Are Business T-Mobile ID’s integrated with the rest of the T-Mobile ID system?I was trying to check on the status of my Promotions https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ and I am prompted to login. However, the ID I use for my business account on the T-Mobile Account Hub will not work for checking promotion status.I encounter three different scenarios:-If I select I am a Business, I forwarded on from the promotions page directly to my Account Hub and do not see any promotions.-If I say I have a T-Mobile ID and enter my Business Account Hub email, it says I need a T-mobile ID and asks me to link it to my phone number. It them wants to verify the last 4 of my Social Security which does not work. I do get a verification text when I do this.-If I try to setup a new T-Mobile ID I also get the Oops there is a problem message.
After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?
Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use
I finally got old i may need to find another provider after a year of excuses and promises to check on my data prob. FIRST. said ut was because towers were being upgraded for 5g. So i suffered for a year with slow internet when i was home i. Evenings. Then tower was done and tried to say that now its because i didnt have 5g phone. So i got a 5g phone , it was even worse. Now i completely just loose all data signal and even phone signal. So now they've run out of lies and excuses so they say i need to find another provider. Even though im showing im covered for 5g on their coverage map.

Hello Everyone, I had pre-paid with ATT on a Phoneix LG phone. Since switching to T-Mobile a little over a month ago… -I can’t send images-I can’t reply on group texts-Randomly a few times a day, my phone will not let me text or call until I restart. (Friends who have tried to call are reporting it goes right to Voicemail during these times.) To make matters worse, T-Mobile over charged me on my last bil, but they have promised to restore those funds eventually.
UNBELIEVEABLE! Please excuse me in advance I spent as I type this message one hour and 30 minutes trying to get a supervisor on the phone because the agent tells me that i must purchase an additional line. UPS drivers say he going to make it in his system that I never received the phone, but you should call T-Mobile and tell them and have them do what they do. Since T-Mobile doesn’t have Customer Relations email or way to connect with them, I am posting my story here.I have been with T-Mobile 17 years, starting with one line and go into multi-line family plan. Recently, I have decided to switch Business plan and add 2 more lines. T-Mobile doesn’t have ability to setup plan online if using company tax id, I had to go through Sales Rep. After talking to rep, I expressed my desire to get a 5 line Business plan, but transfer 3 phone numbers from my current personal plan. I also said that I am looking for a specific offer online ($36/line for 5 lines). Rep explained course of actions as setting up business account with one line and transferring over rest of lines once account is activated. Getting SIM card and activating account took less than 24 hours and next day I called Experts (as suggested by Rep) to do the rest of the process. Hello! I need one competent person who understands basic english language and can switch my plan to T-Mobile Business Unlimited Ultimate ($160 for 4 lines with autopay). Its right off T-Mobile website. See screenshot. I called multiple times and all I got was “credit” where on my.tmobile.com the plan shows a plan I have never even requested in the first place. I want the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. Nothing else. No credits, no vacations, just the plan.
It is Showing that web guard is on our business T-Mobile Nokia High Speed Internet Gateway only. Plus, neither one of our cell phones from another service can get t T-Mobile app to work in order to change the web guard filter. It says it looks like we got our wires crossed. I was on my cell phone 3 hours last night just to find out no one can do it until the morning. They said it has to be something on customer service side. We have only had the modem a few days and we still have about 10 more days before 14 day cancel guarantee without payment. I am unable to change anything on the app and on the computer when I log in. It is locked or was not filled in completely. Please let me know what can be done as I wanted to get rid of charter business internet.
We just upgraded my wife’s phone to T-Mobile from ATT. Same number, so we should be good to go. However is there any problem with using Zelle on T-Mobile? There were some links on Reddit describing some sort of problems with short identifiers but those were from 2019 - are there still some issues?
Hello, I am trying to activate my phone with my purchase through Samsung’s website and receive the many promotional discounts that are only active for 2 more days! I can sign in to my Tmobile account in order to link the 2. I’ve tried multiple times a day, everyday, for a week - (Losing out on a limited time deal of $250 off)! The only thing I can see that might be an issue is Samsung does not support “Business Liable Accounts”.Does the Business Family Discount on my account (shared account with 10 lines, my line is not a part of the BFD) make the whole account Business Liable? If so, how do we fix this without losing the discount?
I was told that since I am on business unlimited ultimate that I am ineligible for the youtubetv 50% off promo. On the rebates page it says you must be on magenta max or other premium voice plan plus home internet. Isn’t business unlimited ultimate also considered another premium voice plan? and if not what is considered another premium voice plan?

Tmobile why do you not have an email address ppl can contact you with ?? the tmobile site app won’t accept outside email as that would not give them full access to do whatever they want to your emails messages ETC. Why do your experts( that you make ppl contact you with (RIGHT) repeatedly ignore a request to speak to someone who is actually educated with your businesses operations. SUPERVISOR . Not happening. but 1 of 2000 experts answering the phone they give you to help and nothing ever does get past these techs that are programmed in appologies and excuses. ? Why won’t a supervisor ever return calling a customer even though several requests get made? Why is all the info in confirmation saying to contact us or link to this all send you to a page unnavailable ?
T-Mobile is only good if youre like a crack head that doesnt rely on your phone to sell drugs. If you have a real job or a family member or kid or somthing its just not going to be reliable enough. Essentials: It is for $30 line per month and offers a basic data package. It will cost $90 per month on Autopay for 3 lines and the 3rd line will be free. Magneta: This data bundle is for a $40 line per month and this offer covers many services. On Autopay, it costs $120 per month for 3 lines and the 3rd line will be free. Magneta Max: The data bundle will cost you $47 line per month. This will cost you $140 per month for 3 lines on Autopay and the 3rd line will be free.
My last phone usage was in September of 2021, I went ahead and paid for October because I had a “free month” elsewhere. I went into store & closed it. Apparently he suspended it not cancelled. I got a notice in Dec. & paid for November (just to have the whole thing behind me). Now I am getting a bill March of 2022 stating $267.10 will be reported to my credit bureau. I have called customer service 3 times over an hour per call, being bounced everywhere. My hands are tied because I don’t have the phone number anymore & so can’t access it. Then I get messages stating system error. Though it is closed now (apparently confirmed by an agent, how do I truly know since I can’t access my account) And there is a lingering balance of $267.10. I am a disabled veteran dealing with severe panic attacks (also PTSD), sending me into the ER. Please any help is appreciated. PLEASE!

Yesterday I went to T-Mobile and was added to my friends plan. I traded my iPhone 1160 for you right and was given an eight hour credit, that’s even better for entire bill for two months but it’s not what we asked for 30 minute thing, and my new iPhone is showing me that I haven’t even paid installment yet and has the full verse there. I have an articles about T-Mobile doing this and I will Presley correction if we do not get to the bottom of it. My phone is to me five dollars and some change every month plus $48 insurance at my service is only $20. Maybe 30 tomorrow I would like to six probably before and up keeping the phone and getting it unlocked since my money was basically stolen and put towards something that I did not say/was even asked if that’s what I wanted to be done with it. Hello,I’m setting up a hotspot for my business.I bought two LTE NETGEAR LB1120 modems and set one up with a dynamic IP address. This was fairly simple.Afterwards, I tried to configure one more hotspot with a static IP address.I opened a business account for a static IP address Plan,but no one's been able to help with this setup.I have called the T-Mobile business support center so many times,but no one knows how to set up a static IP address on my hotspot.Whenever I restarted my hotspot device, my public IP address was changed still.I'm guessing the issue with setup is on the T-Mobile side, not on my device.Could anyone help me with static IP address configuration?If not, could anyone refer me to someone who can do this setup with T-Mobile support?Direct messages are welcome.Thank you in advance.
