Can you Stream Golf Channel?

Good day,I have had T-Mobile Home Internet Service for almost 6-months, and all is well...well, almost. I am trying to get Golf Channel streaming. I have tried numerous times with the activation code for NBC Peacock+ (NBC owns golf Channel) but all to no avail. Have you ben able to get it to work? When researching the Golf Channel website, I get the link that takes me to watch “Live.” When I use the link, it takes me to a list of ISPs (Comcast, etc.) and T-Mobile is not present. When I called Golf Channel, they are clueless. I stream Peacock, Apple, etc. all with no issues. Any suggestions much appreciated!

fast 5688W gateway is cutting in and out

Hey!  I just got our new t-mobile service and have placed the gateway in a decent location (as high as possible) on top of our China cabinet. The signal is staying at “good” or three bars. For some reason, the gateway keeps cutting in and out, requiring a restart. Also, I got a Wan002 error code. I was wondering if there are any tips or tricks to getting the system to keep consistent signal. thanks for the help!

T-Mobile 5G Router/Gateway based home-internet access is dropping my internet access randomly almost daily now on multiple PCs/Laptops at my home in zip:07745. Sometimes in the middle of many conference calls.facing internet access problems (using Wi-Fi at home for Desktop-PC/Laptop/Smartphones/Tablet connectivity) more frequently and many times in a day sometimes ?  what could be the main reason….? called  support, first of all they cant speak/understand well and then they are not doing anything at alll...and at one time, they said, they are updating the tower; could that may be the reason?  but this has been happening for several weeks now….it it safe to still believe them.My alternative…..move out to a different ISP, like my old cable provider?

5g Home Internet, no internet

I recently moved out and living alone. I got the 5G Home Internet to use for working remotely. Internet started really good but a few weeks later Zoom keeps dropping off without notice. Wifi/Ethernet is still connected but no internet going in. The gateway’s display shows “Good” internet connection. No one in their support center is picking up on my calls. So I am here. Anyone has experienced this? Also, I am thinking of getting a router? Might resolve the problem… any suggestions?

can the following features be added to the 5G Home gateway?

I am a network engineer. I’d like to be able to adjust many things on my network. Because I live in a rural area and this Internet is much better than the local wired Internet.The following features need to be added to future firmware. First: device renaming. Giving everything a generic name and not allowing me to change it so I can monitor my devices has to be fixed.Second: better firmware upgrade options. Right now you have to search the Internet to even know if there is a new firmware then download it and upgrade your device. Most devices today automatically check the server and can do the install right from the server.Third: QOS! I have wired devices that need more bandwidth when utilized and I need to QOS that. Almost all of today’s home routers have QOS ability.Fourth: notification settings. I need to be notified if a new device is trying to connect either to the management or as a new Wi-Fi device. Almost like adding 2FA to the device.Fifth: a better web interface. The current i

TMobile Internet Gateway throttled

Hello,I have TMobiles “unlimited” home internet gateway.  Speeds are clearly being throttled, or at least we are experience slow/unusable speeds during the day time.  1-2MBps.   At night, were well over 75mbps. Is it possible there is an issue with my specific service?   My understanding is that there was no throttling with their internet service, and am afraid I was bait and switched. I’ve used 3rd party TMobile 4G internet SIM cards in the past and have not had this issue...so “network” coverage doesnt make sense as the fault.

i live right in the center of my city my phones all have full bars and my data speeds are much higher on my phones then the home internet i just got and for the life of me i can only get 3-4 bars never the full 5 super annoyed, am i missing something? should i just call t mobile and see if something is wrong?

Remoplus S doorbell camera (only) stopped working after moving to Tmobile home internet

Hello...I recently converted to T-Mobile Home Internet and am having one annoying issue.  My Remoplus S doorbell works normally EXCEPT there’s no video at all anymore.  I get notifications when there’s movement or the bell is rung but the video always comes up missing. I’ve tried to reboot, reset everything multiple times with no success. Given the notifications are coming across that means the device is successfully hooked up.  As only the video is impacted, I suspect T-Mobile is blocking some needed port/protocol.  Anyone with advice on this issue? Thanks...Jeff

How Do I File A Complaint with the FCC and the FTC Against T-Mobile for Break of Service Contract?

I am a T-Mobile Home Internet customer, living in a rural area of America and I believe T-Mobile is intentionally throttling my home internet service because my Contract guarantees me One Price for Life and they are trying to drive me away as a customer.Or they might have some other another reason for intentionally throttling my service.The point is, I believe this throttling is INTENTIONAL. I have been the victim of intentional throttling by cell phone service providers in the past and Home Internet Service Providers who relied on cellular networks for their service to me and I KNOW what that looks like! It looks like what T-Mobile is doing to me NOW.Can you provide me with the relevant addresses of both the FCC and the FTC departments I should address my complaints to? Thank you for your expedited attention to this question. TomK.T-Mobile Home Interent Customer

Movies pause

No matter what app or type of show you are watching, content will pause every few minutes. You have to push the play button to get it to continue.  Thoughts on a possible issue?  When I look at the T-Mobile Internet app, I always have 4-5 bars.

Can’t connect after password change

Just joined T-Mobile home internet.  Got my gateway & completed setup. After connecting ALL my devices (TV, laptops, IPhones), I changed the gateway password for security reasons. After the change, everything reconnected except for 1 IPhone device. Tried calling customer care for support. That went no where, I’m asking here if anyone has any idea why just one device will not connect. I get a strange message & it will not let me forget the network. Help please??

Nokie Gateway Sudden Packet Loss

I’ve been with T-Mobile Home Internet for about a year now, never had an issue with my ping and packet loss until recently. I’m wondering if others are going through the same situation? I have the Nokie 5G21 Gateway running Firmware 1.2201.00.0313. I game often at home and makes multiplayer games unplayable with stutters and packet loss every 10 seconds. I also have Google Nest Mini set up to turn off lights around my place, it’s been slow to respond around the same time as packet/ping issue. This is a replacement from two months ago, so this replacement is my 2nd one if that makes any difference.

Subnetting the 5G Gateway

I was wondering if anyone has tried sub-netting the 5G Gateway address space. I was unsure of my ability to do that, so I searched YouTube on the process.I have a RING Doorbell PRO that was setup to connect to my AT&T U-verse Modem/Router, which I REPLACED with the T-Mobile 5G Gateway. T-Mobile Tech support was not a lot of help.  I know the best solution is to reset the Ring Doorbell and configure it to connect to the T-Mobile SSID. That is what I did with all my other devices.  However, I Glued the Ring Doorbell Faceplate to the base due to an installation issue and I did not want to tear it apart. The Ring reset button is behind the faceplate.I thought I could subnet it or add a virtual network. Rather than taking all the hours I would need to change the network, I reset a NETGEAR EX300 Network extender I used to use on the AT&T U-verse network for extended coverage. I renamed the Extender SSID & Password to what was on the U-verse Router and the doorbell automatically c

last year you used to be able turn off both wi-fi bands on the web (not the web) in order to propertly use a mesh system.  that no longer seems possible.  how can both wifi bands be turned off?

We have the new TMobile Home Internet, which replaced our ATT Uverse of 18 years.  So far, the only issue I have is that we can’t connect to it in the garage like we could with the last provider.  Is there a booster available?

Loss of internet even though gateway showed excellent 5G connection

I have been running without issue until sudden lost of internet @ 2:50am ET.  I checked T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway, the device had 5 bars with 5G service however no internet.  I tried connecting my phone Samsung s22 to T-Mobile gateway which it connected however no internet.  Next I unplugged power for 30 seconds then plugged power back in, once restarted internet restored.  Does T-Mobile Gateway require rebooting/restarting on some scheduled frequency? What's the typical runtime/device uptime?  How can a remote power cycle be done if I am not physically present to power cycle the device?

Keeps Asking to run setup and can't log in.

Ive run the setup several times but the phone app keeps asking to run the setup again and won’t let me log on..  The SSID and and password are set and working; however i’m unable to log on and change admin password.
