How do you get an esim card when you don't have a sim card to verify your identity

Hi there,I am currently working in UKRAINE with an international humanitarian group and my colleague was "helping me" by trying to put a second local sim card in my samsung phone and somehow managed to lose my tmobile sim card. Now I REALLY need your help because I cannot receive the code to confirm my identity to get an esim because my phone has no sim card. This is a real Catch-22 that is leaving me cut off from family, friends, AND T-Mobile when I need it most! Old Free Tablet

We’ve gotten two free tablets from T-Mobile. When I tried to return mine to just cancel the monthly fee, employee told me that I had to pay for it outright. I was wondering if this is true? I have to pay for the item that I got for free with monthly payments now that I don’t want/use/need it anymore.

Pay off EIP early & bill credit

I got my new iphone 7 with the iphone trade up promo (I traded in iphone 6s) that I can receive bill credit for 24 months to eventually bring down my phone cost to 0. But I am wondering if I pay the EIP balance off early now while still keeping that line active, will it stop me from receiving bill credits for the remaining 22 billing cycles? Or I will still receive the remaining 22 months bill credit? Thanks for answering

Try to signup to paramount need coupon code

Everytime I go to log in to tmobile account to signup for the paramount promotion I get this “The MSISDN is already registered to another IAM user account” I have not had a tmobile account in the past, Have not logged into Tmobile prior to trying this promo. Sprint/T-Mobile blacklisted my verizon phone

I bought a new iphone X from verizon.com in 2018. It's worked fine with no issues. This past weekend, I tried to trade-in the phone to verizon and found there was a "lost or stolen" flag on my IMEI number. Upon further investigation, it was by Sprint in 2019 (a year after I had been using the phone through verizon). Note - I have never had sprint. The phone was bought new from verizon.com. The flag occurred after I had already been using the phone. In talking with T-mobile, they are absolutely useless and refuse to take the IMEI off the black list even though I provided the original invoice and can provide monthly statements that show the phone was never through Sprint.

How do I reactivate a suspended line outside of payment cycle?

I need to reactivate my line outside of a ‘payment cycle’. I can’t wait a week for the line to be reactivated. credit card payment has been made. So funds are available. I’m also happy to delete this line and start a new one if that’s the only solution but I can’t see that option either. I just need a line in 2 days time.

Why do I get this Uber message ““we can’t reach our network right now” ?

Often when I try and user the Uber application for a ride I can’t complete the ride request because I get a message from Uber stating “we can’t reach our network right now”We use T-Mobil on our new Apple I-phone.We use the I-phone only for telephone calls and to use Uber for our rides.Recently we switched from T-Mobile $2.00 a day when we use our phone or use Uber, to a T-Mobile $20 per month usage.Is the problem with the new T-Mobile monthly charge.Why do I get this message ““we can’t reach our network right now”Thanks for your help,

Every Month I have to ask for my trade-in credit.

I am fed up with t-mobile.I was told I would receive $1000 for my iphone on trade-in.I was told it was gauranteed especially since my phone was mint.When I sent my phone in, I got a credit of $180.Now every month, I have to contact them to get my additional credits.They don’t give it all at once. But its never on my bill.I think they hope you will forget about it.Maybe I should forget to pay my bill or just forget t-mobile and switch to a more reputable company!

Discontinued Service But Autocharged 1 Month Later. WHY?!

Hi,I was on Magenta Max plan. On the last day of my billing cycle I called in to customer service and asked them to discontinue my phone service. I already moved to Canada and got a new phone and phone number. The lady tried to convince me to stay another month but I already had a new # so I said NO, cancel today! I had a 0 balance since I already paid the bill for the current month. I asked them if there would be a final bill and they assured me that since I am cancelling service there will be no more bill generated because I was already paid up. I asked them again and again and they assured me THERE WOULD BE NO FINAL BILL. The recent bill I just paid off was the final one. Even the manager confirmed it by sending an email to me.After I hung the phone my phone line was disconnected. I tried to login to my t-mobile account but couldn’t do that any longer. I even got an account cancellation email.Just today I checked my CC and there is a Tmobile charge for $90. To add insult to injury I

Tmoblile rep screwed up when replacing my phone. Now i am paying for 2 phones. Bought a new phone and it was stolen a few days later. Went in to have it replaced and claim on my Assurant plan. When I went to assurant they said that it was not covered. I have been making payments on two phones for several months. Free 5g Phone Upgrade

I have 2 lines in my account. I did a free 5g phone (A32) upgrade with the promo to trade in any working phone. I did that instore and of course was charged a service fee. I’m trying to trade in another old phone in the same 5g phone upgrade promo (year long). However I want to do it online by myself, well because I should be able to. However I don’t see that option anywhere. Has anyone been successful in doing the free upgrade online?

Issue setting out Outlook email on android for Centurylink email account

I have been trying to set up an Outlook email account with the POP settings for Centurylink for more than a week now unsuccessfully. Everytime I try to set it up I get an error message that the connection to the mail server timed out. check settings. Additionally, I am unable to sent a text message to an email account which I can do just fine on a TRACFone.I cleaned out the cache, reinstalled Outlook, etc. Nothing seems to work.T-mobile says this is a Centurylink issue. Centurylink says everything is fine on their end and it is a t-mobile issue and I am stuck in the middle with no resolution. This is beyond ridiculous. How do I get this crap fixed to I can send a text to an email account AND set up an Outlook email account? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just flew into Israel and got a text saying "Welcome abroad! Your T-Mobile plan gives you unlimited data at up to 2G speeds and texts at no extra cost! Calls at 25 cents/minute"...

I'm sure I'll be charged the 25 cents per minute if I make an outgoing call, but what if someone calls me and I answer it? Will I still be charged or is that free?

Activation Fee

I had been a T-Mobile customer for many years and unfortunately have had to find a new carrier. I returned the two new devices we purchased within the 14-day deadline and was informed the activation fee for either phone would be refunded. I looked through the return policy and could find no mention of this not being eligible for refund. Is it policy now that I am no longer with T-Mobile, that the activation fee on two phones I no longer have be charged the fee and not be refunded?Thank you,Bradley Morrow
