Where's the airline wifi promised?
I just completed my 6th trans-Atlantic flight this year, and on NONE of them was I able to get wifi according to the confusing, inaccurate ‘instructions’ I’ve received from 611 and the web. All were inconsistent and incorrect, for some reason. Is this a bait and switch situation re the current offers / ads? Going to speak with my old FTC friends from my time there.
T-Mobile won't activate number ported in from Spectrum Business Landline
I ported my spectrum (charter) business landline on 11-9-2022, i did this at the T-Mobile store, the system wouldnt let the store employee initiate the port to change the temp number to my number, so they called into their tech department, well the port got rejected 3 times, first time the overseas T-Mobile person on the phone entered the wrong account number, second time they entered the wrong name on the account and third time they entered the wrong billing ZIP code on my Spectrum account, so the port went thru on 11-9-2022, and T-mobile kept telling me Spectrum won’t release the # to them until 11-15-2022, so i then noticed my landline was intermittent and couldnt accept incoming calls on 11-10-2022, thankfully i have multiple phone lines but this is the main one, anyways i called Spectrum and they said “T-Mobile has your number, it’s in their system, we released it to them on 11-9-2022” so today i get a call from Spectrum and they told me again T-Mobile has the number and they need
Scammed out of switching credits
Checking to see if other small business in the community are being scammed out of their credits for switching services to T-Mobile.We never received our promised $4,000 in credits (yes, it is four thousand, no extra zeros, no exaggeration).Even after over 6 months - ever few weeks / billing cycle - it is surprise and shock when we have to inform T-mobile the credits did not post despite assurance someone will be watching the account closely to make sure it happens. We get hold of sales & transition team - surprise and shock…. then bumping starts - it was never one to two billing cycles it was 90 days, it was not 90 days it was sometime between 90 days to 6 months, then it is after 90 days but over course of 10 billing cycles…. we reached all the milestones NOTHING ! Now they have started splitting hairs…. when we ported-in our lines we did not keep all the old numbers, we got additional lines as part of a 10 line promotion, but the promotion for 10 new lines did not cover new activ

phillipine location for t mobile
I have a question I had a business account with t mobile for 2 years but due to the terrible customer service and wrong information and account changes made without my permission all from the phillipine location for t mobile I cancelled my service , I have over 1300 dollars in credits where the phillipine tomoblie location messed my acct uo causing charges on my bills that was not my doing , I spoke with numerous supervisors at the phillipine t mobile location that stated they were fixing the issue they made it worser , I need my money that is owed to me who to I contact to get my credits which is overpayment in a refund check because I canceled the service , if I am paying for a service then I have a right to manage the service aim paying for if I have credit on my acct due to t mobile not mine I have a right to spend that money the way I want to , not the way the t mobile phillipne location thank that is best they are the worse in the world when it comes to American customer services

I'm currently trying to transfer one of my account numbers to a SIP number for use in a virtual PBX.On 10/14/2022, I texted the T-mobile business support with a question about how to transfer a cell number to a SIP number. The support responded to me that this option is possible. To complete the transfer, the support informed me that I should visit the T-mobile office and finish this procedure.On 10/15/2022 I came to the T-mobile store, the number 8922 (DCA License #1340638-DCA), and described to an employee named Alan what I needed to do. As it turned out, nobody in this office does know how to make this procedure. Moreover, they did not want to communicate with the global T-mobile support regarding this issue. Business Account Setup
I cannot for the life of me get to the right person. I’m trying to get a business account setup using my EIN and get assigned an account executive. Every time I call it seems I end up speaking with a consumer retail person trying to sell me a hotspot. I have four Peplink Max BR2 routers that I’m trying to get connected to TMobile and they don’t understand that. Does anyone have any idea how I can reach a true business person at TMobile?FYI - this is not for a static single address connection, these units are for travel.

I have Business Unlimited Advanced. I got an email for a free upgrade to Business Unlimited Ultimate. I try to get it over the phone and at a corporate store. Neither of them do it or do it properly. My bill increased so I downgraded back to Business Unlimited Advanced. But I lost Netflix on us. I don’t know if it’s still a promo or not, but I also saw a promo come off of my account: HINT P11. Does anyone know what this promo is? I thought it was possibly $20 off the home internet.But more importantly what’s the best department to speak to for the Business Unlimited Ultimate upgrade?

Are Business T-Mobile ID’s integrated with the rest of the T-Mobile ID system?I was trying to check on the status of my Promotions https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/ and I am prompted to login. However, the ID I use for my business account on the T-Mobile Account Hub will not work for checking promotion status.I encounter three different scenarios:-If I select I am a Business, I forwarded on from the promotions page directly to my Account Hub and do not see any promotions.-If I say I have a T-Mobile ID and enter my Business Account Hub email, it says I need a T-mobile ID and asks me to link it to my phone number. It them wants to verify the last 4 of my Social Security which does not work. I do get a verification text when I do this.-If I try to setup a new T-Mobile ID I also get the Oops there is a problem message.
After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?
Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use

I finally got old i may need to find another provider after a year of excuses and promises to check on my data prob. FIRST. said ut was because towers were being upgraded for 5g. So i suffered for a year with slow internet when i was home i. Evenings. Then tower was done and tried to say that now its because i didnt have 5g phone. So i got a 5g phone , it was even worse. Now i completely just loose all data signal and even phone signal. So now they've run out of lies and excuses so they say i need to find another provider. Even though im showing im covered for 5g on their coverage map.

Switched from ATT, Now Major Problems
Hello Everyone, I had pre-paid with ATT on a Phoneix LG phone. Since switching to T-Mobile a little over a month ago… -I can’t send images-I can’t reply on group texts-Randomly a few times a day, my phone will not let me text or call until I restart. (Friends who have tried to call are reporting it goes right to Voicemail during these times.) To make matters worse, T-Mobile over charged me on my last bil, but they have promised to restore those funds eventually.
BAD customer service
UNBELIEVEABLE! Please excuse me in advance I spent as I type this message one hour and 30 minutes trying to get a supervisor on the phone because the agent tells me that i must purchase an additional line. Story!I called T-Mobile to see what upgrades I can get being that I have a business account and several lines line in use, T-Mobile rep at the time tells me of a promotion going with the iPhone 13, so I take the deal “ the rep” at the time tell me phones are being sent to you overnight. (great I say).UPS arrives with the 2 boxes 1 has an iphone 13 promax yet the 2nd box is empty USP tells me the box has been tampered with and the phone looks to be stolen! UPS drivers say he going to make it in his system that I never received the phone, but you should call T-Mobile and tell them and have them do what they do. I call T-Mobile and get someone overseas that has no idea what I'm talking about and tell me if I want another phone, I have to purchase a new line! WHAT! then he tells me that
T-Mobile Business rep without knowledge caused customer switch
Since T-Mobile doesn’t have Customer Relations email or way to connect with them, I am posting my story here.I have been with T-Mobile 17 years, starting with one line and go into multi-line family plan. Recently, I have decided to switch Business plan and add 2 more lines. T-Mobile doesn’t have ability to setup plan online if using company tax id, I had to go through Sales Rep. After talking to rep, I expressed my desire to get a 5 line Business plan, but transfer 3 phone numbers from my current personal plan. I also said that I am looking for a specific offer online ($36/line for 5 lines). Rep explained course of actions as setting up business account with one line and transferring over rest of lines once account is activated. Getting SIM card and activating account took less than 24 hours and next day I called Experts (as suggested by Rep) to do the rest of the process. I have repeated my intentions and even walked Expert through T-Mobile Business website to confirm the prices. It t

Hello! I need one competent person who understands basic english language and can switch my plan to T-Mobile Business Unlimited Ultimate ($160 for 4 lines with autopay). Its right off T-Mobile website. See screenshot. I called multiple times and all I got was “credit” where on my.tmobile.com the plan shows a plan I have never even requested in the first place. I want the Business Unlimited Ultimate plan. Nothing else. No credits, no vacations, just the plan.
The web Guard Filter has been taken over by your adminstrator
It is Showing that web guard is on our business T-Mobile Nokia High Speed Internet Gateway only. Plus, neither one of our cell phones from another service can get t T-Mobile app to work in order to change the web guard filter. It says it looks like we got our wires crossed. I was on my cell phone 3 hours last night just to find out no one can do it until the morning. They said it has to be something on customer service side. We have only had the modem a few days and we still have about 10 more days before 14 day cancel guarantee without payment. I am unable to change anything on the app and on the computer when I log in. It is locked or was not filled in completely. Please let me know what can be done as I wanted to get rid of charter business internet.
