International Roaming on Simply Prepaid

Hi, I’m on a Simply Prepaid plan, and I am in Argentina for my vacations. I can’t get to connect my phone to roaming services, even though they should be included (with the corresponding rates applying). When people try to call me, they get the message that I can’t answer at this time. What should I do to connect my phone? Thanks, Ivan

Sending Messages Failing

I have been having lots of issues lately with text messages failing to send, as well as receiving text messages in large batches.  In fact, I have received some text messages with a 3-4 day delay! This issue happens both when connected to wifi as well as on the mobile network.I thought it would be best to just buy a new phone, but my new phone that’s only a few hours old has started doing the exact same thing, where certain messages will show as “sending” for a long time and then end up failing to send.  Should I look into a replacement SIM card?Having looked at some other threads, I note that this one looks very similar:There didn’t appear to be any resolution there.

Migration

So.. T Mobile is forcing Sprint customers to migrate accounts over to T Mobile. I attempted to migrate my account today, and was told I have to pay the balance of my current phone. As of now it appears that the migration has to be done by middle of March. Does anyone know what happens if the current phone has a balance?

Hi. I recently missed my payment arrangement payment. Now, my lines are suspended. Can I pay the past due, can I make another arrangement? I'll make sure I pay on time!! COVID had me missing clients and my check was short. TY

I need to contact someone in the United States for Customer Service. I refuse to speak with the global helpdesk. They are a complete time waste. Is there a direct number to local customer service or do you just keep dialing and hope you hit the right team member?

My trade in lost at the store

The phone was traded in in Camp Hill, PA and all documents were sent electronically.  The locate my phone feature was forced off at the store.  The phone credit was never applied to account and it wasn’t noticed until the bill came through.  Once I looked at all the documents there was not record of the phone being turned in.  Was this phone stolen by an employee at the store?  Also receiving not help from chat, phone customer service or the store.  Can I report this phone stolen?  It was 100 % turned in to the employee at the store.  Please help!!

What happened to website help chat?

I disabled some services yet my account says my bill has gone up. Neither iPhone nor iPad mobile apps are working (tried multiple things) so I can only get into the website where there is no chat help option and I spend my whole work break waiting on hold for mobile & no longer have time to talk.  Tried twitter & nobody is responding. I’m so aggravated I’m ready to look for another carrier who can be reached by more than one method.

TMobile allowed hackers to steal my money and my identity

Hi everyone,TMobile helped a hacker get a hold of my sim card and he was able to get into my email account and steal all my Coinbase money. I'm reaching out to ask for help on how can I get my money back from T-Mobile. I called them many time to inquire about my case and to understand what are they doing to refund my money and prevent future hacking but no one is giving me any details about the outcome of the investigation. Their weak security system and their reluctance to address the issue is at the reason I'm reaching out for help. I appreciate any advice and I'm ready to do anything to get my money and my peace of mind back.  Thank you

How to change phone number used as Primary Account Holder

Before I realized that the Welcome email T-mobile sent me had scrambled the SIM and phone number associations, I used the number that is tied to my MiFi device as the PAH, which of course cannot receive texts or do much else that a phone can do. I want to change that to my cell phone, but I cannot find any settings to change this. When I try to create a new log in with the desired phone number it takes me to the ID I set up using the MiFi phone number. I thought I had understood what the tech told me to do, but I guess not. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is this what being a T-Mobile customer is like?

I’m here to ask while I still have a chance to escape T-Mobile if I need to. So I took advantage of the promotion that T-Mobile had where you could get $800/phone when you trade in a qualifying device when activating a new line of service. I had two iPhone XS and a Galaxy S9 from Verizon that I was trading in and porting in the new number. That was Tuesday evening (1/11/22). The call was all over the place and didn’t go smoothly but it seemed like it ended the right way. I asked multiple times to confirm I would be receiving the $800 credit towards each of my new purchases, paid the tax, and submitted the order over the phone. I received the new phones on Thursday evening (1/13/22). Due to the fact that I needed to make sure all of our stuff was backed up on our phones and my mother’s, I couldn’t activate the phones right away. I did it today, 3 days later on 1/16/22. Before I confirmed the order, I asked if boxes would be sent so I could ship the trade-ins to T-Mobile. She said that t

I used to go through boost but I saw this deal for T-Mobile come to us we'll give you a free Galaxy phone well so I switched services but instead I wanted the Galaxy z flip so I ordered it two weeks goes by I have to call them I said where's my phone oh we we don't have that one anymore so we're going to send you the a12 not to mention that I was supposed to have a line added for my wife too and she just wanted the new iPhone not only did I not get the z phone I got the back shelf burner the a12 and my wife didn't get a phone like we were told I switched services then not even a month goes by 2 weeks and I'm told oh you're $108 after the lady on the phone that switched my services supposedly for free I'm supposed to get a new phone and free activation or whatever and then also make it build hundreds of dollars and I'm also set up through the ebb program but my service has been shut off my wife doesn't have a phone and I've got a back burner phone that barely works it looks nice kind of
