this problem is very perplexing. some people who call are getting a busy signal, some go straight to voicemail, but then some get through. no rhyme or reason as to when it happens or where I am. last time it happened, there were no external connections (bluetooth or wifi). I tried calling tech support - failed to get through.
I signed up for autopay and would like to know when the $5.00 is discounted from my account? Is it discounted when I receive my bill, when my bill is paid or is it a credit on my account?also is it effective with my next bill or do I have to wait a few billing cycles.
I'm trying to figure out how to turn off mobile data on my child's device from my t-mobile account page.I don't want to install a separate application, I don't want to have to take the device from them.I just want to shut down their mobile data access, using my t-mobile account interface. I have circle on our wifi - so that is easily done.Is this something I can do from the t-mobile.com web site?Thank you
I have had a problem with calls dropping when I am at home. I live in Chicago, and my phone works fine everywhere but at home. I am talking fine, and then, the call goes dead. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes not. I thought it was my old S7 which was the problem, but I just got a new S10 and it is the exact same problem. I have tried wifi calling as well, and nothing seems to work. This is becoming a serious problem since I am now working from home. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!-Jim

Hi! I have bought a SIM kit online- prepaid plan (due to COVID I can't go to a store and buy it). I have called for activation at T-Mobile customer support but they are telling me the sim appears as RESERVED status and it doesn't work.I have waited the 2 hours and called again, got the same answer and they told me to call after 24h. They also said I might not be able to get a REFUND and the sim might not work even after the 24h. I don't really know what to do. The money means alot for me and I really need the SIM. I am desperate, someone please HELP!! 😥
Hello All,I'm currently on the $40 a month 10GB Simply Prepaid plan, but am currently looking at switching to the new $15 a month 2GB Connect plan. I'm currently a week into the 30 day billing cycle, and I'm wondering what would happen to the additional $25 if I were to switch prepaid plans right now. Would I get any prorated refund/credit for the approximately three weeks that I have already paid for the higher tier plan, or would I just lose that amount (therefore making switching near the end of my billing cycle more sensible)?
I have called the 611 number and waited long periods of times in order to reach out to customer service in order to cancel 1 line that is on my plan. May I please have an alternative way to cancel 1 of my lines because I do not wish to continue service for one of my lines as I am not receiving payment for it.
After the last T-mobile software upgrade my Galaxy S9 that i never had issues with.... When im on the text message screen and open to send a picture, the pictures are sometimes blank (until somehow in the background it uploads it to the text message screen). When i try to add picture to text message screen it takes forever to add it. If i get out of it (while its loading the picture to the text message) i have to unselect the picture and reselect it so that it adds it to the text message. Again never was issue until the last T-mobile software upgrade.
I see that other carriers are suspending service interruptions and waiving late fees. Why is it that T-mobile is the only carrier that not only shut off our service during this pandemic crisis when millions are out of work, but also charged us a ton of fees to reconnect. I rely on my phone to stay in touch in the event we are called back to work. Since this is the case, I see that Verizon has suspended all late fees and interruptions, therefore, when this crisis is over, I will he switching services after over 20 years with T-mobile. Not a good look for the lowest of the 3 major carriers. It shows that you really don't care about people during extremely harsh times. Enjoy taking people's money.
Very simple, direct question:When I look at the "Taxes and Fees Breakdown" of my current postpaid (T-Mobile ONE) bill, are the per-line "taxes and fees" the same as would be added to that line if switched to the new Connect plan? This question is partly about the accuracy of the "Taxes and Fees Breakdown" for my current plan and T-Mobile's "uncarrier" transparency. Background: there are several lines on my current plan -- for adult children -- that would be perfect for Connect. I would like to separate them from the current plan so they can be on their own, but getting an accurate cost estimate is essential.
