it’s 7 months later, no gift card and the phone agent after a long wait told me to go to the nearest T-Mobile location to sort it out. Anybody else being forced to work this hard to receive a promised promotion?

business accout - pathetic service!

As a 6 year plus business customer I called yesterday to cancel two internet towers. I have three and due to compacting our ships I don’t need two of the 3.  after the CS rep started asking me why I don’t need them and trying to talk me out of keeping them - I firmly stated I need them cancelled.  he verified after looking both were cancelled but told me I’d still be charged the 110 for this month and offered to look at my account to see if money could be saved.. after 10 or so minutes of figuring out that he could save me 30 BUT reduce my services I stated I could do better else where and I would be shopping around. He then stated he could take a look at that 110 I’d be paying and could get rid of that….  wait…. If you could get rid of it now, you could have gotten rid of it at the start.. that was a red flag… I discontinued the call. T-Mobile then sent me that feed back text. I filled it out.  today I get a call from T-Mobile - a lady. Asking about my feedback and if there’s anything

T-Mobile Business migration from Sprint Business

Wow, I cannot believe how poor the support is for Business customers. It seems that no one can speak or follow English conversations. Also, features and business perks and features have been lost in the transfer.  There also seems to be a total lack of accountability.I guess T-Mobile doesn’t want business customers.

Worst Custom Customer service T-Mobile

I have several billing issues associated with my account. I have reached out to nearest t-mobile store and this has been going for 3 months. If I call the customer service on phone, they see contact store. If I go to store, they will get back to me. This T-Mobile store is located in Malvern, PA( Address if 650 Carnegie Blvd Suite 155, Malvern, PA). Is this normal to expect terrible customer service or I am the only one?

i’m being charged a non-return fee of $220 for a router that I returned and I have proof of returning

So frustrated. In 2022. A salesman at T-Mobile talked me into adding the Internet router device that T-Mobile offers. It did not work out well for me. I kept it a short time and then I called and canceled and told them I’d like to send it back. T Mobile sent me a mailing label to print through email. it goes back through UPS. I still have a copy of it. I have the tracking number it was returned. It was received months ago on and I’m wondering my why my cell phone bill is higher than I expected it to be and I should’ve caught on right away, but I didn’t. I was still being charged for the service of the router that I canceled and returned . I called and complain and now I make sure I’m canceled ,a little time goes by and all of a sudden I receive a text message telling me that I’m being charged a non-return fee for the router! The same router that I returned several months ago. $220! I called customer service I’m on the phone over an hour. I get nowhere. They say they’re going to investi
