How can prevent someone from getting and receiving calls from multiple phone number

My husband, (we’ll call him bob for now) had a brain injury some time back. He now has massive dementia-like symptoms that came on suddenly and have left me scrambling to get control of everything including his phone usage.  He receives hundreds of texts messages and calls a day from con artists and scammers trying to convince he’s won a car or the lottery. I need to block the numbers, but he won’t let me near his phone.  I am the primary account holder, but I need to do this in a way that he’s not alerted by T-Mobile that anything has changed with his phone.  If he knows I put any kind of block on his phone he’ll have a meltdown and that is dangerous at this point. Can anyone advise me on the most discreet and easiest way to do this?  Remember there are hundreds of numbers - I just found them all on the billing online.

non return fee urgent help!

Hello community I need urgent help I don't know what to do anymore I returned a device back in March 9 with the shipping label they provided and shipped it through upa the tracking number says it was delivered to them but they said warehouse never received it I've been they opened an investigation and for 4 months they kept saying it was getting investigated everything I spoke to someone they promised a call back and nothing finally after 15 phone calls later speaking to multiple agent they just got back to me saying they can't do anything about it and are saying it's a valid charge since they didn't receive the device but ups says delivered I saw multiple chats with the same issue can someone help?

If I have unlimited data across five lines, are there limitations for each line. For example if a line goes past 5G does it slow down?

To keep this short, I am .. no wait- I was born sometime prior to 1960, technology and I haven’t been the two peas in a pod that I would have liked to be- My daughter on the other hand, has been glued to a computer screen for as long as it used to take dial up to connect each session.She preloaded my hand me down (from her of course) ipad and laptop with all this information that basically, each form I fill out, I just click and select the saved answer.I wanted to do something nice for her as she has been struggling with her cell phone company insurance company, so I gave her my phone, I was going to try out a brand new iphone. I filled out my application, was approved for a generous 0.00 down, only had to pay 137 and sign a lease and even spoiled myself with next day delivery.The money was taken out of my account and is no longer pending, it went through. Become eligible for Payment Arrangement and pay 30+ days past-due balance

I have a past due balance of about $50 on my account and it has been more than 30 days. I see this message when trying to do a payment arrangement “Become eligible for Payment Arrangement and pay 30+ days past-due balance” Does this mean If I come up with the $50 my phone will still be off until I become eligible for a payment arrangement? So I would need to pay $50 plus the new PA?  Please help, I am starting a new job soon and need my services restored until my first check to become current.

Unable to Pay with AMEX of 4 cvv code

I’m trying to pay my business account’s bill using AMEX. It clearly states AMEX is accepted, however, where you enter your CVV number it is limited to only 3 digits and AMEX has 4. Anyone have any tips? Customer service is never helpful with issues I’ve had.

TMobile Engineer / Operations Support - TMO blocking email to text from sendgrid seriously impacting business

Hi, Tmobile just recently changed protocol about 10 days ago. We are an answering service and we’ve been seeing the majority of our messages to doctors, business owners, etc being blocked from Tmobile. Sendgrid is showing that Tmobile is blocking the messages in an effort to cut down on spam. All of our messages are legitimate. Sendgrid is trying to push us to using Twilio’s Text to Text API (which I suspect is because Sendgrid was bought out by Twilio and trying to get us to pay an arm and a leg for per text messaging rates). I need to reach out to t-mobile to determine how all of our messages can be added to a whitelist. Blocking our legitimate messages to our customers because they originate from email instead of text to text is seriously impacting our business and we need to find a work around for this asap. That or our only immediate solution will be to tell hundreds of t-mobile uses to switch carriers. I need to get a phone number or email to someone that has the authority to hel

reimbursement problems

I want to express my extreme disappointment with T-Mobile. I used to have AT&T and never had any problems. Since I moved to T-Mobile, in just one month, I have had three significant issues.    1.    Main Problem: I paid off $397.11 at AT&T to move to T-Mobile, and more than 30 days later, I have not received my reimbursement yet. I completed everything with the attendant at the Prosper, TX store, and even so, they have not sent me the reimbursement. I called the call center, and they told me I needed to send the bill showing the payoff. Obviously, I do not have access to that bill anymore since I am no longer an AT&T customer. However, I have my receipt from AT&T showing what and when I paid off, and I sent it to them today, August 6th, by email. It is clear that T-Mobile’s process is a total mess because they are asking me again for something that has already been sent.    2.    Internet Issues: The internet performance is poor. Device Pay back issues since October 2023.

I did an upgrade in October 2023 which I qualified for there promotion for $1000 per device trade in. I sent in 4 devices and i should of received a total of $4000 with in two billing cycles. T Mobile never made that good and keep my trade ins and started charging a monthly installment fees for my new phones, After countless calls I finally got $2000 back and I’m still waiting the the rest to be payback including a follow up calls which I never got. T mobile is billing me for  device payments  and they finally placed me on the wrong promotion that will cheap me out of $1200.00 at the end of the contract. I’m on a $700 per phone instead of $1000 per phone promotion as promised.  This has been a very bad experince for me and I will be doing a story regarding this issue with KTVZ my local news to warn others to stay away from this dishonest company! Countless promises that never happened.

Netflix on business account

I was told that we would get Netflix for swithing to Tmobile ( business with 6 lines and internet). When sent a link to activate it … and after several attempts to google on how to activate it…. it is not on our account. I can not find a way to get this to work and I am frustrated. I also seen where a business account can not get netflix on them as well. So now I am totally confused on why we were told we could get it but yet I can not access it. Anyone have this problem ?

I have magenta max plan for 4 lines and want to swtich to something cheaper, but my current device has 2 more cycles to be paid off.Can I switch to a lower plan without any penalty?

Is T-Mobile phone replacement real or scam?

Hello,I purchased a phone and a line from T-Mobile in September 2023. In April, the phone went completely black for no apparent reason. When I returned to the shop, I was informed that because I had paid the total cost upfront (prepaid), I did not qualify for a replacement. A friend suggested I call customer care (611) as shops are mainly interested in selling new devices.When I called customer care, I was told that my phone was covered under a two-year manufacturer’s warranty and that I qualified for a replacement. They advised me to return to the shop the next day and said they would coordinate with the shop directly.On my second visit, the representative at the shop was very helpful and called T-Mobile customer care. They confirmed the phone was well-maintained and instructed him to initiate the replacement process. Tmobile over promise and cant keep it.

On May 16th, I inquired about a promo for an iPhone without changing my plan. I believe I spoke to Mcalvin. He informed me there was a promo for a free iPhone 15 for adding a line without changing my plan. I even asked him multiple times if there was a catch with the promo, and he specifically told me the only requirement was to add a line, with no need to change my plan. I told him I would call back the next day because I wanted to decide on the color of the iPhone I wanted to buy.On May 17th, I called to buy the iPhone and spoke to Dem. She informed me that she couldn't fulfill the request as she couldn't find the promo. However, she assured me that T-Mobile would honor the promise Mcalvin made on May 16th, as she heard the conversation I had with him. She promised to call me back the next day on May 18th, and even said she would personally call me back after 11 am Chicago time.On May 18th, I was waiting for a call back from Dem at T-Mobile, but unfortunately, nobody called me back.

Line upgrade

I have 6 lines on the Business Unlimited Advanced plan and would like to upgrade to the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. If I do this, will I lose the promotion I have for the third free line?

Max Amount of E-Sims Per Phone

Hi I was wondering how many E-Sims I would be allowed to have per phone. Would like to be able to be texted at multiple numbers and have them all be directed to my one phone. Says online, it’s free for an E-sim and then $10/mo per line. Would I be able to just get 5 E-sims and have a line on each and have them all connected to my one phone? Thanks!

PTR Record

Signed up for T-Mobile business internet because the sales person said PTR records are supported now as of June 2024. Called them to enable record and now they know nothing about it. How can they offer business internet without option for a  PTR record? You would think a business would need email servers and can not be setup without PTR.

free phone scam?

Have been a t-mobile customer for years. Phones stopped working. We were not told, that they were working on towers. Told us we could get new phones for free, with trade in. She slipped paper work in bag. Phones price $1600. Next day we insisted they take phones back and return ours.  They refused, and said there would be 150. restocking charge. They said if we come in each mo., would credit. Store was 50 mile trip. On 1 store visit, was basically called a liar. Was told I signed printed paperwork. Not true. Called t-mobile. Was told they would credit some, but balance would be 650. Agreed to pay the 650. On next bill, was billed 1000.  I far as I'm concerned, that voids deal. I am done.  This has been going on for 10 mos. Everyone should get together and do class action law suit.
