why am I paying for this

I recently “upgraded” from my OnePlus (veteran) plan to the Go5GPlus plan and my service is still terrible. I additionally lost previous capabilities I had with my original plan. Not only has my bill gone up but service has not improved. How to I revert my plan back? The 5G network is no faster than the throttled 4G I had previously. While on the phone with customer service to upgrade my plan I also wanted to upgrade my phone. The phone was processed 12 July 2023. I have not received the phone or any delivery updates. It was not made clear the amount the phone bill would increase or the capabilities that would be lost (e.i. $4.99 FAMILY Netflix).  Lastly, I am being prompted to return my trade-in. I have not received the phone, yet the 30 day timer is counting down.  I am disappointed and would like to be contacted immediately on options for terminating the plan or remediating the situation.

device return after cancellation

I just switched to Verizon because my bill was out of control. If I send my phones back that I still owe on, do they take that off the bill? All phones are in perfect condition.  thank you!

Usage details

How far back can I go to get usage details. I was with Sprint and I was able to go back as far as I wanted to see usage details. Once it switched over to TMobile. I previous history of the previous usage is gone. Does anyone know how I can go beyond current and previous cycles to see the usage details?

Is anyone having issues with the T-Mobile wifi app for iOS?After opening up to manage the router, the app doesn’t connect … it just tries and tries (spinning wheel).I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app … didn’t help.Home WiFi works fine.I’m using the 5G Gateway S1

How can I get negative balance back?

I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2014 until last November when I switched to another service provider. I really loved the service but I had no choice other than moving to another provider as there is no cell phone signals in my home. This is really a surprise that my phone is located in the same city where T-Mobile headquater is, Bellevue, Washington. My monthly payment was $100 for two lines, old One Plan, with one free third line. I received a final bill in January that surprised me a lot because prorated charge was a way more than I thought. My charge was for less than a week but I got charged $16 for two lines and $36 for free line. How can this be $36 for the free line? I talked to customer service a couple of times and my disaster began after an agent credited it back to my account. The agent took a shortcut instead of handling the issue properly to avoid hasstle. The agent told me to wait for check to be mailed as my account is closed. I trusted this and waited for a month

They lied to me. They stole from me. They need to be held responsible.

TMobile lied and said I would get a free razr plus phone if I added a line. I confirmed with 2 representatives. Both representatives said I would only need to pay the 35 dollar activation fee and 20 dollars a month. Instead my card was charged 263 dollars without my permission and 24 dollars extra a month for the phone. I spoke to multiple representatives and nobody could help me. The last representative flat out said that they scammed me and that I would have to just deal with it. TMobile is a huge scam

Tmobile app and website not working

What is with T-Mobile’s app and website. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone, and it never lets me go past the credit card payment window. I’ve tried three valid credit cards and debit cards, still won’t process any! Keep getting a screen that tells me to call customer service. So frustrating!

tmobile internet app

I can't access "devices" on TMobile internet app. I keep getting an error message saying "the Gateway did not respond. If you keep seeing this message please try restarting your gateway. I'm using TMobile business internet. I have the Nokia5G21 gateway.

when did TMobile become as bad as Comcast?

So T-Mobile gave a free year of Paramount Plus and, just 4 months into that 12 months of free Paramount Plus they're starting to charge us for the Paramount Plus so we canceled it. And now they're forcing us to use something other than a credit card to pay our bill to save $5. We're going elsewhere we've been with T-Mobile for at least 12 to 15 years if not longer and they've just become too much like Comcast horrible customer service if you can reach anyone that is and these bait and switch things like the free 12 months of Paramount and they start charging you at 5 months.

wait time for help

What the heck is going on with customer service? I had a rep call me to try and change our plan. We got disconnected and they didn’t call me back. I called customer service and I’ve now been waiting on ANYONE to talk to for 35 minutes!

Website won't allow me to pay my bill. Its been messed up for the last 3 months

Unable to log into my tmobile account on the website, it keeps giving msgs: “hang in there”, “still working” etc., it stays stuck so I can’t pay my bill. This is very irritating!

Cusomer Service and Phone Insurance

Waited for chat support for a half an hour without ANY kind of response.  My experience with T-Mobile’s phone insurance provider, Assurant, was actually much worse, but they didn’t even want to hear about it to try and see if there was something they could do or to reconsider that partnership entirely.
