International data pass calls dropped

Hi, Do you guys use T-Mobile aboard? I’m in Poland right now using international data pass. I have 5G most of the time on my phone and internet works OK, but calls show wrong phone number. T-Mobile told me to use WiFi calling, but when I call out to local numbers in Poland it does not show my phone number but random number from Germany, India, etc. Not even from Poland. Today, someone from US called me and on my phone it showed +31 country code.. Also, when I’m not in WiFi range I can’t use WiFi calling and every incoming call is being dropped at exactly 5 minutes and 6 seconds mark. T-Mobile rep told problem with caller id name is on the receiving end which I don’t think is true since problem is with phone number not name. Also, if he is right and number was incorrect on incoming call.. then it’s T-mobile problem.. This is not the service level I was expecting on business account paying extra for data pass.  Anyone has similar issues?dArF1k

$250 for 2 lines

I am so disgusted. We have been paying $250 a month for 2 lines. We own the phone. I’m hearing everyone I talk to say how they don’t even pay half that.

What happened to my payment confirmation emails? What happened to my “T-Mobile: Reminder:” text messages. Are you trying to force customers to go elsewhere? If so, you’re doing a great job!!

my Billing keeps getting bigger or higher everytime i tried to pay off something ?

Please I need help, tmobile keeps on screwing me up with my monthly payment!  I have tmobile for almost 13 yrs ½ and for the past 4 yrs they have been very sneaky in adding bills to my account either i already paid them off or have asked them to stop charging me ?Im so angrey and frustrated please can someone help me ?

DIGITS - Is it some False Advertising?

I find this DIGITS thing quite confusing to say the least. I am not using it, but I wanted to. I have two phones and wanted to take advantage of the possibility offered by Digits to use the same phone number in both phones. However, besides the possible draw backs states by many, I run into weird stuff. I was told now that Digits is geared toward smartwatches but not toward phones, and the best things I can do is having another phone line for my second phone. Bu then that is not what is being advertised in T-Mobile website!I am not going to use it, but I feel like venting because it is not the first time TMobile has sent me offers that are totally not real once I contacted them. JC

Why am I charged for two already ported out lines?

I am on Essentials plan. Original I had 3 voice lines and the plan was $90. After I ported out 2 lines at the end of the last year,  the account is showing two lines cancelled, but the plan is still showing $90 charges for the plan in January.What is going wrong?

Unlimited and basic plan?

I have 3 lines on an unlimited plan. Does Tmobile offer a plan where one phone can be unlimited and the other phones on the plan can be more basic? I was hoping to chat with someone about it since I have a cold and it hurts to talk but I can’t find the chat option. It says to call customer service. Sprint always had a rockstar chat option available. Any info is helpful.

disconnection

is possible to reconnect my services? and how much is it in disconnection fees? My bank account deposit is on hold until weds. the 18th. My son is going to have a baby anytime soon and I was hoping to get our services put back on. I can make a payment on the 18th.

TMobile customer care -

I am unable to cancel Paramount+ and Apple TV+ that were added automatically when I switched to Magenta plan. Now I am unable to remove these. Have been trying to call TMobile support and seems like Tmo has gone the way of Comcast. Cannot get anyone on the line, have been waiting for more than 30 minutes.

I got a 3rd line on my acct but had to report phone stolen . The phone is paid for. And I really don't need the 3 rd line. Am I still going to have the 35.00 monthly on it. Or will it go away . I've had phone  line less than 14 days

Dear T-Mobile Customer Service,I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have been receiving from your company. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for several years, but lately, I have been experiencing frequent disruptions in my phone service. In some cases, I am unable to get any service at all.I understand that signal strength can vary depending on location, but in my area, the situation is particularly severe. Despite numerous attempts to contact your support team and to troubleshoot the issue, my service has not improved. As a result, I am often unable to make or receive calls, send or receive texts, or use data services when I am at home or in other areas with low signal strength.Given these ongoing issues, I believe that it is only fair to request a reduction in my monthly bill. Porting from Ooma

Its more than 10 days since i started the process of transferring my Ooma landline number to T-mobile.Any ideas on how long does this process take. ?I have called  the T-Mobile transfer Dept for the last few days to check on the status , takes more than an hour to get to someone and finally been getting the same standard answer “ Error, blah, blah .. some date needs to be set and will be done in 4 hours and we shall call you back “.  No calls, nothing..Totally frustrated with the whole process..!!!

Customer Svc Fail

I’ve been a customer of Tmobile for the last 22 years, but unfortunately, I have recently had the absolute worst experience ever received from Tmobile’s customer service.  Truly disappointing!  I’d like to know if there is an customer complaint email that I should address my experience too rather than posting here?  I am not one to complain over trivial things, but this recent experience goes beyond trivial.  Honestly debating if I should remain a customer.

Spring/TMobile can't track my order

I ordered a new Samsung S23Ultra on 02/14 at a TMobile store, I’m still on the Sprint side of the migration. The receipt for the phone and device connection charge doesn’t have an order number. I can’t track my order online. I called TMobile support, they can’t find the order, they switched me to TMobile Business support, they can’t find the order.  I went back to the store, they can’t help. How can I order a phone and have no order number, its ABSURD!   Can this be corrected?  Thanks!

The total customer count increased to a record high of 113.6 million.Jan 4, 2023:T-Mobile US annual revenue for 2022 was $79.571B, a 0.68% decline from 2021. Gift Upgrade - they cant shut off notifications??

As the headline says ... I want to purchase a new iPhone for my boyfriend for his birthday. We would trade his old phone in. (400 dollar credit) I am the account holder / owner / main line. How can I accomplish this without TMobile constantly sending updates to his line?  The reps seem to have no clue. I can't be the first person who wanted to surprise someone...

When I try to get help with T-Mobile 5G Internet I keep getting routed to Prepaid

I have a prepaid phone account and a postpaid 5G internet account. Every time I call to get internet support, I am routed to the Prepaid team. It does not matter what number I call, 611 or the direct line, (844) 275-9310, the bot who answers always routes me to prepaid. Last Friday I spent over an hour on the phone between transfers to different representatives. Any help would be much appreciated.

Frustration with new setup

yesterday i moved from verizon to t-mobile .. these guys charged $35 per line. sales rep told me that it should move all lines in 10-15 min .. but its more than 24 hrs.. some lines moved and some lines messed up… my verizon account is closed..  i spent more than 12 hrs on phone with them, chatting with them but still not solution. my work, business everything impacting … do we have some expert here who can activate all my lines once in all ..first day in t-mobile is WORST.. hoping for better days with you guys.
